Breaking: Capitol Police officer who shot dead
rioter Ashli Babbitt should not be charged,
say investigators

The Capitol Police officer who shot and killed Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt during the January 6 insurrection should not be prosecuted, an initial police investigation has concluded. Babbitt, 35, was killed as she tried to climb through a broken window to get into congressional chambers, after breaking into the federal building with a mob of pro-Trump rioters. On Monday night sources told The Wall Street Journal that the unnamed Capitol lieutenant had been cleared by an internal investigation. The Justice Department will ultimately decide whether to press charges, and is yet to make their conclusions.

No, of course not. Maybe they'll charge Rightful President Trump with felony murder, since he caused the death by fomenting the riot. No possibility is too far off the wall these days.

An unarmed white female protestor was murdered by a Capitol police person. The Capitol police conduct their own investigation. They can not be whited washed this by claiming that this protest was an insurrection after all the leftest "protest" riots this year, that left tens of people murdered and billions of dollars damage.

Which of course means that when they SHOOT YOU (unarmed), "internal investigation" will find some excuse for that shooter too. Perhaps you gave him a dirty look. Eventually they will have an excuse for even shooting a Mother Theresa, because, you know, Orange Man BAD. Play Taps for America because them stealin' Democrats are disappearing it right before your eyes. But don't WORRY because creepy Joe is gonna teach you CODING!

Why no name? Is it because he has a history of police brutality? Does he have social media that supports Antifa, BLM or some other terrorist organization? Was he in communication with other terrorists? The lack of a name or reporting by the propaganda instruments has all the coverup of premeditation.

The officer did what every swamp creature in Washington fantasizes (and tweets) about doing: killing Trump supporters. He won't even get a reprimand and he might even get a promotion. Shame. Shame. Shame.

Had to be at least a lieutenant. Regular Capitol police wear uniforms; the shooter was in a suit, dress shirt, etc. The article is wrong. He fired more than one shot. That was apparent from the video. I believe that he may have been black. Some thought he had on a glove. Not only did his hand look dark, but the skin was dark above his wrist where he wore some sort of bracelet.

Look at that broken glass door panel on the right. No one was going to crawl over that big hunk of fixed glass at the bottom. A witness early on said she wanted to be boosted up so she could put her cell phone through the upper part of the broken out pane. Had she been even a little on his side, she’d have fallen on that big shard of glass, not straight backward as she did… Another coverup.

Austin, Texas The University of Texas' long-awaited report on “The Eyes of Texas” has found that the school song has “no racist intent," but the school president said athletes and band members will not be required to sing or participate when the song is played at games and campus events. The 58-page report, released Tuesday, was commissioned last year by school President Jay Hartzell after a group of Texas athletes, most notably football players, demanded the school drop the song as part of racial injustice protests. The issue erupted into a tempest of fan outrage when football players chose to leave the field instead of

The worst kept secret in Washington, D.C., is that Joe Biden is suffering from serious age-related cognitive decline. In January, although some people predicated he would remain in office for up to two years before he was gently ushered out to make room for Kamala Harris, I looked at the man and thought he was going to be retired by June. Lately, though, Biden looks as if he’s heading for an April or May retirement. On Monday, he had his worst public appearance yet, when he was unable to remember either the name for his Secretary of Defense or the Pentagon.

Over the weekend, Trump’s attorneys sent a cease-and-desist order to the RNC over their use of Trump’s name in their fundraising efforts. "The only thing we have to fear is...fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” — Franklin Delano Roosevelt The recent school reopening guidance released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is an example of fears influencing and resulting in misinterpretation of science and harmful policy. In the U.S. 50% of schools are closed and more only partially open. President Biden ran on a campaign indicating that science and data would guide his policy. As we approach the anniversary of the first COVID shut down, this approach is needed more than ever, especially when it comes to schools.
