The Biden Department of Education has quietly proposed a new rule prioritizing the use of federal tax dollars for K-12 schools that replace traditional education with “culturally responsive teaching and learning” – more commonly referred to as critical race theory. This is the most significant move by the federal government to redefine the nature of state-funded public schools in U.S. history. Although the current effort to push public schools receiving federal funding to adopt a detailed indoctrination agenda may feel new and overwhelming for parents, the truth is that the Biden attempt is simply the last phase in a decades-

K-12 education was always a local administration issue and the day the feds stuck their nose into this area was the beginning of the end of local education, ie: primary level, I think it was during the '60's that most of this federal takeover of many, many local issues started and once the states and local governments began to depend on the federal money to make their jobs easier was a disgraceful abdication of duty on the part of local officials. Lyndon Johnson hated John Kennedy so much he couldn't wait to start to overturn most of what Kennedy did and the dem congresses went along with the conspiracy because they were gaining more control of local issues and couldn't be happier with the outcomes of their federal legislation to take over complete control of the political process in the country.

This is the end result of having government-owned and government-operated schools - - and taking "federal" money to pay for them. When you expect other people to pay for your children's education - - then those other people are going to take control - - and you can either like it - - or lump it. As I have been posting here for decades - - no more government ownership, operation, or subsidizing of education - - at any lebvel of government. If you want your children to be educated - - pay for it yourselves. You'll save yourself a lot of grief in the long run.

I can rest knowing we paid for all three children, two sons and a daughter, from pre-school to high school. All have families and good jobs. If I have to do it all over again, it would be home schooling. Now, if the government were to demand CRT for religious and home schools, that’s when this country has reached the level of full-blown communist totalitarianism.

I am old enough to remember when the accusation of prejudice was as bad as that of racist. It seems our education and legal systems are moving toward state defined prejudice as a fundamental principle. How long can we remain a nation if productive individuals of any skin color are deemed to be oppressors requiring Equitable re-education? It's time for the pendulum of culture to swing back toward securing the blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our posterity. I personally favor Liberty, Guns, Bible, Trump and bar-b-Que as worthwhile national goals for law abiding citizens.

COLUMBUS, OH – The Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus has joined hordes of untrained armchair quarterbacks, in order to render her opinion on police procedure after the officer-involved shooting of Ma’Khia Bryant. In Columbus, Ohio on April 20, 2021, Officer Nicholas Reardon had to make a split second decision to intervene as Ma’Khia Bryant rushed toward her potential victim with a knife, after ignoring lawful orders to “get down.” Reardon fired his pistol, striking Bryant and ending the attack. Aid was rendered at the scene, but Bryant was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Neighbors reported that Bryant “was in full attack mode” and also said:

Joe Biden’s climate agenda, which he announced this week, is such a violation of everything it means to live in a free country that it actually is hard to understand how he thinks he can get away with it. The plan, announced during a two-day climate summit that began on Earth Day, calls for the slashing of carbon emissions by over half in less than ten years, and the United States becoming a zero-emissions economy by 2050. While Biden hasn’t released the details of this plan yet, experts say that it will take huge changes to accomplish Biden’s climate objectives. Wind and solar energy are both essentially obsolete technologies. There is a reason why only the very rich or the very adventurous sail across oceans: the wind is unreliable, and at best produces relatively little energy. There are a number of reasons why this will never happen, but a paper published last week by Center of the American Experiment argues that land use constraints are the most basic reason why wind and solar are inexorably destined to fail.
