The AP Interview: Kerry says world short

WASHINGTON— Crucial U.N. climate talks next month are likely to fall short of the global target for cutting coal, gas and oil emissions, U.S. climate envoy John Kerry says, after nearly a year of climate diplomacy that helped win deeper cuts from allies but has so far failed to move some of the world’s biggest polluters to act fast enough. In an interview with The Associated Press, Kerry credited the United States, the European Union, Japan and others that over the past year have pledged bigger, faster cuts in climate-wrecking fossil fuel emissions ahead of the talks in Glasgow, Scotland, under nudging from Kerry and the Biden administration.

If John Kerry would just quit using jet planes, heated houses, powered yachts, plastics, electricity, and automobiles and grow his own food the climate would be a lot better.

These people are always clamoring for BIG Changes that Will Save The World. So if it's so good, why the resistance to those changes? Where is the lure of the solutions they propose? Where are the proposed ideas actually being tested in use and what are the outcomes? These are important things to explore before a global imposition of their green wet dreams.

According to a recent article from the Belmont Club that was posted on PJ Media from Sep 27 2021, China is pursuing it's own climate agenda which effectively squashes the Paris Accords. "In 2019, China's emissions not only eclipsed that of the US - the world's second-largest emitter at 11% of the global total - but also, for the first time, surpassed the emissions of all developed countries combined.. When added together, GHG emissions from all member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), as well as all 27 EU member states, reached 14,057 MMt CO2e in 2019, about 36 MMt CO2e short of China's total". Then, start working on India and other countries, and you don't get very far on meeting any goals they set for 2100 target year (which is 79 years from now). There are a lot of very smart people in China, India and elsewhere. Do they just not care, or are they noticing it's not as urgent of an issue as some are saying? And, are municipal bond investors being misled? They are some very smart people so why would they continue to buy bonds for ports, coastal real estate, etc..if sea levels are going to rise so much that it would put those project literally under water? .

As a U.S. Senator, Joe Biden was known as a political moderate. When he ran for president in 2020, he portrayed himself as the Democrats' middle-of-the-road candidate -- a man who could work with both sides of the aisle and unite Americans of all political persuasions. However, when being a moderate wasn't helping his chances of winning the nomination, candidate Biden quickly switched horses in midstream, adopting the far-left platform of socialist Bernie Sanders. This move won him the Democrats' nomination and made him beholden to the radical left-wing of the Democrat Party. It also called into question Biden's judgment,
