A “tidal wave” of dangerous synthetic drugs is flooding New York City, with methamphetamines and fentanyl pouring over the U.S. southern border at alarming rates and quickly finding their way into local neighborhoods, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency said. This influx of dangerous drugs is having a deadly impact on the streets of New York, according to an April 30 report from local health officials. “Fentanyl is up, a heroin rise is going on in New Year City and a very new wave that hit New York City is meth,” DEA special agent Ray Donovan told The Post. “We’re seizing a lot more meth than ever before.”

Comments:

This article is racist, as is border control. And besides, how else are the Newcomers supposed to pay off their debt to the coyotes?

... LOOK at how the whole world turned itself on its head for 15 months ( and counting) with a massive govt/media psy-op campaign in order to "protect" people from catching a cold ...??...and I believe "honest" stats would show the number of people who have died from Covid is pretty close to the annual number of people who died from pneumonia, flu, COPD, etc.....??? ..Point Is :....now LOOK at how we ignore/tolerate the use of street drugs ... ( and celebs even promulgate how "cool" it is ).... measure the damage in lives, crime , loss of productivity etc from these drugs ...and wonder WHY there is not a similar "campaign" against this "virus"....???

I can't conjure up a bit of sympathy for the New Yorkers who have stayed in this mess of a city. They made choices in where to live, in democrat leadership and choose to stay there now in the midst of drugs, looting and murder. We taxpayers will eventually end up bailing them out but not willingly. Many of those vehicles you see on your Interstate highways displaying New York tags are now supplying them with drugs.

The second wave of wonderful "gifts" from China. First they attack with a bioweapon, and now with huge quantities of a deadly drug. We really, REALLY need to return the favor. Free truckloads of heroin and meth in Beijing and Wuhan should be an important US goal.

California is adopting former Donald Trump's plan to thin out the state's 33 million acres of forests with controlled burns and raking the woodland floor —after state officials essentially laughed off the former president's idea a few years ago. Trump had suggested in 2018 that the Golden State start sweeping its forest floors of debris that often aids in the spread of wildfires. But by Aug. 2020, at the peak of the state's wildfire season, his suggestion became an ultimatum when he withheld wildfire financial aid on the basis of California's failure to clear its forests of dead trees, branches and leaves, Politico reported at the time.

Disney has been accused of pricing out loyal customers by targeting affluent families with $800 hotel rooms and $100 sandwiches at its theme parks, despite having scaled back its 'magic' since the pandemic began. A family vacation to Disneyland - once the pinnacle of summertime for middle-class American families - will today set a family of four back more than $6,000. With the average annual income now standing at $5,725 a month, this means a visit to the so-called 'happiest place on earth' is increasingly out of reach to the average American family.
