Is There Anything Actually Wrong With

With the turbulence of our current politics, it should come as no surprise that many Christians are looking for such height when it comes to political issues. Unfortunately, many are finding themselves in cul-de-sacs of confusion. The most recent evidence is the debate sparked over so-called "Christian nationalism," which, from the perspective of evangelical elites, is the bane of all Christian witness in the public square.

NO, and it should be CELIBRATED! The left with their underlying guilt have to put down and relegate the Christians non citizen status to justify their own malfeasance and shortcoming before God who they well know they will have to answer to at some appointed time. Christian Nationalism is the only reason we even have a Country.

Some people deny the existance of Gd because they want to pretend that they are a god. Their post-life party will not be pretty.

Nope, and if someone accused me of it, I'd say that right back. Yep, and proud of being Christian, and proud of supporting my country. Of course, when your country has been taken over by leftist criminals in a stolen election....you have to separate the country from the thugs who are corruptly in charge at the moment.

This article was wonderful, and more surprisingly because it is from Newsweek! Could it be that even some liberals are waking up to what a Godless, atheistic country would look like?

I found this confusing. I first had to get a definition of Christian Nationalism which was actually in the article... The writers define "Christian nationalism" as the "fusion of American civic life with a particular type of Christian identity and culture...blurr[ing] and conflat[ing] religious identity (Christian, preferably Protestant) with race (white), nativity (born in the United States), citizenship (American) and political ideology (social and fiscal conservative)." Keller adds that "it includes assumptions of nativism, white supremacy, patriarchy and heteronormativity, along with divine sanction for authoritarian control and militarism." Is this a term created by critics of Christianity? To me, Christianity, or any religion for that matter, crosses borders making them international. So what is Christian Nationalism? It is not the same as a Christian nation which would be a nation that follows the teachings and scriptures of Christianity. This sounds like another way for liberal publications to throw stones at Christianity by tying it to white supremacy, patriarchy, heteronormativity (is that even a word?), authoritarianism, and militarism. it hits all the lefty buzzwords and even makes a few new ones. Does Christian nationalism even exist at all? Maybe in the minds of lefties.

Apparently not, since this country's Founders established it upon Biblical principles as most of them were Christian's themselves. Before them the pilgrims, who were Christian's fleeing discrimination, persecution and tyrannical governance in Europe, who finally had managed to gather in Holland where they set sail across the pond in search of freedom and a better life. This country's Constitution thus was based solidly upon Biblical principles rather than any man made human concept. The Founders continually sought God's Wisdom and this country try has thrived in freedom, prospered with opportunity and strived for Righteous goals for each individual. The immeasurable value of the Constitution has proved itself throughout the years in world history, whatever it is called. May God continue to bless the USA. ...May we be ever humbly be thankful for His Wisdom and Righteousness.

It worked for the founder fathers of this country and if not for them, there would be no country to bash. It looks like instead of those who hate the country leaving, they are turning this country into a H-llhole.

As two women who have spent our careers in and around politics, we commemorate the role that women from Abigail Adams to Susan B. Anthony have played throughout our nation's political history, and celebrate the increasing number of conservative women elected to office. But when it comes to a resolution the House will soon consider regarding the Equal Rights Amendment, we object to both its unconstitutional process and its harmful, anti-women policies.

Are the ranks of the U.S. military riddled with white supremacists? CNN thinks so, and won’t let the facts get in the way of this compelling narrative. CNN makes its case in a story headlined, “Disproportionate number of current and former military personnel arrested in Capitol attack, CNN analysis shows.” This is both factually untrue and downright libelous. It dishonors the brave men and women who serve in our armed forces.

If you had told parents living in Los Angeles back in March, that we would still be under lockdown seven months later and that our children would not be permitted to freely trick-or-treat on Halloween we would have started our own peaceful playground protests. As a mother of two small children, I have seen firsthand how my kids have been uniquely impacted by the extended confinement. Their routines were disrupted without warning and they've experienced broken promises of when life as they knew it would resume based on moving targets set by local officials.

Congressional Democrats who have spent the past four years fixated on the Constitution’s emoluments clause might want to focus on another portion of our nation’s founding document. Article VI, Section 3 states that lawmakers and federal employees “shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” This passage could end up front-and-center in the Senate hearings over Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Supreme Court.

As we head toward Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Senate confirmation hearings on her nomination to the Supreme Court, let’s not forget that former Vice President Joe Biden is responsible for turning the high court confirmation process into a blood sport driven by character assassination. Biden, now the Democratic presidential nominee, claims to work across the aisle with Republicans. But his vicious conduct as a Democratic senator from Delaware in the confirmation hearings for Robert Bork (whose nomination was not confirmed) and now-Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is a permanent stain on the Senate’s reputation.

The coronavirus pandemic has made all of us acutely aware of the fragility of health. People in fine shape one day have died in a matter of weeks or even days, and the burden of this disease falls especially hard on racial and ethnic minorities. Even patients who survive face long-term consequences from their illness. COVID-19 has caused kidney failure in some patients and lung failure in others, and some of these patients may require a transplant to recover fully from the virus and maintain their quality of life.

Clinical trials are frustrating when they fail—and most do, but they seem almost magical when they work. I experienced that magic in 2018 when one saved my life. I have cystic fibrosis (CF), a rare genetic condition that usually manifests in severe respiratory disease and maintains a median age of death of about 30 years old. CF leads to an abundance of thick, sticky mucus that traps harmful bacteria in the lungs until it eventually suffocates patients from the inside. I was 27 when I entered the trial that halted my rapid deterioration, and that came after a l

Ronald Reagan famously declared that the nine most terrifying words in the English language are, "I'm from the government and I'm here to help." Those words resonate with many during a time when some governments are aggressively enforcing efforts that seek to prevent society from re-opening. Polling I conducted this past weekend found that 52 percent of voters share Reagan's view of how terrifying government "help" can be. Only 35 percent disagree. Initially, of course, there was strong support for the lockdowns. But a backlash is brewing.

The first test of a project backed to spray millions of tonnes of chalk into the stratosphere, in an attempt to 'dim the sun' and cool the Earth, could happen in June. Harvard University experts will test the system by sending a large balloon 12 miles above the Swedish town of Kiruna and have it drop 2kg of chalk dust into the stratosphere. The aim of the estimated $3 million mission, backed by billionaire Bill Gates, is to have the chalk deflect a portion of the sun's radiation, stop it from hitting the surface, and cool the planet. The idea has been heavily criticised since its inception...
