A six-year-old boy from Las Vegas has become the latest internet sensation after he refused to take off his mask on picture day at school because his mother told him not to remove it unless he's eating.Mason Peoples' insistence on listening to his mother is being hailed on social media, where inspired fans have donated more than $18,000 toward his college fund.Young Mason may have taken his mother's instructions too literally last week when he went to his elementary school where he is enrolled in first grade. When it was time to take his portrait, the photographer was shocked when the boy politely declined his invitation to remove his face covering.

Good grief. Scaring children into compliance. His mother must be so proud of herself.

Moron ? Imbecile ? Not sure which one applies to the mother though I am sure that she's a child abuser.

A young friend, in his mid twenties, has told me that one of his greatest concerns is how this mask insanity is affecting little children. He thinks that they will be permanently warped by this.

The kid is right.
What the article doesn't say - - is that his mother signed a non-aggression pact with the Wuhan virus - - kind of like the Ribbentrop-Molotov pact - - wherein the virus will not attack the kid if he removes his mask to eat.
When the kid isn't eating - - the virus is free to pounce - - and infect every tissue in his body. So - - you CAN negotiate a deal with the virus - - just as you can negotiate a deal with the taliban - - provided you're a utterly delusional leftist - - like the kid's mother.

I actually respect this kid a lot. He actually obeys his parents, which is refreshing.
However, his mother, on the other hand, is a brain-dead sheeple. She is hurting her child, both physically and mentally. That is child abuse in my book, and she needs to be arrested now!!!

There are enough studies by now that prove the harm in wearing a mask all day. It is destroying lungs and will morph into diseases. No child should be mased nor get the vaccine. They will have a life time to regret it.

Being a devil’s advocate here: I don’t think mom thought about picture day. Think about looking at this picture twenty years from now. The mask will look majorly stupid then as now.

A mask does as much good filtering viruses as your undershorts do filtering flatulence!! in other words, if you walk into a bakery with a mask on and smell bread baking, your mask isn't working. if you can smell bacon cooking, your mask isn't working.
This isn't "cute," it's child abuse. This is how germaphobes are born!

Poor kid.
No mention of a father.
His mom started a GoFundMe... begging used to be considered disgraceful.

I find it refreshing that this boy listens to his parent more than ceding to the nanny state's rules.
His body, his choice, yet some posters see child abuse. How silly.

The kid is cute. The mom is an idiot. She wants people to buy him a gift? And has raised $18k? I wonder what she’ll buy herself with the money.

“Good kid?…his body, his choice??” He’s 6. He’s being indoctrinated. If his mom told him to stab someone and he did it, is he still a “good kid?” What is wrong with people?
