A Houston-area hospital is being sued by 117 employees over its mandate that all staff must be vaccinated against COVID-19 by June 7 or they will be terminated. The hospital’s employees claim they are being used as “human guinea pigs.”
The civil suit was filed on Friday. It contends that the mandate violates the Nuremberg Code and U.S. statutes that permit Americans to legally refuse “unapproved” medical treatments. The suit also claimes that it violates both Texas labor and employment laws.
Lead plaintiff Jennifer Bridges told KHOU that the hospital “trying to force you to put something into your body that you’re not comfortable with to keep your job is just insane.”

Excellent. The forced taking of this damned shot needs to be stopped.
Period.

Glad to hear people in my neighborhood are pushing back. I live just a few miles from The Woodlands Hospital.

Most hospital personnel were only too happy to take the vaccine in the December or January.

Wonder how this is going over with those militant nurses we saw on the news earlier in the pandemic telling us we were murdering others if we didn't wear a mask or cower at home by shelter in place for months.

There’s a reason why only 40% of CDC and NIH employees and the rest of health care workers have gotten the jab.

The hospital should be liable for any adverse affects, and should be required to sign such a statement for anyone forced to take this vaccine. That statement should include language that any liability would not be capped, or governed by worker's compensation law, but instead, would be set by a jury.

Haven't we been beaten over the head the last 50 years about 'my body my choice' and ' keep your government off my body' ?
The 'pro choice' advocates seem to be the ones demanding compliance with the jab.

Mass resignation is also an effective way to change your employer's mind.
If the government would stop putting out the daily propaganda streams about how everybody should just submit to the treatment for the good of their fellow humans maybe the distrust would not be so strong. We have been lied to so often since 2020 that I put nothing past these vipers. I put my own health above that of my fellow humans. Call me selfish.

I don't know where this stands now but when the vax came out, 60% of Florida health care workers, nurses, refused to get the shot.
My nieces work for a medical insurance company and one is a nurse (who HAD to get vaccinated for company reasons) and my brother told me that stat in the first couple months of availability.

Who owns your job? Do you? Can you just "hire" yourself into a company? Demand to work? No, it doesn't work that way, does it?
Your employer walks in one morning and says you're employment is over - no reason, just is. Do you still have a job? No.
No one is/was FORCED to be vaccinated. Dr. Mengele wasn't there to give you "the jab" with camp guards holding out a tattooed arm for the needle. Any employee could refuse vaccination and walk out. These did not. The employer has the right to impose "conditions of employment", and the worker has the right to refuse and quit or be terminated. It's employment at will. Yours and theirs.

Next they will sue over being forced to wash their hands and bathe. The unproven germ theory, unapproved surfactants, blah blah blah. Fire the idiots.

As an "Experimental" vaccine, by Federal Law, no one can be forced to be injected against their will. Because the vaccine was rushed through testing, the FDA cannot and will not rule that the shot is "Safe and Effective". As private sector businesses, entertainment venues, amusement parks and mass transportation companies rush to demand a "Vaccination Passport" before entry or employment, a massive Class Action Lawsuit is in the offing.

#14, I think this case goes beyond an employer requiring certain clothing, working hours or duties. This is requiring an employee to take some concoction they feel will harm them, maybe permanently. It's not a Vaccine - it's an RNA alteration.
