The gas price crisis in the United States continues to spiral out of control. Those in the South have seen their gas prices double to over $3.00 a gallon over the last several months, but they have it easy compared to places like California, where one station was recently charging over $7.00 a gallon. That’s enough to make Europe blush.Of course, every bit of this was self-inflicted on the nation, not by consumers, but by the Biden administration pandering to far-left delusions about climate change completely destroying the planet.
So what’s the solution? Is it to drill more domestically? To greenlight Keystone XL and other pipelines?

Yesterday I was at a gas station and someone placed a sticker of Joe Biden on the pump with text that read "I did that!" People are getting fed up!

The mistake is assuming the left is doing this for anything other than nefarious purposes. Dubya Bush committed us to ethanol and other "green" fuels because they make fortunes for insiders, and despite these things being proven to create more pollution than gasoline and wasting energy, not even Donald Trump lifted a finger to undo it. Same with domestic drilling; even when gasoline was above $4.00 a gallon under Dubya, he refused domestic drilling in pristine ANWAR and let us ride it out.

Americans are feeling the effect of past low prices and oversupply that forced production cuts. No one produces anything at a loss, which is what our oil producers were doing, with an average closing price of $39.68/bbl in 2020. Each barrel's breakeven price is about $50. You can't make up the difference by volume selling.

#1: I saw one with a picture of Trump which said 'Miss Me Yet?' Think I'll make some of my own. They'll work great at the markets, too.

fact is, the stupidity of the democratic voter is appalling. They're on that plantation for a reason. They are that ignorant, so indoctrinated that they are blind to reality. To preach about climate change, then to turnaround and ask OPEC to drill for more oil is the height of hypocrisy. But don't try telling that to a parasite living off the taxpayers dollar. Wake up...

Oh to have $3.00 per gallon gasoline! Here in eastern Oregon we're paying $4.35. Thanks to the certifiably insane Joe Biden and the Democrats.

We were energy independent and actually exporting gas under Trump...now we have that demented serial groper and his 'doctor' wife in charge, fronting for a bunch of eco-weenies and lie-berals in his train wreck of an administration....

A year ago I paid $1.799 / gal for gasoline, now it is $3.289. Many of our government leaders could be replaced with door knobs and the country would be much better off.

The terms 'Biden administration' and 'idiotic' go hand in hand. When it comes to Biden priorities, enriching our enemies even outranks saving the planet (which doesn't need saving, btw).

I don't mind the "idea" of all electric. In fact I wish President Trump, if he runs again, would make BUILDING NUKES and reducing emissions in China and India a part of his platform. Oil isn't going anywhere. Take a look around at all the stuff made of plastic. Like that nice, smooth highway to drive on? It's made of asphalt. Guess what's used in asphalt. And there are numerous other products made with oil - from medicine to makeup.

Policies that result in high gas prices are consistent with the Biden handlers' desire for electric cars.

Well around here in January when Trump was still President and his Make America Energy Independent policies still existed, a gallon of unleaded gasoline cost $1.49 a gallon, and now after Biden has been President for eight months and scrapped those Trump policies, that same gallon of gasoline costs about $3.79. I guess all the “smart” people who listened to the partisan 24/7 CNN and MSNBC political propaganda putted down Trump’s tough talking Put America First and US Energy Independent based Tweets, and fashionably voted for Biden will not mind paying about $5.00 or more for a gallon of Middle East produced gasoline this winter. Then on top of that they will not mind paying 50% more to heat their homes in the coming months. Trump who resides in South Florida must be laughing his butt off at such stupidity.
