Joe Biden’s Executive Order demanding stopping the building of the southern wall may be costly but also unconstitutional.Joe Biden signed an executive order to stop the building of the border wall immediately after his his unattended inauguration. ABC7 in Los Angeles reported: Biden on Wednesday ordered a “pause” on all wall construction within a week, one of 17 executive orders issued on his first day in office, including six dealing with immigration. The order leaves projects throughout the border unfinished – but still under contract – after Trump worked feverishly last year to build 450 miles

Of course its illegal. Hunter probably got a 'consulting fee' from some Mexican drug cartels to stop the border wall and Hidin' Biden got his usual cut . In the spirit of Obambi, Biden signs an illegal order. He fulfilled his obligation to the Cartel and that is all that matters.

Reminiscent of the Texas Superconducting Supercollider. US taxpayers paid billions for nothing because the dims cancelled it while still under construction. Now all of the benefits are at CERN in Europe and the US taxpayers still pay to support it. I will not be surprised if the dims use our tax money to tear down any wall built during Trump's term. Spite is ugly and costly.

so don't stop building the wall! who is going to stop them? the military, not likely. Border Patrol? not likely. just ignore these politically motivated executive orders and carry on. it's time to tell the federal government the truth that they are making themselves irrelevant. ex: the house of representatives record of achievement during our President's time in office.

Where are the judges who ruled that Trump couldn't create executive orders without conducting certain review processes? Doesn't look like "Biden" (referring to the person/junta that is acting as Biden) is/are following the same judicial dictates.

Next we will hear from Biden and Harris that the border wall must be torn down as it will not comport with the Biden-Harris Administration climate change policies. Of course the object of that has nothing to do with climate change but is in accordance with the leftist and liberal Democrat objective of allowing as many foreigners as possible into the USA, both illegally and legally, and grant them a status that allows them to be registered as future Democrat voters. The long-term Democrat objective in doing that is to permanently change the US voter demographics to the point where the Democrats will be able to win every future election with tens of millions of new foreign born voters on into the future. If they could get the job done, there is little doubt that the leftist and liberal Democrats instead of deporting illegal aliens, would deport every Trump supporter that they can identify.

Sounds like the matter needs to be added to the suit where the judge already struck down the attempt at the 100 day moratorium. A side note: Biden will ignore the judge and go ahead with the moratorium and the gubmint will go along with his flouting of the judge's order. That's what Obama did, and there were no consequences.

Under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 49.249-2), the government can Terminate for Convenience, aka , "T for C;" however, the contractors must be reimbursed for any long lead items, like concrete and structural steel, as well as expended survey fees, architectural and engineering costs, and profit on the allowable costs. Additional close-out, demobilization, and settlement proposal costs associated with preparing a final cost proposal for submission to the government are allowable, less profit. Biden's virtue signaling is going to be very costly to the tax payers and he may be making unauthorized commitments to expend money from the treasury that was not appropriated by Congress for halting construction previously authorized under a valid contract.

A new poll indicates that Americans are giving President Biden a big thumbs up on dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. But when it comes to the divisive issue of immigration and border security, the survey suggests that the president's approval rating plummets. Just a third of Americans questioned in an NPR/Marist poll released on Tuesday say they approve of Biden's handling of the issue of immigration, with 53% saying they disapprove of his performance. While two-thirds of Democrats say they approve of how Biden has handled the issue in the first two months of his presidency, approval plunges to 27% among independents and to just 5% among Republicans.

Radical Democrats, not content to control all three electoral elements of the federal government, are urging that two new states, Puerto Rico and Washington D.C., be added to the union. Legislation to make Washington D.C, a state has already been drawn up. Given that Democrats control both D.C., and Puerto Rico overwhelmingly, this would ensure at least four more permanently Democrat-controlled seats in the U.S. Senate, thus potentially ensuring Democrat control of that body for generations. Democrats correctly view the nineteen months between now and the 2022 Congressional elections as their window of opportunity to consolidate their electoral stranglehold on American politics.
