Joe Biden's junior staff are reportedly burnt out and demoralized, with the team lacking any camaraderie and isolated from their colleagues.White House employees told Politico that morale is low, echoing months of complaints made by staff working for Vice President Kamala Harris.Harris has had four senior members of her team resign in recent weeks.Biden's staff told the site on Wednesday that they too were unhappy, blaming the lack of team spirit and poor management in the midst of the pandemic. They were particularly hurt by being excluded, they said, from holiday traditions like the pardon of the Thanksgiving turkey and tours of the White House Christmas decorations.

And what did you all expect? You chose to work for a drooling, miserable old scold that is the very definition of a 50 year political insider. Did you think you were somehow an equal to Comrade Potato Head? Do you think you are seen as anything more than something he scraped off his shoe? Democraps are joyless, disgusting creeps that put everybody into an identity box. You chose that freely. Live with your choice.

This is a Captain Obvious event. That aside, it is also really stupid to cut out your junior folks from all the no-cost easy-win stuff like having them sit in the background during turkey cutting or touring the White House. Simple managerial incompetence. No conspiracy required.

This is what happens when you hire someone who knows how to get a job but they have no idea how to do the job. I see them where I work. They act like they were hired as consultants and while they keep up the con for a while, they are eventually exposed as totally incompetent. Those who believed in them just months earlier start requesting transfers, retiring or quitting.

Memo to Junior WH Staff: Suck it up, Buttercups. Your expectations of a junior job in a glamour field are way too high. Most places with any kind of glamour, like entertainment, you get your low position and place shoved in your face by those who are more elite than you. Learn these lessons well: do your job, do it well, and this ain't forever. Wander around, meet a lot of people, including those who right now you perceive as your 'enemies.' Be a sponge and learn, not talk. Learn about people and the real world. Get a tougher skin--no one cares if you're triggered. The Golden Rule is operative--give it. You may find that those on the right tend to be nicer and more respectful. And if you're really smart, you'll ditch the Beltway and the East to get a real job in a business that actually does something for people.

December 1776 was one of the darkest times for America: hyperinflation gripped the economy, Washington’s army lost one battle after another, the mood of the country changed from optimism to defeat. But on Christmas Day, Americans amid a raging Nor’easter crossed an impassable ice-filled river, surprised and killed an expertly trained enemy, and changed the course of history. Thomas Paine epically captured the days leading up to Christmas 1776 in “The American Crisis.”“These are the times that try men’s souls,” Paine wrote. “The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; CORRECTION*

I regret to inform you that Joe Biden is stumping for tyranny again. But before we get to the president, let’s engage in a thought experiment.Imagine a world in which Republicans control all three branches of the government, and in this world, there’s a national election coming. Further, the Republicans are heavily favored to lose. Now, imagine that the GOP then spit on centuries of precedent and introduced a federal takeover of the voting system in order to try to rig that election. Lastly, when they failed to pass it via traditional legislative means, they then moved to change the rules of the Senate in order to pass it anyway.

'I came up with a vaccine–with three vaccines,' Trump told the Daily Wire host, referring to the development of the Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines while he was still president. 'All are very, very good. Came up with three of them in less than nine months. It was supposed to take five to 12 years.' Owens interjected: 'Yet more people have died under COVID this year, by the way,

As 2022 approaches, Democrats are privately and publicly expressing their frustration with two of their U.S. Senators who continue to back crucial legislation from passing. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) recently wrecked President Biden’s hopes of destroying federal election integrity laws by not supporting HR1 or ending the Senate filibuster. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) just crushed Biden’s hope of getting his Build Back Better (BBB) massive spending bill passed. Biden has been pushing to radically federalize elections, in spite of the Constitution.

Leftism is driven by committee advice; it’s how the echo-chambering communal groupthink works. After the White House COVID “Winter of Death” messaging was ridiculed and ignored by almost everyone in the general public, the communications team quickly went back to the drawing board. You can almost hear Ron Klain instructing the team to find ways to avoid the ‘Grinch team‘ labeling. However, the ordinary emotional disposition of leftists and Democrats, writ large, is depressing, angry and negative, the result from a lifetime of blame casting.

A fourth jab could now be rolled out early to millions of Britons after a new study showed protection against Omicron wanes within three months of a booster. People infected with the contagious variant are 70 per cent less likely to end up in hospital, an official analysis of real-world cases has confirmed. But the analysis from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) also reveals that immunity from boosters fades more quickly against Omicron compared to Delta. Those who received two AstraZeneca doses, plus a Pfizer or Moderna booster, have 60 per cent protection against Omicron for two to weeks after the third jab. But after ten weeks,

Millions of us are experiencing a terrible void in the absence of Rush Limbaugh this Christmas. Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” contains a character soliciting charitable donations, who reminds Scrooge that “want and grief are both felt keenly during this festive season.” Though critics (most of whom never listened to him) will never understand, Rush Limbaugh was undeniably loved by so many of us. As we celebrate what may be the last shared American tradition, Christmas, Rush’s absence is palpably felt — his voice is being missed.

Joe Biden has promised to deliver 500 million Covid tests but hasn't even signed a contract to buy them or set up a website so that people can place orders. 'That's not a plan - it's a hope,' Jennifer Nuzzo, an epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, told The New York Time. 'If those tests came in January and February, that could have an impact, but if they are spread out over 10 to 12 months, I'm not sure what kind of impact it is going to have.' It is not even known how many tests will be immediately available

American corporate media love catchphrases that they all repeat in unison, across network and cable television and through social media. One recent example is “viral blizzard” (snip) Another similar phrase made the rounds this past summer, “pandemic of the unvaccinated,” attributed to CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky. (snip) It is clear that today’s version of the COVID pandemic is among the vaccinated (snip) This current “pandemic of the vaccinated” may be more akin to a cold rather than the nasty respiratory virus sending thousands to the ICU last year
