President-elect Joe Biden vowed to his supporters that, on his first day in office, he will begin removing any legal recognition of the two sexes by adopting pro-transgender polices. (Tweet) Biden’s campaign website promises: On his first day in office, Biden will reinstate the Obama-Biden guidance revoked by the Trump-Pence Administration, which will restore transgender students’ access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity. He will direct his Department of Education to vigorously enforce and investigate violations of transgender students’ civil rights.

There will be all kinds of incendiary crap come out of the Biden administration and it will all be news to old Joe because the next few years (as long as Joe can hang on for dear life) will be scripted by his handlers. We need to identify his handlers. They are the insaniacs who want to dismantle America.

On one level, I love it! Feminists supported all this radical stuff. Now it's coming back to bite them! On the other hand, it is sick and twisted to allow any man to self-identify and gain access to women's bathrooms and locker rooms. I'm glad I don't have daughters!

So women supported Biden over Trump, yet Biden supports these freaks of social engineering to compete against their daughters in sports where they clearly have an advantage AND they will be allowed to use the same locker rooms and rest rooms. Think about this, how ignorant are the women who voted for Biden. They knew what his agenda was and that democrats support this abomination yet they voted for him. They voted for the guy who will destroy their daughters lives. But then again you mean nothing to a democrat. You're a vote, a freakin number, that's all. And they still don't get it. Something I have never understood is why women's groups who are so protective of the rights that women have, are completely hiding under the tables regarding men invading women's locker rooms, bathrooms and other places. I am so glad my daughter is grown now and doesn't have to stress about men being in the girls room at her school. They want something like this, they need to prove themselves to be harmless beyond all evidence. Like the final step surgery needed to remove the raping equipment. How many girls are going to be raped in these schools, thanks to this stupidity on steroids?

In order to keep this account active, the senator has to maintain filings with the FEC. Yesterday’s filings merely reflected an updated address,”

Josh Blackman, a constitutional law professor writing on The Volokh Conspiracy, suggests he certainly does and that his speech on January 6 is a weak reed (as was Nancy Pelosi’s past impeachment folly) on which to gain a conviction in the Senate. (Remember an impeachment vote in the House is basically an indictment with no effect unless the Senate finds guilt after a trial.) Looking at the most analogous case, the impeachment of President Andrew Jackson, he finds plenty of reason for senators to vote against it.
