Californians challenge Biden’s
55 electoral votes in court

Ten congressional candidates from California filed a civil action in federal court this week, charging Gov. Gavin Newsom with overseeing an unconstitutional and fraudulent November general election. The complaint, which includes hundreds of sworn eyewitness reports of election code violations, irregularities and fraud, seeks to decertify the 55 electoral votes that the state awarded to Joe Biden. The 44-page legal filing contends that the state election practices promoted the casting of illegal and unreliable ballots, thereby violating the Fourteenth Amendment. Other named defendants include California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and California Secretary of State Alex Padilla.

The courts will dismiss it for "lack of standing".

I don't know why people still think the courts will provide any relief.

The election in CA was unconstitutional by the fact that a Federal judge ruled Newsuince's action of ordering mail-in ballots be sent out statewide was unconstitutional. So on that alone, this case is black and white.

Thank you to the brave folks doing this, but the courts are corrupted, will NEVER go against what the politicians tell them to do, just like in the Soviet Union. The entire system of government, courts, ~85-90% of politicians are entirely, fundamentally corrupt and they totally ignore the Constitution. Why won't the military leaders do the right thing and 'protect and defend the Constitution' as they have sworn to do? Time for talking and legal briefs has passed.

America's dictatorship is here thanks to the Dominion fraud vote creating machines in the hands of traitors. And a judicial system of, and for, political traitors, as no one has standing to object in any court to the treason by politicians and citizens who vote for the treason. America is over as truth, justice, freedom, our Constitution & Bill of Rights have been thrown out for Global Marxist Communist One World Government.

You're welcome #6. Mrs. Schnapps and I were poll observers in one of those counties and we're glad to see some of our observations included in this lawsuit. You may wonder why we bothered in a heavily blue state like California but just the act of exposing breaches of state law and sloppy practices in a lawsuit that names names is valuable. Also we want election officials to know we are watching... always.

At this point the only justice we can hope for will be following a Revolution. It is obvious, now, that we cannot trust our neighbors, when they decide to be "experts" and 'Elites". Term limits for everyone, including office workers in government. You cannot have a career telling people what to do. And they only way we're going to get that is by watering the Tree of Liberty.

Re #8, congratulations. One of the things that is wrong with Republicans is their readiness to admit defeat, to wave a white flag, before even trying for mitigation. For a change of result. We don’t fight. We hang our heads and say “it will never work to (fill in the blank)” and go back to their keyboards. Until the Republicans get some fire in the belly and stop surrendering, saying “it’s no use”, we will stay in our own cellars. Literally and figuratively. So good for you #8…. for standing up for what is right and sharing your observations as part of the fight… Those who live in the flat square states don’t know how passionate Californians can be. They are wrong.

Why won’t the military leaders do the right thing....? No disrespect intended #6, but that ship sailed with the Gulf of Tonkin deception. I’m awaiting the next middle brow horse poop lecture on the Constitution from Gen. Milley on why they can’t do the right thing.

A conservative legal watchdog group has announced that it received hundreds of pages of documents revealing the contract materials and communications related to a $1 billion contract for face masks between the California Office of Emergency Services (OES) and the Chinese Communist Party linked BYD. The company reportedly has been barred by law from some federal contracts for providing faulty electric vehicles and lithium batteries to U.S. buyers. The documents, which were posted by Judicial Watch, reveal that an OES legal representative admits that the state deviated from their normal procurement process for this contract.

The search engine giant currently features a Doodle adorned with Christmasy lights in homage to December holidays, but goes to considerable lengths to minimize the month’s signature celebration. Click on the image at Google.com and up pops “December global holidays” content that downplays and diverts readers from the true meaning of Christmas, the world’s most popular holiday. First, it shares a default page from worldstrides.com that dryly mentions Christmas and gives equal weight to a list of contrived and obscure celebrations such as Kwanzaa and Boxing Day (sorry, Mum and Canada). As for Christmas, says it is “now mostly celebrated as a cultural holiday rather than a religious one.”

Rep. Jason Crow, Colorado Democrat, said Wednesday that Republican members of Congress are scared they’ll be killed if they vote to impeach President Trump. He said the GOP is “paralyzed with fear.” “I had a lot of conversations with my Republican colleagues last night,” Mr. Crow said on MSNBC. “A couple of them broke down in tears talking to me and saying that they are afraid for their lives if they vote for this impeachment.” “My response was, you know not to be unsympathetic but welcome to the club,” he said. “That’s leadership. Our country is in a very challenging time.”

President Trump was impeached a second time by the US House of Representatives on Wednesday in a largely party-line vote that saw a handful of Republicans join Democrats to blame the outgoing commander-in-chief for sparking last week’s Capitol siege. The measure reached 217 “yea” votes shortly after 4:20 p.m. to make Trump the only president to be impeached twice. The final vote was 232-197, with 10 Republicans crossing party lines and four Republicans not voting when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) announced around 4:35 p.m. No members of the GOP voted in 2019 to impeach Trump the first time.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says to stem the spread of COVID-19, all Americans should wear a mask. The New York Times says if one mask works, maybe two will be twice as nice. “Football coaches do it. President-elects do it. Even science-savvy senators do it. As cases of the coronavirus continue to surge on a global scale, some of the nation’s most prominent people have begun to double up on masks — a move that researchers say is increasingly being backed up by data,” the paper writes. (Snip) Of course, there’s a drawback: “We run the risk of making it too hard to breathe.”

Clyburn, the House majority whip, plans to introduce a measure as early as this week that would make “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” known as the Black national anthem, the national hymn and give it a special place alongside the country’s anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner." “To make it a national hymn, I think, would be an act of bringing the country together. WASHINGTON — A day before rioters stormed Congress, an FBI office in Virginia issued an explicit internal warning that extremists were preparing to travel to Washington to commit violence and "war," according to an internal document reviewed by The Washington Post that contradicts a senior official's declaration that the bureau had no intelligence indicating that anyone at last week's pro-Trump protest planned to do harm. A situational information report approved for release the day before the U.S. Capitol riot painted a dire portrait of dangerous plans, including individuals sharing a map of the complex's tunnels, and possible rally points for would-be conspirators to meet up
