The Mankato School Board in Minnesota in a blatantly racist move has unanimously voted to pay non-white teachers “additional stipends,” not on their merit or content of character, but solely based on the color of their skin, and for teaching staff to be segregated by race.Board members hotly defended the policy vote earlier this month claiming it wasn’t “segregation,” according to AlphaNews on Tuesday.“When you’re one [minority] of a [white] majority it can be very isolating and lonely,” declared board member Erin Roberts. “To have a support system in place for them is not to segregate them, it is absolutely to support them …

It remains a mystery to me as to why only Blacks can mentor Blacks, Indians Indians, Asia s Asians, but anyone can mentor Whites if they are allowed or need a me tor. Are BIPOC people too insecure to be mentored by anyone other than their own race? Wouldn't you want a teacher to be mentored by the best teachers, no matter their race? If they are competent teachers they should be able to learn from someone of any race.

Perhaps George Wallace, just like Abraham Lincoln before him, thought it was folly to pretend that all races are equally capable, and to expect them to achieve the same outcomes. The teachers, steeped no doubt in Marxist theory throughout their own university educations, should applaud the move as a good first step toward dragging everyone down to the lowest denominator.

Re #6. Actually, yes, racism in public policy is specifically illegal. Affirmative action programs have been repreatedly found to be actionable and illegal, and the racists have had to abandon some and rework their methods to be more deceptive in others. An individual can be racist, yes. A public system cannot be, under current law.

I was an inner city school teacher for half my life. It was a profession that treated males and females equally. At least as far as paychecks were. I don't think a hike in pay will encourage more minorities, it'll only hurt morale in a profession that is attacked by everyone outside of it. Minority teachers were few, with more hispanic teachers than black teachers. About 15 years ago I took a state exam for an additional license. Out of maybe 100 people, there were 10 hispanics and 3 American blacks. If numbers of minorities is increasing, the teachers are coming out of the hispanic side. Few blacks, and almost no Asians.

Keep it up Blacky (opposite of Whitey). You are turning me, female Whitey through and through, against you and all your sickening deeds. America was coming along pretty good. And then the head Blacky arose along with his mean-spirited racist wife and moved into the WHITE HOUSE. In my everyday life I see no changes in any of my interactions with Black men, Latino, Asian and Far-Eastern men and women, any of whom I happily call friends. But a definite mean side, along with arrogance, has appeared with about 90% of black women I encounter. Definite entitlement and superior attitude which I can only attribute to Mr. & Mrs. Hussein-Obama. My daily life is a lot better than the people who run this country and attempt to carry on the filthy Obama Legacy. It needs to change. For the sake of every person of every color. And America.
