Dozens of trucks lined the streets outside the United States Postal Service facility on Orange Avenue and Broadway Avenue over the weekend. Truck drivers attempted to drop off and pick up shipments to USPS all weekend. Miz Azamkloe had been waiting in his truck for 15 hours when he spoke to News 5 Sunday. “I came yesterday at like 7 o’clock,” Azamkloe said. “6 or 7 o’clock I was here. I sit here and nobody is answering.” Azamkloe works for a Pennsylvania-based company and said he lost out on a significant amount of pay while waiting.

The election is over sooooo they can go back to workless as usual.....never under estimate the democrat power...after all they stole the election from someone who couldn’t get 10 people to his rallies.

So ... UPS or FedEx this month if you absolutely want to be sure your package gets there by Christmas ...?

#1, it sounds like Democrats--namely, the postal service--are attempting to normalize what happened to the truck driver in Pennsylvania who was allegedly carrying ballots from NY to PA. He was forced to wait for six hours before he was sent to Lancaster. He was the one whose trailor came up missing. The next step for the Dems is to report on trailors coming up missing. They can then say, "See, this is just normal activity for the postal service!" In other words, the postal service is just a bunch of incompetent boobs. Better to be incompetent than to be criminal, right?

The USPS delivers only two types of mail nowadays - Amazon and Junk. The rest of the stuff is ballots and they have to be separated for “Quality Control” before they can go forward - this burns a lot of daylight.

The Browns were playing. Cleveland USPS is run like a third world government agency.

Cleveland is a major hub, at least for most of Northern Ohio. I live in East Central Ohio and if I mail a Christmas card to a relative five miles away from me it has to go through Cleveland. No wonder the usps is losing money. Also, the shear volume of junk mail is overwhelming and the usps should be charging more for it rather than continuously increasing the cost for first class mail which is their primary responsibility. If not for the junk the mail person would only have to stop at my box about once per week.

And we are surprised? We have a wonderful postman here but I fear he is an exception.....I go to mail something at the post office and it often is another story entirely----long lines and few people behind the desk, or these same people wandering away to the back and taking a really log time to come back: they have secure jobs and often don't give a d----- And I am not talking about Christmas or tax time.......... That's why I laugh at those ads about "we deliver for you", because they often don't......look at the mail carriers dumping absentee ballots! OR THE SITUATION IN DENVER, UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, WHERE IT CAN TAKE A MONTH FOR A REGULAR LETTER TO ARRIVE FROMN THE EAST COAST. This happens more often than you would suspect and is always a crap shoot. BUT our mailman is wonderful.

There's another reason for the wait. The USPS is managed by incompetents. I mailed a package on 11/25 in North Carolina. It didn't reach the destination town in Oklahoma until 12/5.

The USPO is a disgrace. Horrible attitude paired with incompetence. They need to be privatized like in many countries. Is the only way to clean the trash that manages the agency.

We tried to mail a package last week. We ended up running all over town. The Post Office has limited hours (Covid). We finally found a UPS store that was still open for business and it was on limited hours. I find it very concerning as we get our meds by mail.

No surprise. Frankly, I don't know what the heck I was supposed to glean from this non-revelatory article.

Union slowdown or work stoppage for some reason? Must be contract negotiation time for the morons that are Union employees! Wow these people are the worst! Have worked with at least 10 Fortune 100 corporate IT departments in Minneapolis and the Postal IT shop in Eagan is the WORST place I have ever been. Spent a year there and quit when my contract was over! WOW! Guys wander around and play ping pong all day. They can't fire them. It takes 5 years and then they get their jobs back because of the Union! Worst organization I have ever witnessed. Shockingly bad!

Be assured that whatever USPS says is causing the problem, it's not really the problem. They probably fired all the Election Fraud Whistleblowers and now they have a skeleton crew. Election related coverup for sure.

Went to my neighborhood USPS branch this morning to mail a small gift. People were lined up outside, about 15, as I imagine they were limiting the number inside (CA lockdown!). So, I drove back towards home and hit the local Postal Annex, no wait, sent package Fed Ex—only $1.50 more than USPS and a much quicker delivery time! I was going to use the self service kiosk inside the postal service branch but they’ve probably shut it down. Idiots.
