Employees at one of the nation's largest health insurance providers are routinely subjected to far-left critical race theory lessons and asked not to consider white men in hiring decisions, according to leaked documents and chat logs obtained by the Washington Examiner. Those who work at Cigna told the Washington Examiner that they are expected to undergo sensitivity training they consider racist and discriminatory. Lessons include reviews of concepts such as " white privilege," "gender privilege," and something called "religious privilege,"(Snip)"Given the hiring practices they have in place where white, male candidates are blocked, regardless of qualifications, I have to say, 'Yes, there's obvious discrimination at this company,'" one employee told

Religious privilege? I'm a Catholic and not a CINO like *Biden. I go to Mass on the holy days and unless they are on a weekend, I have to take sick or vacation time to do so. Where is my privilege? Dear God, we have gone mad.

In the late sixties I was hired by a major oil company one year before I left I was privy to inside information of their hiring. The company was doing the same thing with hiring blacks and no longer whites. The reason for it was to show the federal government all the non-white hires if there ever was a disaster like BP and Exxon had. It's always been a trend most people didn't know it. Cigna is now on my list not to do business with just like New York Life and Wells Fargo.

Not new, just worsening. As some know from experience, the WORST, most lefty lib loon nitwit louts in most corporate operations are to be found in the various HR departments. Been the case for a long while, I saw it back around 1982 and worsening quickly since. Note that these departments are normally composed of females and soy-boys and so become metastasizing echo chambers. With far too much influence on corporate policies, as we see here. (Sorry, ladies, but it's true and obvious). Cigna is not the only example, and isn't the worst such.

I spent over 30 years working for the largest casualty insurer in the country and I saw this type of discrimination firsthand. Early in my career, I noticed there was an opening at a regional office for some type of operations trainee. I asked my boss about it and he said “forget it - you’re the wrong color.” The position had been created specifically to fast-track minorities into management slots. Later, as a first-line supervisor, I saw black females promoted to supervisory positions ahead of better-qualified white candidates. Two were promoted ahead of me; one was fired two years later for misconduct, and the other was demoted for poor job performance. By the time I retired, the company had created the home office position of “Vice-President of Diversity” and filled it with a Hispanic lesban. Now, this type of discrimination is on steroids.

The good news is that this sort of anti-white, racist policies puts incompetent people in positions of power and that costs a company efficiency, and increases costs. Eventually, companies which don't do this, and stick with meritocracy will kick their butts by offering better, more competent services at lower prices. Companies WILL fail as they move away from efficient meritocracies which are color blind.
