Big Bird vs. Ted Cruz: The COVID Vax War

Shockingly, America, Big Bird has officially entered the COVID-19 vaccine war. Sesame Street — the critically-acclaimed and breathtakingly informative infectious and emerging diseases show for kids — has launched a campaign to shill for children as young as five to be vaccinated. Even “better,” Big Bird, along with Elmo, Grover, and Oscar the Grouch, appeared on CNN — who knew? — town hall to pimp the “Sesame Street” vax for kids campaign. The same CNN, mind you, as RedState reported in late October, that ridiculously touted in a headline: People vaccinated against COVID-19 less likely to die from any cause, study finds The Saturday morning town hall, titled “The ABCs of COVID Vaccines,”

Comments:

I was raised watching Sesame Street. Given how woke they've gotten, it would be a cold day in hill before I'd let my kids watch it today!!

Besides nothing, what will you do about it? This type of cancer has been eating away at our society since the mid sixties and what have the Republicans done to put a tourniquet on this sucking chest wound?

Cruz, like most of the Republicans, talks a great game. I see no action, however. I think most of us realize its on us to deal with all these problems ourselves. We have been waiting 50 years for the Republicans to fix the ills of society, and as soon as they get power, they scurry off into their holes and aren't seen again until the Dems gain power and there is a camera to pontificate in front of.

I'm not surprised at all. Sesame Street has always been a left wing program. That's why it got it's start on public television. I was forced to watch "THE VIEW" today while sitting in the waiting area at the car dealership while my car got serviced. The abject stupidity coming out of the mouths of these idiots was just beyond belief. Not once was the fact that kids aged 5 to 11 just don't get this virus or spread it, but none of the adverse affects from this so called vaccine were mentioned. If I'm the parent of a little boy, this stuff doesn't come within ten feet of my child. The possibility of my son getting a cardiac condition from a substance that does nothing but feed the insecurities of stupid leftists rules out any chance of him getting this shot. The kid would be better off getting covid and staying home for a week.

#5: That's why I carry a small Universal remote on my key chain. Only on and off, but it works on most TVs. I'd bet anyone in the room with you felt the same way about the view, so you'd be a hero.

I have a theory about Sesame Street which may sound crazy but do give it some thought… I grew up in the 1950’s before the existence of SS and back then there was no such thing as ADD or ADHD. In all of my years in school there was one boy who was hyperactive and there were a very few kids with behavioral problems but they were taken care of with the principal’s paddle. Then along comes SS which “teaches” children in fun little one minute skits. So kids get used to education being amusing and fast before they ever set foot in a classroom. Once in the classroom they are forced to sit quietly for 45 minutes or more at a time and the learning is no longer fun and entertaining. So they fidget, get restless and misbehave because they are bored and voila! We have a whole new disorder and amphetamines to go along with it. Not to mention a built in excuse to misbehave because - they can’t help it, they have a disorder!

Sesame Street has been INDOCTRINATING your children for generations! They have been working on changing the VALUES you seek to impart and inculcate from your value system to warm them up for the coming Socialism. Don't continue to allow this to happen-- Even Kaptain Kangaroo did this to some extent. Now they want to TAKE YOUR 3 YEAR OLDS ans get them before KINDERGARTEN with Pre-Kindergarten and "Early Childhood" Education "grooming them" NOT to fight against it-- but are the current generations of parents ALREADY GROOMED TO ACCEPT IT?

Jake from State Farm won’t have to worry about doing any commercials with anyone else because Aaron Rodgers isn’t going anywhere. In response to the sport’s media’s quest to get Aaron Rodgers canceled from his many lucrative sponsorship deals after seeking Covid treatment advice from the left’s chief Covid nemesis Joe Rogan, State Farm Insurance has decided to stand by their man. In a statement to USA Today, a State Farm spokesman made it clear that the company encourages vaccinations and backs the right to make a “personal” choice. “We encourage vaccinations, but respect everyone’s right to make a choice based on their personal circumstances,” State Farm told USA Today.

We’ve seen a lot of freak-outs now from folks on the left about the saying “Let’s go, Brandon.” Perhaps one of the things that is so amusing about media objections is that while they get the saying is a criticism of Joe Biden, they don’t seem to get that it’s also a criticism of the media — that it was a comment on the fake news of the media after an NBC Sports reporter claimed “F**k Joe Biden” was “Let’s go, Brandon.” Most in media still aren’t journalists enough to either have figured that out or to admit it.

Consumer borrowing accelerated by far more than expected in September, as American households dealt with rising prices by swiping their credit cards and taking out more loans. Total consumer credit increased $29 billion, up from a $13.8 billion gain in August, according to data released by the Federal Reserve Friday. Economists had been expecting a $15.5 billion gain, according to Econoday. That’s a monthly gain of 0.7 percent, well above the decade average of 0.4 percent. Compared with a year ago, consumer debt is up 4.9 percent. Consumer prices rose 0.4 percent in September and were up 5.4 percent compared with the prior September.

But school officials decided to suspend the girl for “false reporting.” The Daily Beast and the local Fox News affiliate reported on the development, both refraining from using the name of the girl or her mother, who spoke to the media about her daughter’s experience.

The Summit caught a fascinating story out of Italy: the Italian Higher Institute of Health decided it had miscounted COVID deaths. Instead of looking at people who died with COVID, as it once did, it looked only at people who died from COVID — leading to a 97% decrease in Italy's COVID death count. So far, the CDC shows no signs of following suit. According to The Summit: The Italian Higher Institute of Health has drastically reduced the country's official COVID death toll number by over 97 per cent after changing the definition of a fatality to someone who died from COVID rather than with COVID.

What happened to Donald Trump in 2016 and beyond dwarfed Watergate. Most of the media not only didn't care about the corruption of the Democrats, but were also major participants in seeking to destroy a candidate, and later president, they didn't like. Special counsel John Durham has started to hit paydirt with three arrests so far, the tip of the iceberg, and the story is essentially buried because the media don't care, and they don't want the public to know the truth. If the public learns the truth, they will see how dishonest, corrupt, and dangerous the media are.

Americans are having fewer babies than ever before, or at least since records were kept starting in the 1930s. Monitoring systems to stop drunk drivers would roll out in all new vehicles as early as 2026, according to the new legislation. First, however, the Transportation Department would have to assess what the best form of technology is and give automakers ample time to comply.
