School officials covered up his daughter’s

As far as injustices in the world go, the story of a Loudon, Virginia, man who became the poster child for “domestic terrorism” after his daughter was raped is pretty high on the list. Scott Smith was arrested on June 22 at a school board meeting that was deemed an “unlawful assembly” after attendees voiced opposition to a proposed policy expanding special protections to transgender students. Smith was dragged from the event in handcuffs, his pants falling down, his lip bleeding. He was charged later with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

I’m in Loudoun County right now visiting family. What this article doesn’t mention is that the sheriff’s dept. took Smith’s daughter to the hospital where a rape kit proved that the assault had happened. Rather than expelling the rapist and having him arrested, LCPS simply transferred him to another high school where he committed another assault just a couple of weeks ago. LCPS needs to be sued into non-existence. Oh, BTW, this story has yet to be covered by local news. Surprise, surprise.

Mr. Smith will have a multi million dollar law suit against the D.A. and school officials. Hopefully he can name a few of the Stasi cops that beat hell out of him.

Call me petty, but the NSBA didn't use the word 'regard' correctly. It said in regards to domestic terrorism, Regards are well wishes. Regard means relating to. Like New Math , this must be New Grammar.

I am so glad this Story has Legs! Now, even FOX has it on and are interviewing the Father. I feel sorry for him, and his Daughter, that this had to come out for all to see. The fact that they are strong enough to see this young Man put in Jail for what he did to her, and the other girl, says a lot. THEY are going to FORCE the School Board to publicly ADMIT this happened. He has the Police and Rape report. Fact are on his side. When he is through with this School Board, they should ALL be Fired for the cover up! He should be a Millionaire and should move his family somewhere that his daughter can Heal and hopefully move on. She will never, ever be free of what happened which is why I feel this Young Man should serve HARD TIME. The School Board, who is apparently full of Progressives, should also be sued for allowing ANYONE BUT GIRLS in the Girls Rest Room or Locker Rooms. A lesson should be learned from this because it will happen again and again if parents don't put a stop to it!

Fortunately, the sheriff's department appears to understand the science behind rape investigations better than school officials. FTA: District Superintendent Scott Ziegler cautioned the audience to "keep their perspective, adding that "...the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.” Nonetheless, the family attorney says "... a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.” The good news is that the "donor" of the DNA collected at the hospital with the rape kit will easily be identified. No one will be in danger of losing their perspective. The DNA evidence will speak for itself.

Mr Smith is so wrong, on so many levels. First, his daughter is State Property. The State can do whatever it wants with her. He has no say in the matter. Second, the transvestite has rights which are guaranteed by SCOTUS. The desires of the transvestite are far more important that some young woman. Third, any objection to the acts of a School Board are insurrection and treason. So he will go to prison, for a long time. We do not deal gently with those who attempt to overthrow the established government of the United States, and Mr Smith is such a person. He lacks the right to object to anything. Who appointed him? He holds no office in the government, and so lacks standing to object to anything. He is lucky not to have been in Australia, where he would have been so severely beaten that some bones would be broken, after which he would be denied medical care. He is a Domestic Terrorist. He is an enemy of the State, and should be put into solitary confinement. The above opinions are those of *President Zhou, AG Garland, and Ron Kline (the man behind the curtain). This is life in a Communist Workers Paradise. And Zhou got 81 million votes (that is ballots), carefully printed in China. You can get a lot of votes with Dominion vote-generating machines. But there was NO FRAUD. The cheating was done in full public view, and witnessed by many.

Appearing this weekend on CNN’s State of the Union, Virginia Democratic gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe charged that Republicans have “made up” K-12 disputes over Critical Race Theory (CRT) in order to “divide” voters. McAuliffe said, “This is a made-up — this is a Trump, Betsy DeVos, Glenn Youngkin plan to divide people, and really bothers me.” In a television interview last week, McAuliffe had previously said of Critical Race Theory, “It’s not taught in Virginia, it’s never been taught in Virginia. And as I’ve said this a lot: It’s a dogwhistle. It’s racial. It’s division.”

I remember quite clearly the first time I explained what COVID was to my young children in early March of 2020. I lay down in one of their beds at bedtime and told them about what it was and how it might affect our lives for the next few weeks or perhaps even the next month or two (oh, how naive I was then!). I reassured them about their safety and ours, and pulled up a chart from China and Italy about the death rates broken down by age. I explained to them the nature of the virus, that it thankfully spared children of their age,

If questioning the results of a presidential election were a crime, as many have asserted in the wake of the controversial 2020 election and its aftermath, then much of the Democratic Party and media establishment should have been indicted for their behavior following the 2016 election. In fact, the last time Democrats fully accepted the legitimacy of a presidential election they lost was in 1988. After the 2000 election, which hinged on the results of a recount in Florida, Democrats smeared President George W. Bush as "selected, not elected." When Bush won re-election against then senator John Kerry in 2004, many on the left claimed

Gifted students have to check their privilege and get over themselves. It doesn’t matter whether they are minorities. It doesn’t matter whether they were brought to the United States as children. It doesn’t matter how poor their families may be. It doesn’t matter if they have inspiring personal stories. It doesn’t matter how hard they work. No, the very fact that they are getting accommodated in classrooms and programs that don’t necessarily represent the demographic make-up of their school districts at large means that they need to be brought down a notch. If there were any doubt that “equity” is now the most destructive concept in American life,

Virginia’s gubernatorial contest between Republican Glenn Youngkin and Democrat Terry McAuliffe clearly has supporters of the latter worried. Recent polls show a far tighter race than they expected. Consequently, it was all but inevitable that McAuliffe’s allies would attempt to meddle with election laws using public health as a pretext. Sure enough, the Democrat-dominated Fairfax Board of Supervisors has asked Gov. Ralph Northam to waive the witness signature requirement that Virginia law stipulates for all absentee ballots. Board Chairman Jeffrey McKay insists that the waiver is needed due to the threat of COVID-19, yet cases are declining.

It should be obvious that no sane parent would ever allow ideology to supersede the proper education of her children. Yet, during the past year, it has become equally clear that many of the nation’s school systems are indoctrinating students using politically tendentious curricula that most of the public considers . . . well . . . insane. This has resulted in widespread protests by parents of all political persuasions to which school boards have responded with stunning hostility. The magnitude of this animus was revealed this week when the National School Boards Association (NSBA) equated parents with “domestic terrorists,” and the Biden administration directed the FBI to investigate them.

This term, however, has more drama and tension as Democrats call for packing the court with an instant liberal majority and others attack its members in anticipation of opinions that have yet to be written. The reality is summed up in one of my favorite stories about Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes when he was on a trip to Washington. Holmes forgot his ticket but the train conductor reassured him, "Do not worry about your ticket. We all know who you are.
