After Joe Biden spoke to Vladimir Putin Saturday, it doesn’t appear we are any closer to having any clear picture of what’s going to happen between Russia and Ukraine. Is it all one big ruse, where Putin gets concessions on NATO and his energy demands, while Biden gets to claim he saved Europe? Or is an invasion truly imminent, as the White House has repeatedly stated? What we do know is that Americans are being urged to flee Ukraine, and the U.S. State Department has released instructions on where to go. The problem is that they make no sense. (Tweet)

Just watched "Wag the Dog" which is the template for what is going on in the FJB administration.
DeNiro and Dustin Hoffman were just perfect. And really clarifies our current situation.

Well, if Americans are stuck in Ukraine waiting a month to six weeks to be fully vaccinated — remember, you have to wait x number of weeks after the second shot to be considered fully vaxxed — at least they’ll die protected from the Wuhan flu.
It’s like putting on a Kevlar vest before a hanging. At least a gunshot won’t kill you!

Nothing the Biden Harris (Obama) admin does makes sense. It’s all bull crap done on the fly with the intention to damage America. Voting out of office will not be enough to satisfy Americans for what these people have done.

Let’s see a transcript of the phone call......I bet she was a doozy. Putin probably had to hit the “laugh” button 10 times a minute.

It makes perfect sense to me. The Biden Baboon Troop will use any available excuse to pressure Americans to take the jab. It's all about a successful program for Joe even if it kills people. He is going for 95% and probably has 50% now despite higher claims.

Of course, it "makes no sense." Biden makes no sense. What should we expect?

Biden has screwed up absolutely everything he has touched in his entire life. He is just keeping his run of incompetence going.

Oh, please, let’s stop the whining. Americans in Ukraine are hardly oblivious. If they stay it’s their choice. Planes are flying. Trains are running. Highways are open. Nothing prevents their departure. What would YOU do under the circumstances? Wait for troops to rescue you, or leave now while it’s safe and easy?

Re #12...."roads are open" is a relative concept. I have driven (or more accurately 'been driven') from Odessa up to Dnipropetrovsk, about a 275 miles and it took us a long day, over 9 hours. So, the average speed was about 30 mph. And I feared for the Kia SUV's suspension and tires at times. We did have a lunch stop which added about 35 minutes and a short fuel stop. In good sections, he drove fast. But much of the time he drove literally on the dirt shoulder, as it was much smoother than the "paved highway" which was so potholed as to be dangerous to drive on.
But, given maybe three days, one could drive from say, Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine to Warsaw. But it is almost 900 miles, and given what I have seen of their rural roads, that could easily take 3 ten hour days, assuming no breakdowns due to the huge potholes. And fuel availability? No idea.

All US Citizens now sojourning in Ukraine have to do to leave that country is purchase a train ticket to Poland or Romania, get on a train, and leave. Why should they have to wait for instructions from some State Department Dingbat to do that?

#13 - The highways are not “rural roads”, and when was this trip? How long ago? I drove on East German autobahns that were cobblestones. Not that way anymore. Infrastructure has a way of improving over time. And whether the highways are little more than cart paths, fact is that rail and air are alternatives. Somehow these Americans got where they are. They can get out, too. Really…it has been WEEKS since the first warnings were issued.

#13 - The estimated drive time from Odessa to Dnipropetrovsk today is 6 hours 27 minutes on the H-11. Rail is about 11 hours. Tickets are available online for tomorrow. Americans can buy all they need, it appears. Three departures daily.

If it were me I'd try to get to Warsaw or Budapest by rail. Then there is no worrying about bumpy roads, closed fuel stations, or unexpected car trouble.

Re #16. The trip was a bout 7 years ago, before Ukriane's economy basically collapsed. And those WERE major highways, the best highway between two of their major cities. We drove because the rail lines were down for a few weeks because a bridge was out.
Transport in Ukraine is NOT like what most people think of modern European roads, once you get any distance outside of the major cities. Around Kiev, and over to Kharkiv, the highway was pretty good, this
is an east-west run. Buy the north south run from Odessa, on the Black Sea, to Dnipropetrovsk on the Dniper River, a few hours train ride south of Kiev, was difficult and slow a few years ago, and from talking to friends over there about the economy, I doubt that there has been huge repairs. The hryvnia is now 28 per dollar. When I was last there it was 8 to the dollar, so everything imported that is priced against the dollar or euro is now over three times as expensive. That part for that road grader.....was expensive, now it is SUPER expensive. Again, I doubt that the roads have improved much outside of the cities.
This is one reason why SUVs are very popular over there. Regular cars can't stand the pounding, even in the cities, for very long, have alignment and broken suspension problems frequently. Same in Russia.

Meanwhile, the Brandon administration continues to transport illegal aliens all over the US regardless of vaccination status or Covid tests.
