Seattle Of Course A young couple with a two week old baby in the car was attacked by a mob of armed, homeless people that had previously burglarized the family’s vehicle. The couple showed up at the encampment to look for items stolen from their car several days earlier. They found their belongings, shoes and a blue-tooth speaker, and were trying to leave but were prevented by angry members of the great unwashed. That’s when things got crazy. The donnybrook began when a vagrant woman ran across the stench camp and punched the mother. Her husband tried to intervene and got wacked with a five foot long conk buster,

I'm glad this had a happy ending, but what were these people thinking going down to that homeless camp alone to try to retrieve their stuff?!?!?!?!? That is insane, given that they sure couldn't count on the very limited police in that socialist mecca to save them if things went bad!!!

Good Lord. What a city to live in. My problem with this is, you have a 2 weeks old baby in the car, and take the baby, your wife, to go to a homeless area to confront a bunch thugs? What were you expecting? You should not been there in the first place. Thank God all of them are alive. I am sure the "family" of the man killed will come after them in a civil law suit. Some idiot will try to make money of out this.

Apparently there is lost of STUPID going around in Seattle. First stupid thing was being in Seattle in the first place. Second stupid thing was leaving your car in downtown Seattle. Third stupid thing was going to the homeless encampment as a family. A baby in the car, really? 4th stupid thing is trying to get your stuff back from the worthless slugs who live in the camp. Did they really think they would give it up without a fight. 5th stupid thing is Zombie homeless surrounding a car with a stupid family in it trying to get away. 6th stupid thing was not getting out of the way of the moving car. One less feral zombie in Seattle. First smart thing that happened here was running the person over. Of course, this could all have been avoided if they would just stay away from Seattle and the Seattle City Government would do their jobs and protect the people.

Stupid to go into that encampment, but same couple should be applauded for taking away the misery of that 21 year old transient. An abject loser, no doubt a drain on his family, stinky, stupid from years of huffing paint, and increasingly violent - being struck by the car and a one way ticket into the entry of the pearly gates is the very epitome of mercy. I feel mostly sorry for the front bumper of that vehicle. Clearly, said bumper was the most intelligent thing in that encampment that very Day

In Washington you can get a CCW pretty easily. Once these crazies used weapons in the attack there is no doubt that armed self defense is needed. At that point, they should have been shot. But, really foolish to go there at all.

I would never have gone after lost items in a bandit camp- especially not shoes and a speaker. I don’t blame them; i respect their guts. Perhaps it’s people like me that have allowed the criminals to encroach on our freedom from crime. I don’t know what the response to the descent into Road Warrior should be.

As scenes of horror and terror continue to unfold in Kabul amid Presidentish Joe Biden’s haphazard and increasingly desperate evacuation efforts, many of us have said all week that it didn’t have to be like this. Here’s the proof. Raheem Kassam revealed on Wednesday that under President Donald Trump, Mike Pompeo’s State Department had ordered the creation of a “Contingency and Crisis Response” office whose job would be avoiding “a future Benghazi-style situation for Americans overseas.” But while Biden lied to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos on Wednesday that “We planned for every contingency,” behind the scenes,

Last month, Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity that he has made up his mind about running in 2024, but didn’t say what the decision was. Earlier this month, Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, revealed that Trump is “moving forward” with a 2024 presidential run in a “real way.” On Wednesday, Trump gave yet another hint that he plans to run for president again in 2024, telling Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business, “You are going to be very happy” about the decision, but that her can’t officially announce it because of campaign finance laws. “The campaign finance laws, which are antiquated and stupid,

When you think of places like Australia, you think they’re just like us – they speak English and love freedom. Well, they do speak English, that much is true, but do they really love freedom like we do? Considering Democrats have control of government, it makes me wonder if we really love freedom all that much. Putting that aside, the way governments all across Australia are conducting themselves during this pandemic should make everyone realize that the similarities may well just end at language. More importantly to us, what is happening in Australia is what Democrats would love to do here, so it’s important to keep an eye on.

A federal judge in Texas has permanently blocked the federal government from penalizing healthcare providers and insurance companies who refuse to perform gender reassignment surgeries. The judge, Reed O’Connor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, ruled in favor of the Obama-era initiative in 2019, but cited the “substantial burden” on the providers’ freedom of religion in his ruling on Monday, Aug. 9. “Plaintiffs identified the substantial burden on their religious exercise as resulting from HHS’s attempt to ‘force them to choose between federal funding and their livelihood as healthcare providers and their exercise of religion,’” O’Connor wrote in his opinion.

A familiar refrain among Donald Trump supporters during his presidency was, “Are you tired of winning, yet?” Stronger borders, lower taxes, renegotiated trade deals, exits from globalist summits and confabs all fed the enthusiasm in the Trump voter that the country was back, and strong, and “winning, winning, winning.” It wasn’t as much Trump the man his voters were cheering. The left always incorrectly assumed it was about a cult of personality, nothing more. What Trump voters were actually cheering was themselves and their own voice amplified. The belief in the greatness of the United States articulated through Trump.

Decades ago – on March 2, 1962 – the television show "The Twilight Zone" premiered an episode called “To Serve Man” which centered on the sudden arrival of outer space aliens…who purportedly just wanted to provide humanitarian aid such as advanced chemicals which grew larger crops to end hunger. Since many world leaders were understandably skeptical of the aliens’ motives, they presented earthlings with a book titled" To Serve Man" written in their own outer space language. (Cryptograhers quickly were drafted to try and decode the symbols on the pages.) The space creatures also offered to fly volunteers to their world to observe as proof that they could be trusted.

How is it that Democrats are so bad at this? Both Obama and Biden are dithering fools who have jeopardized American national security; Biden wasn’t even for the raid that killed Osama bin Laden. Biden has outdone his boss regarding Afghanistan. It’s a mess. It’s an exit that is a total trainwreck. No one can give straight answers concerning why this fell apart. The intelligence community, the Pentagon, and the White House are all blaming each other. With all of the typical DC games, there are at least 10,000 Americans still trapped in Afghanistan. What’s the plan? I know we’re now staying until they’re all out -

Now, there’s been a lot wrong, right down the line, when it comes to how Joe Biden has dealt with the debacle in Afghanistan. But one of the main problems with his administration is the failure to actually speak frankly and with transparency with the American people. They started this off very badly with both Biden and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki being on vacation. Biden didn’t even come back until Monday to make his speech. Then he went back to Camp David, and then came back to make a speech today. But that speech, as we previously reported, isn’t on Afghanistan, it’s on the Wuhan coronavirus. That’s stunning.

That response — this is not a joke — came in the form of a strongly worded letter. The death toll in Haiti’s powerful earthquake jumped to over 1,200 on Sunday, as crews desperately dug through collapsed buildings for survivors in the Caribbean nation still reeling from its president’s assassination. In Les Cayes, as in other hard-hit cities on the southwestern peninsula, most of the population spent the night sleeping outdoors in front of their houses — or what remained of them — amid fears of new aftershocks. The streets there were filled with the grinding sounds of heavy equipment lifting debris from collapsed buildings, as well as the quieter sounds of people pulling away rubble by hand in desperate searches for the missing.

The Trump-hating news site ran a devastating -- and insightful -- analysis pinning the blame for the Afghanistan fiasco squarely on Joe Biden. Prior to that, the network had carried water for him, skewed the news, and engaged in sycophancy, to the point of ending up a target of James O'Keefe. Now it's The Atlantic's turn. Just this morning they ran three bam, bam, bam commentaries that also pinned the blame for the fiasco squarely where it belonged,

Instead, he’s either played the blame game, hidden at Camp David or in Delaware, attacked Republican governors, dismissed as bagatelles the horrors in Afghanistan, and generally been weirdly disconnected.
