Ten congressional candidates from California filed a civil action in federal court this week, charging Gov. Gavin Newsom with overseeing an unconstitutional and fraudulent November general election. The complaint, which includes hundreds of sworn eyewitness reports of election code violations, irregularities and fraud, seeks to decertify the 55 electoral votes that the state awarded to Joe Biden. The 44-page legal filing contends that the state election practices promoted the casting of illegal and unreliable ballots, thereby violating the Fourteenth Amendment. Other named defendants include California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and California Secretary of State Alex Padilla.

Good luck with that.

The courts will dismiss it for "lack of standing".

I don't know why people still think the courts will provide any relief.

The election in CA was unconstitutional by the fact that a Federal judge ruled Newsuince's action of ordering mail-in ballots be sent out statewide was unconstitutional. So on that alone, this case is black and white.

Thank you to the brave folks doing this, but the courts are corrupted, will NEVER go against what the politicians tell them to do, just like in the Soviet Union.
The entire system of government, courts, ~85-90% of politicians are entirely, fundamentally corrupt and they totally ignore the Constitution. Why won't the military leaders do the right thing and 'protect and defend the Constitution' as they have sworn to do? Time for talking and legal briefs has passed.

America's dictatorship is here thanks to the Dominion fraud vote creating machines in the hands of traitors.
And a judicial system of, and for, political traitors, as no one has standing to object in any court to the treason by politicians and citizens who vote for the treason.
America is over as truth, justice, freedom, our Constitution & Bill of Rights have been thrown out for Global Marxist Communist One World Government.

You're welcome #6. Mrs. Schnapps and I were poll observers in one of those counties and we're glad to see some of our observations included in this lawsuit. You may wonder why we bothered in a heavily blue state like California but just the act of exposing breaches of state law and sloppy practices in a lawsuit that names names is valuable. Also we want election officials to know we are watching... always.

At this point the only justice we can hope for will be following a Revolution. It is obvious, now, that we cannot trust our neighbors, when they decide to be "experts" and 'Elites". Term limits for everyone, including office workers in government. You cannot have a career telling people what to do.
And they only way we're going to get that is by watering the Tree of Liberty.

Re #8, congratulations. One of the things that is wrong with Republicans is their readiness to admit defeat, to wave a white flag, before even trying for mitigation. For a change of result. We don’t fight. We hang our heads and say “it will never work to (fill in the blank)” and go back to their keyboards. Until the Republicans get some fire in the belly and stop surrendering, saying “it’s no use”, we will stay in our own cellars. Literally and figuratively.
So good for you #8…. for standing up for what is right and sharing your observations as part of the fight… Those who live in the flat square states don’t know how passionate Californians can be. They are wrong.

Why won’t the military leaders do the right thing....? No disrespect intended #6, but that ship sailed with the Gulf of Tonkin deception. I’m awaiting the next middle brow horse poop lecture on the Constitution from Gen. Milley on why they can’t do the right thing.
