No Leaders Attended the G7 Summit

Original Article

When I was a child, I made the mistake, as many children do, of thinking that the actors I saw in movies were in some way responsible for their lines. (Snip) His job is to act the way someone tells him to act, and to say what someone tells him to say. And that brings us to the picture of the G7 leaders on the beach in Cornwall. Nobody who watches the film of these people arriving, coming down the boardwalk carefully spaced, hygienically elbow-bumping in lieu of shaking hands, and finally taking up positions for their photo op—nobody would believe these people are world leaders. Because they aren’t.

There hasn’t been a leader on the world stage since The President. Better to call them “rulers.”

The G7 meeting was like the blind leading the blind. Now they are all calling for building back better and in some cases more "feminine". We all need to be more kind and gentle as we build back from Covid lockdowns. Really? I'm sure Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea are all cowering in fear over the feminizing of the US, Europe, NATO, and other places that formerly kept them in check. Donald Trump was the school playground bully compared to these fools. No wonder they are so welcoming to Joe Biden; he is as foolish and weak or worse than they are. Someone needs to step up and put the fear of God into Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. Unfortunately that leader (Donald Trump) is no longer a part of the G7 meetings.

Thank you for posting! Mr. Galernter’s observations about Boris Johnson hilariously true. He looks and talks like a buttered scone — lol. The last two paragraphs are the most important of the piece. I hope others agree and will vote appropriately as my household intends to do.

Only Democrats do the stupid "elbow bumping". If someone came up to me and wanted to do that, I would put out my hand to shake. If they didn't like that, they could go screw themselves!

I have liked Gelernter’s POV and writings for quite a while. Glad to see others reading (!) and feeling the same way…. Those of us who post a lot get our happies when we see LDotters reading and sharing opinions that show they’ve done that… Otherwise we’re wasting our time posting. :-)

OK. It’s all there at the link. But this is just too powerful to not be featured. Highlighted. This is why this article should be sent on to everyone we know and acted upon by those of us here at Lucianne. Tapping away on our keyboards in order to post complaints is not enough: If this does worry you, the way to correct it is by taking out the lowest rung of the corruption ladder. And that is not local Democrats but local Republicans: Weak and flaccid Republican politicians make Biden possible by cooperating with people who actively hate America. They cooperate out of a love of politics. They cooperate out of a desire to keep their jobs, even when their party is not in power. And some, no doubt, cooperate because they get paid to cooperate. If you have Republicans representing you at the local and state level, know who they are and know how they acted after the 2020 election. If they have been willing to go along with the sham, if they’ve urged you to unite and move on, they need to go. They are America’s weakest links, the parts of our political system that make every other facet of corruption and fraud possible. This is a tough thing to ask, because most Americans do not like to spend their time in politics. They have other things to do. They prefer building their own lives to bossing other people around. But we must force ourselves to get involved: Organize a campaign to recall every Republican who supported the election fraud either by action or inaction. Primary every Republican who is beyond recall. Leave not a man standing who did not stand for America. The pandemic is just a taste of what’s to come. The 2020 election was our wakeup call. And the G7 summit—that’s just a reminder of what happens every day we allow actors to take the place of leaders. Our real enemy is apathy.

He may be an evil Communist all the way to his black little heart, but he is still strong, has a set of brass cajones, and always puts his nation first!!! The G7 "leaders" are a bunch of panty-waist PC fools!!! God I truly miss President Trump -- the only world leader who had the brass cajones to stand toe-to-toe with Putin and not blink!!!

General Milley of the Joint Chiefs of Staff turned in a performance that was part gaslighting and part humiliating theater. It's hard to imagine how his part in the hearing could have gone any worse than defending the imposition of critical race theory by arguing, “I’ve read Mao Zedong. I’ve read Karl Marx. I’ve read Lenin. That doesn’t make me a communist.” The military does not, as of yet, conduct Communist indoctrination sessions. And while officers might have read Mao and Lenin, they weren't being told to read it because it was "on the right side of history". As I said, yet. At the rate we're going it may only be a

A statement made by Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley defending the teaching Critical Race Theory to West Point cadets has gained some attention. However, the comments Milley made today actually reconcile several years of CTH watching Milley operate and having puzzling questions. Remember, General Milley did some really odd things as Joint Chiefs Chairman under President Trump: (1) Milley never removed Lt. Col Alexander Vindman from his White House post after the underling compromised his leadership position. The pentagon left Vindman on assignment to the NSC even after Vindman attempted to take-down President Trump.(2) Milley was then slow to react to Navy Secretary Richard Spencer threatening President Trump; attempting

President Biden’s topic was one of utmost importance Wednesday — crime and gun violence. But you wouldn’t know it from the way he spoke. He slurred his words. He called the ATF “the AFT.” At one point, he talked about the history of the Second Amendment and “the blood of patriots” before concluding that someone would need nuclear weapons to take down the government. If you weren’t confused, you were horrified. Biden was obviously tired, speaking in barely a monotone. He couldn’t pronounce “cognitive.” The media would pick apart every appearance of President Donald Trump, saying, even in news stories, that he was “manic,” “exhausted” or some other adjective.

Supreme Court rules against labor in private

WASHINGTON – In a blow to organized labor, a divided Supreme Court ruled in favor of two California fruit farmers on Wednesday who said union organizing on their orchards represented an unconstitutional taking of private property. At issue in the case was a 1975 California law that permits union organizers to access farms 120 days a year during non-work hours to meet with employees. The farmers said the intrusion represented a taking that violated the Fifth Amendment’s prohibition on the government seizing private property "without just compensation." Six conservative justices agreed with that reasoning while the court's three liberal justices dissented.

If we could somehow strip away the dubious political context in which it was birthed, Juneteenth might indeed be worthy of national commemoration. (Snip)Juneteenth’s emergence as an official national holiday is the result, not of a desire for unification and celebration, but of the same cynical racial division that has brought us Black Lives Matter, critical race theory, proposed shakedowns in the guise of reparations, and a host of other ills. The promotion of Juneteenth from a largely regional and informal celebration to a sacred national holiday undermines American national and racial unity—it does not encourage it. And that is the precise intention of those who foisted it on America.

However it originated, the novel coronavirus was repressed within China by recourse to draconian measures but was deliberately permitted to infect the rest of the world, enabling China to exploit the blunderbuss Western lockdowns and make a giant leap towards economic preeminence in the world. This push toward Chinese economic preeminence was something widely predicted prior to the Trump era but clearly was not happening in the

Grading students, asking them to show their work, requiring participation and even pushing them to get the right answer are depicted in the workbook as harmful to minorities.

Watch, then read on. There are many lessons to be learned from America’s adventure in Afghanistan but an easy one is that a crudely equipped force using guerrilla tactics is fully capable of prevailing over one with superior firepower. Surely there can be no connection between the cosmos and the idea of racial blackness. Can there?” reads the college catalog description.
