Corporate America’s plan to inflate the United States labor force via major changes to immigration law, slipped into President Joe Biden’s “Build Back Better Act,” is now seemingly in a tailspin as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) says he opposes the plan. On Sunday, Manchin revealed that he will oppose the Build Back Better Act — throwing a wrench into Biden’s hallmark legislation of his administration. “It’s encouraging to see Senator Manchin’s comments today, essentially killing his party’s insane efforts to make an end-run around normal legislative procedures,” RJ Hauman, with the Federation for American Immigration Reform, told Breitbart News.

Police officers shot and killed a man who was waving a gun in public and firing the weapon, according to police.
The incident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. not far from FirstEnergy Stadium, where the Browns were playing the Ravens.
Jeff Follmer, the President of the C.P.P.A. (the police patrolman’s union) said the officers approached the suspect and told him to put the gun down, which he complied with, but he then picked the gun back up and started shooting at officers; the officers returned fire, striking the man.

Noem filed the bill on Tuesday to limit K-12 girl’s school sports and state-funded colleges to allowing only natural-born girls to compete in girl’s categories, according to the Argus Leader.
The governor issued her two executive orders in March after the legislature rejected her revisions of House Bill 1217.

Joe Biden has promised to deliver 500 million Covid tests but hasn't even signed a contract to buy them or set up a website so that people can place orders.
'That's not a plan - it's a hope,' Jennifer Nuzzo, an epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, told The New York Time.
'If those tests came in January and February, that could have an impact, but if they are spread out over 10 to 12 months, I'm not sure what kind of impact it is going to have.'

Gradually, all of the little "goodies" that were hidden in the BBB bill are being exposed. A limitless supply of workers would keep wages low, and the global corporations love that idea. Of course, the Democrats are still thinking that the millions of illegals that they are ENCOURAGING to cross the border, will eventually produce Democrat voters, that will put the Democrats permanently in power.
