A woman who called it “--king ridiculous” that New York City streets were closed during fallen NYPD Officer Jason Rivera’s funeral has been fired by a theater and film production company after her tirade went viral. Actress Jacqueline Guzman is “no longer a member” of Face to Face Films, the company announced, citing her “insensitive video.” “Face to Face Films does not support nor can condone these comments made about fallen Officer Rivera,” the company said Saturday.

Comments:

Did anyone notice that she sounded like Ilhan Omar?

Had she done ANY research, been aware of ANY actual facts, she would have known that in 2019(the latest data available) NYC cops were only involved in 52 shootings for the entire Year..19 of those were "Offduty" cops, in their street clothes who were either fighting back as crime victims, or coming to the aid of crime victims that they were witnessing attacks upon. 34 "duty" shootings across the entire city. The most in any single precinct was "4". How she came to "claim" that NYC cops were killing 22yo's EVERY DAY? Was either willful ignorance, polemical dishonesty, or based upon her Media sources dis-information campaign. Nearly ALL of those shootings involved a criminal who was not only armed, but fired FIRST, or had already stabbed, slashed or beaten a civilian victim with some sort of weapon and had then attacked the cop who fired. Most of the perps charged with gun crimes have had multiple other gun charges, have shot multiple people...Cops that do end up firing in the line of duty generally have only done so that one time.

What she deserves is to get mugged in broad daylight, whipped with a lead pipe, and her only responders take video to put on their Instagrams. Then no one calls the police and she lies in the street. Trust me, it's coming.

House Financial Services Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters has continued to pay her daughter with campaign cash – and has already broken the seven-figure mark. Since 2003, Karen Waters has received over $1 million in payments from her mother to her and her company, Progressive Connections, for campaign-related services. Federal Elections Commission (FEC) data reviewed by Fox News Digital shows the payments range from the hundreds to the tens of thousands of dollars for a variety of costs, including "slate mailer management" fees, "campaign managing services," and paying for a "band for [a] holiday event."

Those of us worried about the corrosive effects of cancel culture and critical race theory are often accused of obsessing over the culture wars at the expense of "real" issues. But new data suggests that. the culture war is only going to rise in importance in future elections—to the benefit of Republicans. This is the gist of survey results contained in my new Manhattan Institute report, The Politics of the Culture Wars in Contemporary America. Already, cancel culture and applied critical race theory (CRT) are leading priorities for Republican voters and a mid-ranking issue overall—in large part because they unite conservatives while dividing the Left

ABC’s "The View" co-host Whoopi Goldberg declared the Holocaust was "not about race" despite the systematic killing of an estimated six million Jews, leading to sharp criticism of the outspoken liberal. The daytime gabfest was in the midst of a conversation about a Tennessee school district voting to remove a Pulitzer Prize winning graphic novel about the Holocaust from its curriculum due to "inappropriate language" and an illustration of a nude woman. "Maus" by Art Spiegelman tells the story of his Jewish parents living in 1940s Poland and depicts him interviewing his father about his experiences as a Holocaust survivor.

My friends who are Democrats, particularly those of the more progressive variety, don’t seem to understand how deep they are in the political hole this year—and just how hard it might be to get out of it in 2024, particularly in the Senate. On a basic level, midterm elections are referenda on the sitting president and, if a president’s party has control of the Senate and the House, on that governing party as a whole. President Biden’s current Gallup job-approval rating of 40 percent is the second-lowest of any president in the era of modern polling at a comparable

News Alert for you: Nancy Pelosi is even more agitated tonight than usual. On a conference call just hours ago, Pelosi demanded that her members vote immediately on a piece of legislation she says is critical to our national security. The bill she's talking about, among other things, affirms the central importance of national borders. Well, of course, it does. Without a border, you can't have a country. And Nancy Pelosi firmly believes that. In fact, she believes it so strongly she's directing the Biden administration to develop an urgent new plan to keep the border secure. In fact, not simply secure, but in the words of the new legislation,

Fresh questions are being raised about what American scientists and federal health officials knew about the origins of the coronavirus and whether conflicting evidence was suppressed and hidden from the public. On Tuesday night’s episode of Special Report with Bret Baier, Fox News dove into the early days of the coronavirus pandemic and explored documents obtained showing that Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, was warned early on that the virus may have originated in a Wuhan, China lab.

President Biden is considering sending a few thousand troops to Eastern Europe and the Baltic States as part of a broader NATO effort to bolster NATO allies that border Russia and Ukraine, given recent tensions, Fox News confirms. Advisors presented Biden with various options to respond to Russia's aggressive stance in Eastern Europe in a Sunday briefing at Camp David. The president is considering sending 3,000-5,000 U.S. troops to Romania and to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia as part of a broader NATO effort. Other NATO countries may also contribute troops to warn Russian President Vladimir Putin not to try to move into neighboring countries.

It’s not often that I agree with Joe Biden, but he said something in his nasty, brutish, and long press conference last week with which, if properly understood, I agree. Don’t get me wrong. The press conference as a whole was a “total disaster.” Notwithstanding the sycophantic performance of the court eunuchs in the regime media, everybody understands this. (But speaking of “court eunuchs,” what’s the female equivalent? It was Jennifer Rubin, who actually gave Biden an “A-” for the presser, that prompts this vital question and I hope some enterprising savant will contribute the answer.)

"In the very near future, I intend to introduce legislation to address the influx of illegal immigrants being relocated into Pennsylvania," Scavello wrote, adding that his legislation will be fashioned after similar intentions voiced by Florida Gov. Libby was convicted in 2007 of obstruction of justice and other crimes related to a leak of the identity of CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson. The conviction was widely viewed as a miscarriage of justice, especially because Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage later admitted that he was the likely source of the leak, not Libby. President George W. Bush commuted Libby’s sentence, but despite the urging of then-Vice President Cheney, he declined to issue a formal pardon for his aide. It was only Trump who pardoned Libby in 2018, taking the political heat for doing so and standing up for Libby’s record of public service.
