When several hundred extremists mobbed Capitol Hill on Jan. 6, they engaged in a deplorably un-American act of criminality. It was an embarrassing day for the nation, and a dangerous one for the many innocent people and officials engulfed in the mayhem. Here’s what Jan. 6 wasn’t:It wasn’t the “worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.” Nor did it veer anywhere near the vicinity of being as dangerous as 9/11. Nor was it a “coup” or an “insurrection” — not in any way we commonly understand those words.

A "Coup" is a violent effort to remove an EXISTING Govt/Head of State..Trump was the existing Govt. Head of State. Words have meanings, and a stable society NEEDS stable words.

Pelosi brought in some cop named Dunn. He said there was a "hit man" somewhere. The lefties want you to think he meant DJT, but actually he probably meant Lt Byrd who shot Ashli Babbitt. Interesting thing is some guys came up with PICTURES of officer Dunn in his Terrorist Group's BLM standard garb! Odds are good Dunn knew the guy who videoed the assassination of Ashli. And don't forget, this guy was handpicked by Pelosi ~

Nobody I know is minimizing the events of Jan. 6. What we want is the truth to be known by all. Among other facts: There was no insurrection that day. There was no coup. Trump did not incite a riot, nor use "grossly irresponsible rhetoric." He called for a protest of an "election" for which he had reams of circumstantial evidence indicating that it was stolen by massive fraud. He wanted Congress to do the right thing and refuse to accept the results without an investigation to determine the extent of the fraud. What we want to know about Jan. 6 is: (1) Who murdered the unarmed demonstrator and why? (2) Why did Nancy Pelosi and her minions refuse offers to beef up security that day? (3) To what extent were the few acts of actual criminal behavior perpetrated by, or orchestrated by, Antifa thugs and/or FBI infiltrators? (4) Why have supposed conservative journalists bought much of the Democrats' narrative of what happened that day, minus the more eggregious mischaracterizations?

#3, if this info/photos haven't been conveyed to Rep Jordan or someone in the House yet, they ought to do it now, right now. I was watching some of this on RightSide Broadcasting and it was obvious to me that provocateurs were in the crowd. I have said this often, but looking at the demeanor of the various people, there clearly were non-Trumpers, that is to say, unlike any of those i have seen at televised rallies (and i admit we could see only a fraction of the crowds), furthermore there were never any reports of violence, property destruction, attacks on police!?!?! The FBI knows about these provocateurs, radicals who infiltrate a march or rally with the intention of causing disruption which would lead to violence and notoriety. No doubt there were many angry, frustrated Trump supporters in that crowd. WHY was and is there so much frustration and anger? because every legal "off ramp" was shut down. Had the courts, including the Supreme, hear the cases presented and the dispute exposed and explored and adjudicated, i think whatever the conclusions (again, completely and fairly presented) would have had a beneficial effect on the "body politic". we'll never know. What we do know is that dismissing the legitimate claims of (i think obvious) shenanigans on election day/eve (and whatever period of time leading up to that) has led to massive distrust and contempt for government in general and the Dem/Left/Biden regime.

NY Post still overwrought about this nothing much event. The only real crime was one of Nancy's thugs who murdered Ashli Babbit. The rest was very small potatoes, no matter how much they try to exaggerate four broken windows and some trespassing.

No, libs, Jan. 6 was not a coup. If it had been a real coup there would have been millions of us, not the paltry thousands that attended President Trump's rally. We would have been armed. You would have been very afraid, as criminals always are when they know their time is up.

The word the 'Rats and the media used, over and over, was 'Insurrection'. Why did they use that word, rather than the more accurate 'demonstration'? It's because, in the Constitution is a section that gives the Government more power and fewer limits 'during times of insurrection', if I recall correctly. The 'Rats are (again) torturing the language so as to give themselves more power. It's what they DO.
