Utah voters ready for Romney replacement,
poll shows

Original Article

Utah Republicans are fed up with Sen. Mitt Romney, according to a survey released on Wednesday. A poll from OH Predictive Insights found 63% of registered Republican voters in the state would rather have someone else from the party representing them, compared to 35% who stand with Mr. Romney, the party’s 2012 presidential nominee.(Snip)So far, the approach isn’t paying off in his political backyard, where 58% of GOP voters said there is room for Mr. Trump in the party, compared to 42% who said the same about Mr. Romney. The mounting frustration with Mr. Romney was on clear display earlier this year after he was booed and heckled

Comments:

The usual GOP trick is to rig the primary with enough stalking horse contenders posing as Tea Party types, thus swamping any honest contenders, and then voters "hold their nose" in the general and we're stuck with the party's preferred crook.

They will do just as OP says. Multiple 'challengers' to split the vote, all funded by the Romney folks behind the scenes.

If you lived here in Utah you'd realize just how tired Dems here are of backing Dems who lose or who win but are are wishy-washy. I fully expect Mittens to win re-election with that 35% Rep vote joined with enough Dems to put him over the top. Sad. But a globalist will win no matter what, Dem OR GOP, like Mittens.

In the current political climate run as a conservative Republican and serve as a liberal RINO and see what happens to you. The Utah GOP needs to get control of their primary and run one viable candidate against him.

He will not be defeated in the primaries because the GOP can't get their act together and nominate a solid conservative, America first patriot. You will see all kinds of bureaucrats and RINOs splitting the votes.

I doubt that Utah is capable of sending a non-RINO to Washington. I don't think there is any way around it, the GOP has to go.

A Bronx vandal poured a liquid believed to be gasoline on an occupied NYPD van—which drove off before anything worse happened, police said Saturday. The disturbing incident happened Friday at 10:30 p.m. at Valentine Avenue and East 180th Street in Fordham, not far from the 46th Precinct station house on Ryer Avenue, where a rowdy group was already throwing eggs and trash at the vehicle, cops said. The vandal was spotted in surveillance footage holding a red gas can and pouring the mystery liquid all over the exterior and the hood of the marked NYPD van—whose driver quickly drove away, police said. An Afghan refugee faced online harassment after tweeting out a photo showing his meager food rations at Fort Bliss in El Paso. The Taliban is using advanced weaponry left behind by American troops to crush the last pockets of resistance to its takeover of Afghanistan. Fighters led by the country's former vice-president were last night mounting a final defence against the new regime's forces in Panjshir Valley, the only province that the Islamist group has not captured. But the rebels appeared outgunned by Taliban fighters using US armoured vehicles, mortar missiles and high-powered artillery. Videos showed Taliban gunmen brandishing US military M4 and M16 rifles and wearing night-vision goggles. The military hardware is understood to have been seized from US-trained Afghan government security forces, who fled

A viral TikTok trend claims to educate women who believe they are attracted to men but have only been socially conditioned into thinking they are heterosexual. Compulsory heterosexuality, colloquially known as ‘comphet’, is a term used to describe the belief that Western culture has coerced women into trying to view all connections between men and women as sexual or romantic. The argument is all women have been conditioned from childhood to view any feelings they have towards men as attraction—with some authors even going so far as to say all females are actually lesbian by nature. Biden and the Pentagon have managed to birth a new terrorist haven, destroy much of U.S. strategic deterrence, and alienate our allies and much of the country. In the hours after the horrific deaths of 13 servicemen, we have been reassured by our military that our partnership with the Taliban to provide security for our flights was wise.
