Biden’s Radical Executive Order on
Global Warming Gives Government
Power To Do Almost Anything

President Biden’s new executive order on climate change would basically let the government do virtually anything in any part of the economy or the financial markets, or labor markets, or agriculture — or anything — in the name of mitigating risk of climate changes. (Snip) The things the executive order will regulate and control add up to really the whole economy, all in the name of global warming. Massive and unprecedented central power would come from the District of Columbia and be exercised by upper- and middle-level bureaucrats. It would unleash government regulation and meddling unseen since FDR signed the National Industrial Recovery Act.

At some point, people will call this BS and say NO! Remember that two years ago before the plandemic hit, we were enjoying measurable prosperity and near full employment. In little over 4 months, our country is being invaded due to over running the border, people would rather get welfare payments rather than work and have some self determination and to have societal norms turned upside down by a media creation, and taxes are about to go through the roof to pay for laziness and the long-range plan to take our freedom and liberty. What kind of legacy and what kind of country are we leaving to our children? This is madness, and everyday people are going to have to get engaged to say NO or this coup will take hold and nothing will be able to stop it.

No, Joe is simply riding the world's biggest, downward sloping, slip-n-slide the Depression Era Supreme Court built when they said the Commerce Clause gives the federal government the right to regulate anything that, if done by every American, would "affect" interstate Commerce. The Commerce Clause is now the universal set; it includes everything. Our national "limited" power is redefined, as Democrats are so fond of doing, to be unlimited.

There is absolutely NO 'increase in extreme weather'. Actually, the opposite is happening, easily shown by looking at the number of strong hurricanes striking the US in the last couple of decades. WAY down from earlier times, even much lower than my childhood in the 50s and 60s.

This is what the COVID dictatorship was all about. Condition the people to obey orders, no matter how irrational, in the name of Public Health. Then proceed to steps B, C, and D, ad infinitum. Here we see a government power grab to counter the "threat" of global warming. Next it will be Second Amendment rights scuttled to permit gun confisction (i.e. Mandatory Buyback). Nest will come systemic racism, followed by sexism, transphobia, Islamophobia, and economic inequity. You see, there is nothing, not a thing, that is now beyond the power of the Federal Government. President Reagan was right: "A government big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take everything you have."

Many of the greatest crimes in history have been perpetrated by governments. This isn’t limited to global, civilization-sized crimes like wars, mass exterminations, concentration camps, and purges. Even the relatively modest FBI murders at Ruby Ridge and Waco, at once coordinated and chaotic, are hard to conceive being carried out by ordinary citizens—even citizens armed with evil AR-15s. (Snip) Now we’ve received word of the special detention facility set up in Washington, D.C. for the January 6 protestors, in which men are isolated for 23 hours a day, and where a man was maced after having a breakdown in solitary confinement and many others have been beaten,

For most of last year, the idea that the coronavirus pandemic could have been triggered by a laboratory accident in Wuhan, China, was largely dismissed as a racist conspiracy theory of the alt-right. (Snip) The reason for the sudden shift in attitudes is clear: over the weeks and months of the pandemic, the pileup of circumstantial evidence pointing to the Wuhan lab kept growing—until it became too substantial to ignore. The people responsible for uncovering this evidence are not journalists or spies or scientists. They are a group of amateur sleuths, with few resources except curiosity and a willingness to spend days combing the internet for clues.

A number of reporters from mainstream media outlets have recently admitted that the Wuhan “lab leak” theory was originally dismissed because it came from Republicans. Jonathan Karl, ABC News Washington correspondent admitted to ABC’s “This Week” host on Sunday that the lab leak theory was not taken seriously because it came from the Trump administration but, “now serious people are saying it needs a serious inquiry.” “Yes, I think a lot of people have egg on their face,” Karl said. “This was an idea that was first put forward by Mike Pompeo, secretary of state, Donald Trump, and look, some things may be true even if Donald Trump said them.

There’s a story that US President Joe Biden has told many times over the years about his first trip to Israel. As a freshman senator in 1973, Biden was granted a meeting with prime minister Golda Meir, who together with Yitzhak Rabin briefed Biden on the many threats Israel faced, showing him a series of maps. (Snip) So what is Israel’s secret weapon, Biden asked eagerly. “We have nowhere else to go,” replied Golda. Golda’s words are as relevant today as ever, with the past two weeks of another mini-war with Hamas and the accompanying spike of antisemitism only further proving her point.

For more than a year, honest and impartial scientific exploration of the origins of the Covid-19 virus has been blocked, with consideration of the possibility that it was engineered in the Wuhan Institute of Virology virtually suppressed, mocked as a “conspiracy theory.” This has had enormous real-world consequences, not merely because it let off the hook China – and Dr. Fauci, who approved American money flowing to gain-of-function research there on coronaviruses -- but because “an engineered virus behaves differently from a naturally evolved one, and this has implications for how it can best be fought.”

President Joe Biden has been moving at breakneck speed to undo every policy of his predecessor that he can, but he seems not to be giving any thought to whether the underlying policy is good. If former President Donald Trump made it, Biden will unmake it—even if he later has to remake it, as in the case of recently resumed border wall construction. Among the orders worth retaining that Biden nonetheless axed is Executive Order 13980. That order required agencies that issue regulations with criminal penalties to “be explicit about what conduct is subject to criminal penalties and the ‘mens rea’ standard applicable to those offenses.”
