President Joe Biden told Vladimir Putin on Saturday morning that Russia would face 'swift and severe' economic and political costs if it invaded Ukraine, amid frantic efforts to persuade Moscow to pull back from the brink. They held an hour-long conversation a day after US officials said they believed Putin could launch an invasion at any time, and as diplomats began leaving the embassy in the Ukrainian capital Kiev. 'President Biden was clear that, if Russia undertakes a further invasion of Ukraine, the United States together with our Allies and partners will respond decisively and impose swift and severe costs on Russia,'

Would love to see the transcript of that call. Biden talking to Putin for an hour, really. The man can't put two coherent sentences together and I would love to hear how he mumbled through that talk he had. Also would like to hear what Putin's responses were to Biden's so called tough talk......

And so will Americans. We are going to be required to bail out Europe’s need with our scare resources which means $5gal gas and oil at $120/bbl. The oil sheiks are loving the gift FJB has just handed them .

Pootiepoot is probably the wealthiest man in the world. Even richer than Hunter. So Xiden threatening severe financial costs make Vladdieboy spew his nonfat mocha latte through his nose.

Here’s the transcript:
Biden: you know, the thing. And i wrapped a chain around my hand and i said, oh yeah? Now I’m going to Delaware and I don’t want to hear another word out of you, wise guy.

Um...didn't bidet's handlers send the Cackling Concubine to Europe this week to solve the Ukrainian problem? She's going to cackle all the way to peace with Russia so bidet can claim 'peas and carrots in our time' just in time for the mid-year elections this fall.

Joe's puppet masters are the only ones on the planet who seem to believe Putin is going to invade.
I'm not sure they believe it, either.
Putin simply doesn't have enough troops in the area to take over several large cities. Maybe he could take some open farmland or something but that's just not a large enough force for a real invasion and there are zero strategic objectives he might achieve by doing so in this way at this time.

If you were to ask Biden to give you an off the cuff comprehensive explanation of what he told Putin on the phone this morning, chances are he would be unable to remember and explain much of that information without him reading off a crib sheet, and it is likely that instead you would end up hearing the old tail of “Corn Pop” along with a story about Biden’s long deceased son Beau and how great a guy his other son Hunter has been.

Can't be true.
Joe can't be cogent for an hour, not even for a full sentence.
Putin's translator was fooled if he even thought that.
Joe's translator knows the truth.
Who spoke for the USA?

I don't think Putin wants to invade and occupy Ukraine. Too costly. I think he wants to intimidate the country enough that it falls under Russian control. That gives him what he wants without the cost of a war and occupying a country with a big hostile population.

An hour long call?
That is the mark of a old person who cannot focus, who rambles, and goes off on tangents. No ability to summarize thoughts into clear, concise statements. A young man can talk in short sentences, with clear meaning. It is the mark of a leader, a commander.

And, as he does every time he talks to Senile Joe biden, Putin ended the call by rolling on the floor laughing his derriere off the at the incoherent babblings and impotent threats of Senile Joe biden!!!!
Senile Joe biden is just way too diminished by dementia to even be able to read his scripts very well anymore. His unelected communist handlers that write down what he is supposed to say are going to have to start using simpler words and much shorter speeches, or biden won't be able to function at all pretty soon!!!

Horse hockey.
The other day, TaliBiden was giving a speech and started gassing about his sainted son, Beau. He was trying to brag about Beau’s military career (as a lawyer behind a desk) and he couldn’t remember what country Beau served in. He stammered and stuttered and finally said, “overseas”.
No way did he talk to Putin for an hour.

Right after Putin gave his 22 reasons why the Soviets are already in the Ukraine and have built a
new airport that will slingshot his jet fighters in the stratosphere ,two at time, Joe ran to the closest wall and started drawing his stick-figure scene of a Cro-Magnon warrier killing a mastodon with sharp stick.
