Did the FDA Pull a Bait-and-Switch on

On August 23rd all the mainstream or agitprop media outlets were trumpeting the news that the FDA had granted permanent approval for the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. (snip) vaccine mandates were now legal for healthcare workers, employees in private industry, college students and government employees (snip) What the FDA approved and licensed is Pfizer’s Comirnaty Covid vaccine not the current Pfizer-BioNTech Covid vaccine in use under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). The FDA has acknowledged that Pfizer has insufficient stocks of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine available but there is significant amount of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid vaccine available under the EUA still on hand.

Unbelievable. So typical of the Democrats and their enemedia enablers to pull a fast one like this on the public. Despicable. This definitely needs to be exposed as well as challenged in court.

It wont matter. Laws exist only for the convenience of the government. They can be circumvented by the government at will with no fear of repercussion. A 30+ year track record cannot be ignored.

Good information on the product liability of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid EUA vaccine vs “Comirnaty” (brand name Pfizer-BioNTech Covid vaccine). IMO the real bait and switch is the liability issue. The branded version which has product liability “Comirnaty” is approved for age 16 and older. The FDA (website) states that the EUA no liability version of the vaccine can be used for ages 12 to 15 as well as 16 and older. Which one do you think Pfizer is going have more available. If you are age 16 and older and decide get the vaccine for the first time or get the now recommended booster insist that it be the“Comirnaty” branded version that carries product liability.

Did the FDA Pull a Bait-and-Switch on the American People? In Truth, Yes the FDA did one of the greatest lie's in history. The Marxist Communist democrats, republicrats, etc., in charge of America's criminal government are covering it up just as they are the massive greatest vote fraud in American history that biden himself on camera told every Marxist Communist democrat at their meeting thanking them for the fraud vote's for Soetoro and himself that put Soetoro and biden in office twice, I thank you for doing this greatest vote fraud in American history for me. Another election stolen by vote fraud by Marxist Communist democrats Global Marxist Communist One World Government. According to Biden the Marxist Communist democrats did this very same thing twice before in the elections of Obama and Biden and got away with it easily. The Marxist Communist democrats, rinocrat's, etc., are the real danger to America from within. Biden himself with a slip of his tongue for once told the truth of the Marxist Communist democrats and they are all guilty of treason. Speaking to former Barack Obama staffers on Pod Save America, host Dan Pfeiffer asked Biden what his message was to people who have not yet voted. https: // youtu . be / C6u1uKznCYw His confession starts at 18:00 when he is asked a question. Joe Biden: "Well, first of all, you know, uh, what really rankles, uh, my opponent is I say that, uh, the thing that bothers him most is he’s not a patch on Barack’s jeans." "Secondly, we’re in a situation where we have put together — and you’d [sic] guys, did it for our, the president Obama’s administration, before this — we have put together, I think, the most extensive and and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics."

It seems they think the American public is incredibly stupid...and they are right! They pulled the old magician slight of hand trick and instantly the vaccines that were not approved were mandated! The military, LSU students, hospital workers, .... It is so discouraging to know that everyone is participating in this scam. How to have a "fully approved vaccine".....and yet keep your liability protection. All it takes is lying. The fully approved vaccine DOES NOT EXIST in any quantity. FDA says it's OK to use the OTHER vaccine instead. But the OTHER vaccine will still be under the EUA and thus protect Pfizer from liability. How to have your "FDA approval" and keep your legal liability. How do we know when the FDA and Pfizer are lying.....when their lips are moving.

One of the Marine Corps principles of leadership is to accept responsibility for your actions. One of the things that disgusted conservatives following news of the bloody terrorist attack in Kabul that killed twelve Marines and one Navy corpsman was the fact that Nancy Pelosi, during a public appearance in San Francisco, not only didn’t mention, she was also in an exceptionally jovial, joking mood. My bet is that this wasn’t mere callousness on her part. (snip) I believe that the reason Pelosi is behaving in this way is to keep her base from realizing that something bad happened. President Biden claims that the military advised him to close Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan and instead use Kabul’s airport to evacuate Americans. They were the ones who said the Afghan army would hold, that the pullout would go smoothly. If Biden is telling the truth, this disaster is on Milley’s watch.
