Trump Issues Blunt Response to Joe Biden’s
Afghanistan Speech

Former President Donald Trump issued a short statement after President Joe Biden delivered maybe one of the worst speeches in US history where he blamed Trump for his own disastrous withdraw from Afghanistan while defending his decision to go through with the United States’ abrupt removal from the region.Trump made sure to punch back in a statement: “It’s not that we left Afghanistan. It’s the grossly incompetent way we left!” (Snip) Biden is blaming everyone but himself for the horrifying situation in Afghanistan.

It begs the question why PDT didn't withdraw the "right way" when he had four years to get it done. The fly paper includes the Trump administration...from T-Rex and Mad Dog to Pompeo and those revolving door Sec Defs. Twenty years or 16...what was the difference? It was apparent our Afghan adventure was going nowhere; our nation building a failure. Had there been an effective Afghan government and security force there would have been no chaos. Whose fault is that? I say the Afghans themselves. We rode that stock into bankruptcy.

The main reason people come to visit the Old North Church in Boston's historic North End is to see the famous steeple where two lanterns signaled to Americans Paul Revere's famous cries that "the regulars are coming!""We fit right into a paradox because of this steeple that everyone is looking to as a symbol of freedom and independence," Old North Church & Historic Site Executive Director Nikki Stewart told CNN. "That same steeple was made possible by the labor of enslaved Africans."On Tuesday, the National Endowment for the Humanities announced that the Old North Church Foundation was awarded a $75,000 grant.

Exuberant after President Joe Biden’s spectacular defeat in Afghanistan, China’s state-run Global Times on Tuesday warned that if any American troops are present in Taiwan when Beijing decides to invade it by force, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) will “crush them by force.”The Global Times was responding indignantly to a tweet from Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) in which he listed U.S. troop deployments around the world. Cornyn incorrectly stated in this tweet that 30,000 American soldiers are stationed in Taiwan, roughly the same amount stationed in South Korea.

As the Taliban takes over Afghanistan, it has freed thousands of prisoners, including top leaders affiliated with al Qaeda and ISIS, a move likely to complicate U.S. efforts to evacuate personnel from Kabul. The release of more than 5,000 prisoners from Bagram Air Base, which the Taliban captured during the weekend, is compounding worries that U.S. forces will come under attack in the coming days.Gen. Frank McKenzie, commander of U.S. Central Command, which is coordinating the emergency evacuation, said on Tuesday he has warned the Taliban and other terrorists storming Kabul "that any attack would be met with overwhelming force in the defense of our forces.

I mean, you’ve got to be kidding me. In the friendliest of settings, Joe Biden still just doesn’t get it. An interview with former Clinton operative George Stephanopoulos shows a president who simply cannot take responsibility for his screw-up. We have at least 10,000 Americans trapped in Afghanistan. There seems to be no solid plan to get them out safely other than entrusting the Taliban, a terrorist group, not to attack them as some undoubtedly are trying to make their way to the airport in Kabul. Then again, our government said that they cannot guarantee their safety.

You won’t find a more powerful example of the media’s pro-Democratic tilt — and outright hostility toward former President Donald Trump — than their refusal this week to call out President Joe Biden as a downright liar, as they did with his predecessor, when it comes to his comments about his Afghanistan pullout.Back in July, the prez flatly rejected suggestions that the intelligence community feared an increasingly rapid collapse of the Afghan government as US troops withdrew. “Your own intelligence community has assessed that the Afghan government will likely collapse,” a reporter noted

Joe Biden and his media acolytes call him Mr. Empathy and Mr. Compassion. His Afghanistan speech yesterday told a different story, and should end that phony spin forever. My takeaway was how cold, and hard, and compassionless Biden was as he sought to extricate himself from the catastrophe of his own making. He blamed everyone but himself for his failure, particularly the Afghan army. He smarmily assured terrified Afghanis left behind he'd now speak out for their human rights instead of actually protect them. He effectively told U.S. servicemembers their service was for nothing. It was appalling.

Although the White House had intended to keep Biden under wraps for as long as possible, the demand that he say something – anything – about the unfolding debacle in Afghanistan forced him to leave Camp David for a 20-minute statement, after which he refused to take any questions. The important part of what he said boils down to one sentence: We had to leave and everything that went wrong was Trump’s or the Afghans' fault. Biden is a craven coward, a feckless fool, a dismal dummy, and a man who will soon have more blood on his hands than a thousand Lady Macbeths.

In October of 2020, former White House physician Ronny Jackson raised a question that was on the minds of many voters: “I watch Joe Biden on the campaign trail and I am concerned that he does not have the cognitive ability to serve as our commander in chief and head of state.” Jackson, who had served under Presidents Obama and Trump, stressed that he was speaking as a “concerned citizen” rather than a physician. Inevitably, the media collectively descended on Jackson like so many flying monkeys, but he raised the issue again during Biden’s absence from the public eye last weekend as Afghanistan was being overrun by the Taliban.
