The age old axiom: ‘Never Trust a Never Trumper‘ hits the mark once again. Senator Ted Cruz: “President Trump’s rhetoric, I think, went way too far over the line. I think it was both reckless and irresponsible because he said repeatedly—and he said over and over again—he won by a landslide; there was massive fraud; it was all stolen everywhere. That evidence, the campaign did not prove that in any court, and to make a determination about an election it has to be based on the evidence, and so simply saying the result you want, that’s not responsible and you’ve never heard me use language like that.

It really is a surprise for someone who has argued in many courts to say that it was not proven in court when he knows or should know that the cases have not been presented in court. Is he really that uninformed?

Was driving by his office in central dallas a few weeks ago, just off of R.E.Lee Park (where the FDR dedicated statue of Lee was removed by weak lib former Dallas Mayor a few years ago) and a few protestors souring outside, that Cruz shd resign. Told one I really liked the non-Good Old Boy Cruz.......but maybe I spoke too soon. Boy is just too smart for his own good.

Ted, having cameras on you is only a good thing when you are not going to say something stupid!
You had just barely gotten over the hump from your idiocy at the convention when Trump was elected, and now this.
It is helpful for everyone to see all these swampers self-identifying. They think they have a small audience of their donors, but we are all watching!

Who says this wasn't staged. On one side I don't blame the frustration on not proving the fraud. Even though no court would even look at the evidence. On the other side, who's to say Trump won't have the last word. As I said, this could have been a staged event. To me it's a nothing story. Strange things are happening out there. I don't think Trump's done yet.

The problem was that none of this was ever fully investigated. They should have spent RNC funds to hire some sharp investigators to uncover the blatant manipulation of the ballots.

I'm reserving all conclusions about this for the moment.
I will say that the Dims have created an insane atmosphere. A guy can be sitting in front of me nude with all the guy junk but insisting he's female, and the Dims would want to prosecute me if I disagreed and said 'no, you're a biological male.'
Now they want to prosecute anyone who disagrees with them that the election was "fair and square" as certified to by "honest john" the secretary of state. Old "honest john" even put some ribbons and a wax seal on the certification document.
What's the common thread? They want to prosecute anyone who disagrees.

This goes deeper than nullifying the First Amendment. The Deep State has torn apart the rule of law abetted by the courts' refusal to hear evidence and censorship of the MSM and Social Media. The Mueller Commission spent over 3 years and millions in tax revenue to determine that Trump was not a Russian agent. Where is that level of investigation into fraud within the 2020 Presidential Election?
The Left has projected their motives onto the Right that now they think that we are in a Banana Republic in which the loser of the election starts and wins the revolution. That is why the National Guard is in DC. There is no rebellion brewing - yet.The Right is willing to use our legal processes to redress grievances. If that process is corrupted beyond repair there is always the possibility of the States meeting to amend the Constitution without the participation Congress.
The NG will stay in DC until the current administration no longer expects a rebellion. I should live so long.

Very disappointing and probably a good thing Mr. Cruz did not get the opportunity (had the Court accepted to hear the case) to represent President Trump before the Supremes. He may have been a “wolf in sheep’s clothing”. Perhaps Mr. Cruz, like so many other R’s in Congress, seeks to win favor with the swamp creatures who now run the show!

So, Ted Cruz, how do you explain the analysis that was done in Michigan? You can't claim there was no fraud, cheating, corruption when courts don't examine it. By the way, all of you Republicans closed up shop on January 6 very fast. Now everyone is running around saying there was no fraud. BS. The things that happened on election day happened with Tony Evers and Scott Walker in 2018. I am not buying what you are trying to sell, Ted Cruz.

The media has made up its mind and will not hear anything other than their own crafted missives, Senator Cruz is playing along since it is the better choice at the moment.
There WAS a lot of unusual and unexplained things that happened with would normally call into question the validity of the results. The list is lengthy, but to stop counting in the middle of the night? That never happened before. After resuming counting, 100,000 vote jump for one candidate? That never happened before either.
Purposefully NOT verifying signatures and going around and IGNORING hundreds upon hundreds of eyewitness affadavits--- that never happened either.
It is now up to each of the states to uphold their own election law standards which were discussed and voted upon by their own legislatures only to be ignored in practice?
Now they media wants those who were questioning that the law was followed or not followed to eat a crap sandwich and go against their own serious questions so as to give validity to something which is of questionable validity?
You either have conviction that something was fishy or you don't, but living in the past will ruin you while the RINOs seek to run off the real conservatives in the base. Mr. Trump knew this.

Just give them all time. The unrighteous and dishonorable will always out themselves in the end.
I am reminded of the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. Father Abraham bargained with God down, finally He agrees "And He said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake." And yet not even 10 righteous souls were found in cities of thousands. And we wonder why the Beneficent Hand of God shys away from our nation.

I am coming to the conclusion that something else is going on. Clearly, something went wrong with the election and everybody except Trump supporters are denying that anything went wrong and that Biden won fair and square. Someone or something is driving this whole scale denial. Whatever is happening behind the scenes goes beyond normal partisan politics. When normally reasonably intelligent and honest players start telling you that that whizzing on your pant legs is rain, something is going on.

Ted's running for "24 already...covering his flanks. What did he say? Did he say FPDT incited the crowd to riot? No, he said what many have thought, that the rhetoric was out of step with what he and his campaign could "prove".
Why no evidence in courts? Because none would hear any case brought. Has anyone seen that promised Kraken yet? That was a blatant PR misstep on the part of the brilliant Sidney. Hire lawyers and get litigation, which doesn't work in a political battle royale. Absolutely there was fraud. statistics are clear...and whodunnit?

Perhaps Ted never got over Trump implying his dad of involvement in the JFK assassination. I have come to appreciate President Trump's leadership, work ethic and deep seeded love for the country. While impressed with Ted Cruz's debating skills, I have lost my favorable view of him as a presidential candidate. This backpeddling is not productive for the GOP. This, along with many other shared perspectives, implies that Trump supporters have limited capacity to discern facts about the very flawed election process. Sadly, Cruz alienates many that thought highly of him in the past.

Once again, the phrase "Never proved it in court," is being bandied about. He never had the opportunity to prove it in court because of cowardice, legal fiction, and a determination to put an end to his successful presidency. All other arguments are simply lies to hide facts.

C'mon Ted. Your better than that. Trump was just telling the truth, and you know it. There was nothing irresponsible or reckless about it. When obvious fraud takes place in an election with enough evidence to fill a room, and the court system won't like any of it be presented, what would you have done? This country doesn't need more people jumping on the socialist/communist bandwagon of bashing Trump and his supporters. Your going to need us for your reelection.

So much bs to put right here. Ted Cruz is a stalwart of our party. You can't put an "X" on people like Ted Cruz. You crazy? Candidate Trump burned the Cruz bridge to win his primary. He did that. And so Cruz isn't gonna have the lift that Trump needs in a storm. That much I give to Cruz.
But was I dreaming when the state of Texas sued the state of PA for steeling election 2020??? Was I dreaming when I witnessed vote decrements live on TV?? When they stopped the count overnight in FIVE stinkin' swing states??? Is there another guy who looks exactly like Ted Cruz who was all aggressive going to fight it out before the Supremes? Not the Diana Ross Supremes, the US Supremes!
And now it's all so "oh well"??
Ted Cruz has to compartmentalize his disgust for his smearer and protect our elections. Bc right now 75 million voters were disenfranchised, including his entire state, and promise to be so again for every election. Doesn't have to do it for Trump.
He has to do it bc he swore to God to protect the Constitution.

Ted is a back stabber, and a coward, waiting for Trump to be out of power to stab him in the back. Ted is working very hard to get replaced as a Senator from Texas. Ted doesn't have any personality, or charisma, so should hold back his criticisms. Ted got into the Senate because of the tea party, and has zero establishment backing. Ted maybe should think about that before running the mouth. Frankly, I am done with Ted. Ted is about Ted, not the country, and not the people he represents.

And nobody in DC cares about the Constitution, the average American or the economy. Just on filling their bank accounts while they can.

I beg all Ldotters to please read Patrick Byrne's lengthy explanation of what happened re: the 2020 election. Go to https://www.deepcapture.com and take your time. I know this guy seems like a self-involved conspiracy theorist at times, but if what he says is accurate, and he was right in the thick of it, all of this will make sense. Still have a little doubt, but his account of the inside-the-Whitehouse events after the election seem credible. The must-read of must-reads for those interested.
