Fox News host Sean Hannity just shelled out $5.3 million on a seaside Palm Beach condo, located not too far from pal and former president Donald Trump. The three-bedroom, five-bathroom pad is a mere 2½ miles from the Mar-a-Lago Club, where Trump currently resides. Hannity bought the townhouse on Tuesday in an off-market deal via a deed recorded by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office. The two-story home had been purchased just a month prior for a recorded $4.2 million before the owner renovated the home and sold it to the spunky host.

Hannity has worked very hard. I remember him when he was just starting out in Atlanta. He deserves what he has earned, no one gave it to him. He does not tell people, but he is a very generous person and has given and donated much.

I remember listening to Rush in the early days and, when Rush would take a day off, etc. Sean would take over the Golden Microphone he was well on is way up and Rush really accelerated his rise to fame. May God Bless Rush Limbaugh and may he never, ever be forgotten or dismissed. I still listen to Rush's program on my local AM station and even though Rush is not there the host Todd Herman interjects a lot of sound bites from Rush's programs.

Sean would have to reside six months and one day here in Florida to claim residency. Not sure how FOX would feel about him working remotely for that long a period. We have friends, who are now retired, who leave their Million Dollar home in Illinois every year and reside here for that period of time. They say it's worth every "Penny" to get away from IL Taxes! I'm sure Sean would love to do the same, maybe he's planning on retiring sometime soon! We would love to have him here in FL. BTW, we went out to eat last night and while we were seated by a large window a HUGE Bus came by all painted up with "TRUMP 2024. They had a Train Whistle on it and blasted it while slowly going by the Restaurant! The place went wild. The Majority clapping and whistling. A few quiet Boo's. And so it begins!!

It looks to me like someone bought the condo, added $1.1 million to the price and sold it to Hannity. A month to upgrade something that large? And one of the first things I would have done was replace that awful carpeting. Doesn't Sean already have a home in Naples?

Tough saying where this place is. It could be in Jupiter. My folks lived in Juno Beach a few miles up the coast north from Palm Beach in the '60s (I left from there for Whitehall Street in Lower Manhattan for the Air Force in February 1965. Why am I writing this? Hard memories). Anyhoo, there's still beaucoup development in the area, and though a Rush Fan who doesn't care much for Hannity, he's still a loyal Trump American who earned his money. Enjoy young guy.

Published with permission from Ken Eyring at Granite Grok. -Many know, I have been actively involved with a State Senator and others over the past few months – pushing for a forensic audit of Windham’s voting machines and ballots from the November 3, 2020 general election. A law mandating the forensic audit was passed on April 12th. Part of my support for the Bill included keeping the public aware, and asking them to respectfully submit their thoughts to the appropriate government officials. Their responses have been overwhelming. It is the civic duty of every citizen to get involved with our government –

Vice President Kamala Harris hasn’t been to the border to address a crisis she was tasked to help fix—but a children’s book she wrote is waiting there for young migrants who are being welcomed into the country. Unaccompanied migrant kids brought from the U.S.-Mexico border to a new shelter in Long Beach, Calif., will be given a copy of her 2019 children’s book, “Superheroes are Everywhere,” in their welcome kits. It’s just the latest open-arms gesture by the Biden administration, whose mixed messaging regarding the border and immigration has been credited with the surge from Central America to the U.S.-Mexico border.

An election audit of the 2020 ballots from Arizona's largest county -- one demanded by Republican state senators, overseen by a purveyor of election conspiracies and live streamed by a pro-Trump television network -- kicked off on Friday.Earlier in the week, Maricopa County handed nearly 2.1 million ballots and nearly 400 tabulation machines over to the state Senate after Republican lawmakers subpoenaed the materials and a judge ruled county officials had to comply. In a last-ditch effort to block the controversial audit, the Arizona Democratic Party and the lone Democrat serving on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, which oversees elections, sued to halt the count Thursday evening.

As I wrote in a preceding essay, the First Amendment was written to limit the government’s power. In the 18th century, only the state was conceived as possibly wielding the power to keep free people from speaking their minds. Thus, if maintaining a free people requires free speech, it followed that the government must be kept from controlling speech. For a long time, no more was necessary, but that would change. As the United States grew in population and prosperity, there was very little agitation against business. There did not need to be. Most businesses were small affairs, owned by one man or one family, employing a handful of workers.
