The Pandemic is Over. Long Live the Pandemic.

The COVID pandemic is over. Thanks to the work of President Donald Trump, a vaccine is widely available to anyone who wants it. And, coming from that research, a new pill from Pfizer that cuts the risk of death and hospitalization by 90 percent in individuals who contract COVID, is in front of the Food and Drug Administration for approval. Those who want to protect themselves from COVID can do so easily, and those who chose not to take advantage of the vaccine or the pill (when it is approved) are in any event are unlikely to die from the sickness.

I'm starting to have doubts that it ever began!! Where DID the 2020 flu season go to, anyway???

The left is going to go bonkers at opinions like this. Absolute control is necessary for their communist plans and they have already lost that battle. The next march on Washington is going to be the one they have been dreading.

I understand what the author is trying to convey. But still think a pitchfork and a hanging rope is the only thing that will ultimately work.

DEL RIO, Texas — According to a source within Customs and Border Protection, migrants from Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India were arrested Wednesday. Border Patrol agents encountered them after crossing the Rio Grande as they tried to elude apprehension in dense brush. The incidents began early Wednesday when agents arrested a group of seven. Agents tracked footprints away from the Rio Grande, ultimately finding the migrants on a private ranch. Four identified themselves as citizens of Afghanistan, two from India, and one from Pakistan. As the day unfolded, five more significant interest migrants were apprehended, raising the number of migrants from significant interest countries to 12 in a single day—including four Syrians.

Democratic strategist Paul Begala said Wednesday on CNN’s “The Lead” that former President Donald Trump and his “death cult” supporters are a “threat to the nation.” Anchor Jake Tapper said, “Donald Trump just teased a run in 2024. How does this affect the Republican Party?” Begala said, “Well, I think he’s going to run. And that’s not just me from the outside. Talk to people close to Trump. It’s close to 100% certainty that he’s going to run. That’s going to chill, I think, many other Republicans from getting in the race. And it’s going to further solidify what was once a great political party is now —

“The Chicago Police Department has canceled regularly scheduled days off starting Friday and through the weekend in apparent anticipation of civil unrest in the event that Kyle Rittenhouse is acquitted,” the Chicago Sun-Times reported. Allow me to translate that for you…. Because Chicago is run by Democrats, because the corporate media have been shamelessly lying about the truth of what’s been revealed in the Rittenhouse trial, Chicago police know that if Rittenhouse is acquitted (as he should be), the left-wing terrorists in Antifa and Black Lives Matter, these dangerous babies who can’t deal with things not going their way, are almost certain to take to the streets to loot and burn

It made for a good laugh a few months ago when Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), a particularly fierce critic of former President Donald Trump, indicated she wasn't ruling out a run for president in 2024. Her actions as of late have only fueled further speculation that she really is going for it. On Tuesday night she not only publicly railed against Trump before a large audience, but she did so in New Hampshire. As the first primary state, even just stepping foot there can get people talking. Is the Biden administration governing in a way that takes into consideration the will of the American people? Based on his plummeting poll numbers and crude anti-Biden chants filling sports stadiums, the answer would seem to be no. Last week’s defeat of the left at the polls in Virginia and elsewhere was a reminder of the pushback of “we the people.” Some leftist pundits said Terry McAuliffe lost his Virginia gubernatorial campaign in 2021 because he didn’t campaign to the left enough. Others remarked it was the alleged “white supremacist” factor that gave conservatives the victory.

Today we celebrate Veterans Day, a holiday that honors all American veterans, living or dead, who served their country honorably during war or peacetime. On the “11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month” in 1918, the Allied nations and Germany agreed to an armistice, ending World War I, which is generally regarded as “the war to end all wars.” It became known as “Armistice Day,” and is commemorated by many countries. One year later, in Nov. 1919, President Woodrow Wilson declared Nov. 11 as the first commemoration of Armistice Day. On June 4, 1926, Congress passed a resolution

We’ve seen a lot of freak-outs now from folks on the left about the saying “Let’s go, Brandon.” Perhaps one of the things that is so amusing about media objections is that while they get the saying is a criticism of Joe Biden, they don’t seem to get that it’s also a criticism of the media — that it was a comment on the fake news of the media after an NBC Sports reporter claimed “F**k Joe Biden” was “Let’s go, Brandon.” Most in media still aren’t journalists enough to either have figured that out or to admit it.

From the moment Donald Trump announced his presidential aspirations in June 2015, he has dominated the political landscape. Trump's turn in the spotlight has persisted for so long that it seems impossible to get away from him. Both his critics and fans are many. Though Democrats control the White House and Congress, they are eager to remind others of the Trumpian loyalty still alive within the Republican Party. But when it comes to elections, there is no placing Trump on a ballot if he is not running. This truth played itself out on the Nov. 2 election night.

As Vermont reports higher than ever COVID-19 case rates, state health officials have been trying to understand why. How can a state that did so well during the first part of the pandemic — even garnering national recognition — be doing so much worse now? "There is not one simple answer," said Vermont Health Commissioner Dr. Mark Levine during a news conference Tuesday. "But, there are clearly factors that have come together to create the situation that we're in now." Slowing the spread is critical right now to prevent Vermont's hospitals from being overwhelmed with people sick with the virus, Levine said.
