A military invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces could be imminent, the White House warned its allies in Europe on Thursday. The United States is concerned that Russia may take aggressive action amid tensions over the Belarusian-Polish border and an increasingly tenuous situation with Europe's natural gas supply.Fears of a possible military operation were partially sparked by a buildup of Russian firepower at its border with Ukraine, Bloomberg first reported. US officials have briefed their European counterparts but their assessment is also based on insights they haven't yet shared with EU allies, people close to the story told the outlet.

The only border I am interested in protecting is the Texas border right now. Rep Mike Turner made a fool of himself on Tucker Carlson, and Tucker showed it to the world.

Classic deflection strategy. Inflation is rampant, supply chain broken so “look, a squirrel!” If Russia invades, “we told you so”. If they don’t, Biden takes credit for stopping the threat.

Thank you for bringing that up, #2. I was cheering Tucker’s takedown of that typical Republican eager to use our soldiers to get into Ukraine so his defense contractor donors can make some dough. His blase’ demeanor showed he is like most DC Republicans. They don’t care about our Texas-USA border.

This was exactly the threat pointed out by VP candidate Sarah Palin in her debate with Joe Dementia. He was clueless then and is demented and clueless now.

Russia needs a warm water port for military and commercial purposes. Charge of the Light Brigade is about Brits getting obligated by Russians over Ukrainian in 1854. No-one is signing up for that. Russia will get it again just like China will eventually get Taiwan again. We are buying time but won’t go to war over either of them. There will be diplomatic anguish and life will go on as usual. It will be the same either way on Main Street and the lines on the map will move from side to side. History repeating and not worth nuclear war over.

Why has this country been so successful in the past? It is because we have not allowed the incompetent and lawless democrats to have full reign over this country for long periods of time. Each time they have been in power it has been a disaster. It is especially tragic now because they not only stolen the election, they have revealed their true colors as anti-American totalitarians intent upon fundamentally transforming out country. Every single decision that has been made has been an unmitigated disaster. Foreign policy is no exception. They are now toying with world war because they are so incompetent and unable to understand just how fragile this world is. Without clear leadership from a serious and responsible United States government things can get out of hand very quickly. Old Joe will happily destroy the world if it is what his puppet masters want.

I'm surprised old Asleep At The Wheel realizes there is anything going on in the world except for when does he get his pudding and ice cream. Hard to believe we talk about our 'leader' this way. I sure did care for Obola but at least he had most of his pistons firing. This one - not so much.

The MSM here and in the West fail to show the true character of today's Ukraine as a failed country that is run by neo-nazi oligarchs. Stepan Bandera (Nazi) is still a National Hero in Kiev. But the reality is Ukraine is being used as disposable fodder by the West to inflict political damage on Putin and Russia. The problem for the United States and NATO is; does anyone want a conflict be it Ukraine, Taiwan, Syria, or anywhere else with this mentally incompetent muppet and his administration leading the way? War however is probably inevitable in the near future.

DM and Rooters, what the heck does this mean? Why does biden the cheater choose to conceal critical evidence? And just who are these so-called "migrants" you reference in your piece? Disease-infested muslims from Africa?
At least biden the cheater can't blow it again like he did in Afghanistan.

America's military/industrial complex and its neocon lackeys have gone too long without a new conflict.
Historically, a Russian aggression will start with a manufactured "provocation" by the country they are targeting. With the Chechyns, it was bombs in Russian apartment buildings. Killed around 300 Russians...but FSB agents with live explosives were later arrested by local cops outside an apartment building.

Guessing Biden has given Putin the green light. Weakest president ever. Most anti-American administration ever. If Putin does invade, it because he knows nobody will do anything of consequence in response.

Think about it. We're no different now than under Barack Hussein Obama. Our enemies can smell weakness and the same odor that Obama secreted is being released by Biden. Under Obama the middle east was burning and China, Russia, Iran and North Korea all taunted our country. Now with Biden it's the same story. They know Biden is Obama's lap dog and they are running wild knowing there will be no consequences to anything they do. Got it...

Most of the Russian troops are about 150 miles from the Ukraine border. I'm no military expert but you would probably need a million troops to take over a country as large as Ukraine. An invasion of an sort seems unlikely.

After Biden’s retreat and surrender to the 7th Century Islamist Taliban in Afghanistan, do you really think that the Euroweenies will have any trust in anything that Biden or his crew have to say about Russia or encouraging the Euroweenies to get in position to become involved in any sort of military confrontation with Russia. If Russia were to take the bull by the horns and invade Ukraine, the Russian military mission would be to occupy the Russian speaking areas of Eastern Ukraine adjacent to the current Russian border. Good luck getting the Euroweenies to send a strong enough military force into Ukraine to militarily eject Russia from those territorial gains. If the Russians do invade Ukraine, look for the Chinese Communists to make a military move about the same time against Taiwan to really confuse Biden.

Let the NATO ally Germans and Poles handle it. If they're not interested in defending Ukrainian "freedom", why should we be? The Euros are making their bed...

Based on an analysis of the geographic distribution of the location of buyers of huncher’s “art”, it appears the invasion will be approved unless the piece entitled “joe blows it with camilla” is sold within the EU for in excess of $2 million. The xidens are cheap.

Hunter Biden’s Burisma payments were a good investment. Obola/Xiden handed Crimea to their rightful owner and there will be no going back. Europeans will do nothing and we might send some Social Workers at most.
