We’ve all heard the line about winning the “hearts and minds” of the population being the key to winning a war. Over the past several generations the Left has been busy doing exactly that. They’re organized and they’ve taken over virtually every societal institution that has the ability to influence hearts and minds—especially government run education at every level. They’ve also taken over far too much of the government and, when they have the ability, they use government money—your money—to fund themselves through myriad “community action” organizations. They’ve largely taken control over the permanent government bureaucracy, thanks to decades old court rulings that ban “religious” tests—or, in effect, common decency

Now, in less than three days, a variant has been identified, global travel has been halted, states of emergency have been declared, and now we see a pharmaceutical company announcing the variant specific vaccine trial that will begin in the U.S. in a few weeks. This government relationship with Big Pharma is certainly generating some fast action, eh?

A Missouri judge on Tuesday ruled that local COVID-19 orders violated the Missouri Constitution, ordering local health officials to rescind them.
Judge Daniel Green of Cole County wrote that the Department of Health and Senior Services unconstitutionally gave too much power to individual local health officials and directors. As a result, he ruled, those orders must be lifted, meaning that local health orders must be rescinded.
