HARRISBURG, Pa.—A group of Republican lawmakers say they’ve performed an extensive analysis of election day data and they’ve found “troubling” discrepancies.
According to State Rep. Frank Ryan (R-Lebanon), 17 lawmakers sponsored and participated in the analysis.Ryan, who is a certified public accountant, says they discovered discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 General Election which is making them question how the results could have been certified by Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar.According to Ryan, the analysis compared official county election results to the total number of voters who voted Nov. 3, as recorded by

On Monday, the California Supreme Court ruled that thousands of inmates convicted of non-forcible sex crimes may be eligible for early release under a ballot measure that was overwhelmingly approved by voters four years ago.The initiative, called Proposition 57, was written by then-Governor Jerry Brown (D) and passed by nearly two-thirds of the electorate. It was crafted to reduce the state’s prison population, saying any person found guilty of a “nonviolent felony offense” would be eligible for early parole. Brown said it was never intended to cover sex offenders. However, the original language did not exempt them from consideration. Lower appeals courts had ruled that nonviolent sex offenders could not

CNN’s primadonna White House correspondent Jim Acosta became a household name not for his reporting, but for his politically-motivated clashes with President Donald Trump. While there are a few exceptions who need to be celebrated — Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, Matt Gaetz, and Jim Jordan, to name the most prominent of the heroes — the rest of the Republicans in Congress are abject cowards. So anxious to go along to get along with the establishment they were oh, so comfortable with, they have been and are willing to betray their constituents to regain their access to power and money. Forget representing the people; they represent themselves.
President Trump is the best man for the party to come along since Reagan, and they are nearly all ready to throw him under the bus.

On Christmas Night this year, I once again watched one of my favorite holiday classics, It's a Wonderful Life. It is a movie beloved by many and for many good reasons. For those of you who happen to have been living under a rock and haven't yet seen it, I'm not going to take the time to explain or summarize the movie here. Go watch it, then come back and finish this article.
It's a wonderful movie with a happy and satisfying ending that may leave you with a tear in your eye.

Facebook has censored an ad drawing attention to Democrat senate candidate Raphael Warnock’s praise for far-left hate-preacher Jeremiah Wright, known for his infamous line “God damn America.”The ad was bought by American Crossroads, a nonprofit linked to Karl Rove. It highlights Warnock’s praise for Wright, but was taken down by Facebook after it was “fact-checked” by Lead Stories, one of Facebook’s approved third-party fact-checkers.Lead Stories claims the ad “leaves out context,” because it implies he was “communicating the same sentiment” as Wright. The House voted Monday to increase the second round of federal direct payments to $2,000 as Democrats embrace President Donald Trump’s calls to put more money in Americans’ pockets. The measure would boost the stimulus checks in the year-end coronavirus relief and government funding package to $2,000 from $600. The vote came a day after Trump signed the more than $2 trillion pandemic aid and full-year government spending bill into law.The House passed the payments in a fast-track procedure with just enough support to meet the two-thirds threshold needed. After nearly two months, the state of Pennsylvania is found to have certified votes that are in error.
The Pennsylvania House has just uncovered that the certified results in Pennsylvania for President are in error by more than 200,000 votes. This is more than twice the difference between President Trump and Joe Biden.
What a mess. Republican State Representative Russ Diamond uncovered and reported today that the results for President are way off in Pennsylvania. More ballots were cast than people voted by more than 200,000 votes.

At the end of the day, the votes cast and counted determine who wins and who loses. Though it might be the case that many people cast ballots in 2020 who weren’t eligible to do so for one reason or another, putting that horse back into the barn after the election is nearly impossible. The vote totals in seven Ohio counties shows why Donald Trump barely lost the election to Joe Biden while Republicans down ticket did extremely well.

According to the lawsuit (pdf), Pence has a role in the upcoming Jan. 6 Joint Session of Congress to count all 50 states’ Electoral College votes. If you simply listened to the mainstream news media, you’d get the impression that Florida has been hit uniquely hard by the coronavirus pandemic. At obsessive levels, the Sunshine State has been lambasted for daring to keep their economy open while not enacting pointless, draconian mitigation measures. Of course, the reality is far different from the media’s perceptions. Florida still only has about half the deaths per 100,000 compared to New York and New Jersey despite countless challenges to “just wait two weeks” that date all the way back to the spring. /snip for tweet/ That hasn’t stopped the left from continuing to trash Florida.

So when a San Diego County contract tracer called up and advised me to wear a mask inside my home at all times, even though I'd been breathing the same air as everyone else and nevertheless had no symptoms, I thought it might be a good course to take a COVID test. There were voluminous reports, from eyewitnesses and experts, of widespread election fraud in the so-called battle states and beyond. Specific allegations were made, and evidence of election rules violations and statistical anomalies were collected. Yet the courts refused to listen to virtually all witnesses and experts, rejected most of the evidence, and refused to subpoena more evidence requested by the plaintiffs. We’re one week away from an enormously important moment for the next four years of our country.
On Jan. 5, two runoff races in Georgia will determine which party will control the Senate — whether Joe Biden will have a rubber stamp or a much-needed check on his agenda.

In other words, you’re cheering for an undemocratic coup.

A Chinese citizen journalist was jailed for four years for her livestream reporting from Wuhan as the Covid-19 outbreak unfurled, her lawyer said Monday, almost a year after details of an "unknown viral pneumonia" surfaced in the central China city.
Zhang Zhan, a former lawyer, was sentenced at a brief hearing in a Shanghai court for allegedly "picking quarrels and provoking trouble" for her reporting in the chaotic initial stages of the outbreak.
Her live reports and essays were widely shared on social media platforms in February, grabbing the attention of authorities, who have punished eight virus whistleblowers so far as they defang criticism of the government's response to the outbreak.
