Texas AG gains federal injunction against
another Biden vaccine mandate

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton scored what he considered to be a "win for the children of Texas" after a federal judge ruled against vaccine and mask mandates for Head Start programs initiated by the Biden administration. The ruling from Judge James "Wesley" Hendrix of the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas orders a halt in required COVID-19 protocol conditions for the funding of Head Start programs. The new rules issued last month require children over 2 in Head Start programs to wear masks, while the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is requiring staff, contractors and volunteers in the program to be vaccinated by the end of January.

Thank goodness for the courts, they're the only thing saving us right now.

Folks, if masks worked we would have been done with Covid 18 months ago. They do next to nothing to stop the virus. A Danish study that looked a 3000 who wore masks and 3000 who did not found the advantage in the masked group to be 1/3 of 1%. 10 fewer people got Covid out of 3000 in the masked group. Statistically that is nothing. Masks are virtue signaling at best and a source for other diseases and psychological issues at worst.

We have a presidency not a dictatorship. The only method bidet has of enforcing his mandates is the threat of cutting Federal agency funding. We have allowed ourselves to be put in this position by accepting money from the Federal government. Then our Federal taxes increase, we demand more for our money and the cycle continues

With all the information being revealed and released about the fake covid mask and vaccine advice, can this fraud go on much longer? Even bred and born ill liberals must be able to recognize it.

Everything that Dr. Fraud told us is proven to be a lie. Masks do NOT slow or stop spreading the virus, clearly. These mRNA shots, besides not being actual vaccines, do not prevent the disease, or transmitting the disease to others. It's still possible that they might reduce symptoms, but most of what we were told is another lie. "Safe and effective" - neither is true, clearly.

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson is allowing the COVID-19 state of emergency that has been in place since March 2020 to expire, saying that "we all now know how to best fight and prevent serious illness from this virus." Parson, a Republican, announced on Friday that the state’s COVID-related state of emergency would not be renewed on New Year’s Eve. "Thanks to the effectiveness of the vaccine, widespread efforts to mitigate the virus, and our committed health care professionals, past needs to continue the state of emergency are no longer present," Parson said.

CNN’s "Reliable Sources" with left-wing host Brian Stelter wrapped up a dismal 2021 with a nine-month streak of failing to crack the one-million-viewer plateau as the program has struggled for relevancy during the Biden era. Stelter, who spent years nitpicking former President Trump’s every move, saw his audience erode throughout the year with President Biden in office. "Reliable Sources" averaged 1.4 million viewers during the first quarter but dropped to only 846,000 during the second quarter.

At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park became the site of one of the deadliest outbreaks in the nation. While the facility initially underreported the death count, stating 62 died of Covid, it later acknowledged 39 additional resident deaths were due to Covid-19—making the total a staggering 101. According to a Wall Street Journal investigation, Covid-19 positive residents were separated from dementia patients by a loosely hung piece of plastic. Moreover, employees at the facility were discouraged from using face masks in caring for patients,

My wife recently said I should write about it since I keep remarking on it. The “it” was my pet peeve at television commentators who consistently use the word “utilize” instead of “use.” In my own experience, it started with Dick Vitale and his commentary on NCAA basketball games. Whenever it was appropriate for him to use the word “use” he would use “utilize” instead. Now, were he to say that last sentence it would come out as: Whenever it was appropriate for him to utilize the word “use” he would utilize “utilize” instead. And now, it has spread everywhere.

Fox News host Shannon Bream asked Sheriff Alex Villanueva to react to recent comments from San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, who criticized calls for crackdowns on recent crime spikes as "knee-jerk reactions," and claimed that "smash-and-grab" thefts in California were "not new." "There’s nothing ‘knee-jerk’ about it. It’s just common sense," Villanueva said. "This person just does not get it and I’m sorry to hear that.

An Alabama judge was removed from the bench for committing several substantial ethics violations, including referring to another judge as an "Uncle Tom," a derogatory term meant to describe a Black person who is overly allegiant to White people. Jefferson County Judge Nakita Blocton, who is herself Black, "engaged in a pattern and practice of making inappropriate comments – for example, calling one judge ‘Uncle Tom" and another judge a ‘fat b****’ and calling an employee a heifer," according to the findings of a commission that filed a complaint against the judge for various ethics violations.

At least 16 U.S. cities have set new homicide records in 2021, according to local police departments. It's a trend police departments have noted from East Coast to West, even as other violent crimes such as aggravated assault and non-violent crimes such as burglary decline in the same areas. "It's definitely worse this year, for us at least," Rochester Police Department Public Information Officer Carlos Alvarado told Fox News Digital of the upstate New York city's homicide numbers for 2021. Rochester had seen a record 80 homicide deaths in 2021 as of Tuesday. The city's previous record was 69 in 1991, Alvarado said,

Once on their homepage, spend a few seconds perusing the headlines and see if you can find any mention of the ongoing Ghislaine Maxwell Trial.
