For a half-century, the trend in political culture has been inexorably in one direction: toward the steady loosening and eventually the near-obliteration of media filters. If someone has a voice that other people want to hear, that voice is going to be heard. No smug editor at the New York Times or damn anchorman at CBS News is going to get in the way. Who the hell elected them, after all, to decide what points of view were worthy of dissemination, what facts or rumors or even flat falsehoods should reach average citizens, who could decide for themselves what to make of it?

Twitter dropped $2 billion dollars in market cap after hours on Friday right after banning Trump.
Monday is going to be a blood bath for Jack. I wonder what the board of directors who represent the major investors thinks of losing billions more just to keep Trump from tweeting.

The libs won't listen. The pendulum has swung and they are feeling powerful. They live on the edge of sanity anyway. Might as well finally make the leap.... and make President Trump a living martyr to the cause of liberty in the process.
The leftist media shot their credibility to hell anyway. Not even the disconnected old people who have nothing but cable news believe these fiends anymore. Nothing they can do can hurt President Trump in the eyes of those that believe in him. The polls are showing that.
But by all means keep proving President Trump and us right. The left wants to burn it all down. The uniparty wants total control. Let's sit back, pop some corn, and see who wins. I'm rooting for injuries.

#2 - This highlights an equally disturbing new trend: CEO's ignoring their fiduciary responsibilities to investors in the name of political correctness. Isn't that a violation of law?

Tech oligarchs, enemedia, and the deep state are coming for our First Amendment and Second Amendment rights ASAP. The gorilla in the James Brown wig stated that she was very concerned about snipers on the roof on January 6.

Twitter may have thought it was the center of the universe.
Many have before.
But, when any group begins throwing members overboard,
they soon descend into a cult of red-eyed fanatics
chanting around their fire.
And then, vanish into history...

#4, not sure if it's a violation of the law. However, if they stay with the stock AFTER the actions, then they implicitly agree to the CEO's opinion/actions.

The Democrats can commit any crime, because the Democrat Party will protect them. The Tech companies are betting the Democrats will protect them, and open the China market for them, gaining 1.3M Chinese, while losing 74M conservatives. We expected the worse from the Democrats, but we did not expect a Republican Gov and SOS in Ga to betray us, or McConnell to openly join with the Democrats. We were told the RNC was ready for the 2020 elections, lawyers ready to go. We got nothing. I don't think the Republicans have filed a lawsuit in 4 years of the Trump presidency. Nobody expected Republican state legislatures to sit on their hands while the Democrats changed all the voting rules. Trump should have fired Barr and Wray 2 years ago. It looks like Chao, and DeVos too. Trump got nothing back more knives in the back from that group. Trump should never have listened to his legal advisors. The Democrats never do that. The Democrats do whatever, and rely on the Democrat Party to protect them.

Perhaps Harris is beginning to realize that once the purge starts, it may not stop with just conservatives.
