Big Tech has infiltrated the American homeland and is imposing speech laws that resemble those of Europe, challenging the authority and longevity of the First Amendment. Although we share common ideals with other Western nations, we pursue and defend those ideals very differently. Nowhere is this more apparent than in our approach to speech. It is important to understand how fundamentally different our country is from the rest of the world if we want to understand why Big Tech’s speech codes shout not be inflicted on American citizens in American jurisdictions. Put another way, if the would-be monarchs of Silicon Valley get their way, their speech codes

And it seems that a huge portion of these folks are not even born in the USA, many came here by HQB visas, apparently.

We’ve been bringing you a lot of the coverage of the election integrity hearings that are being held. Some of the testimony has been striking and it’s certainly had an affect on the people who’ve heard the hearings and on the legislators involved. We reported how Republicans in both Arizona and Pennsylvania have made moves to try to do something about pulling back the electors, after the testimony. Today was a hearing by the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee in Lansing. They had testimony today from some of the poll watchers and observers of the count at the TCF Center in Michigan. But there was one witness whose testimony was particularly striking

Washington — One of Georgia's top elections officials fiercely rebuked President Trump and Georgia's senators Tuesday in response to threats and intimidation targeting the state's elections workers, and he appealed to the president to accept his electoral loss in the state and "stop inspiring people to commit potential acts of violence." A visibly angry Gabriel Sterling, the voting system implementation manager in Georgia, said in a press conference from the state capital in Atlanta that "it has all gone too far" and Mr. Trump's rhetoric claiming the election was rigged "has to stop." "Mr. President, it looks like you likely lost the state of Georgia. We're investigating

The Justice Department is investigating a potential crime related to funneling money to the White House or related political committee in exchange for a presidential pardon, according to court records unsealed Tuesday in federal court. The case is the latest legal twist in the waning days of President Donald Trump's administration after several of his top advisers have been convicted of federal criminal charges and as the possibility rises of Trump giving pardons to those who've been loyal to him. The disclosure is in 20 pages of partially redacted documents made public by the DC District Court on Tuesday afternoon.

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Tuesday met virtually with President-elect Joe Biden's intended nominees for secretary of State and director of national intelligence, praising the two in a statement while levying attacks against the Trump administration's foreign policy record. Schumer said he had a "productive conversation" with Antony Blinken, a longtime Biden foreign policy adviser, and Avril Haines, former deputy director of the CIA and principal deputy national security adviser under former President Obama. Biden announced last week his intention to nominate the two for the top U.S. diplomatic and intelligence positions, respectively.

Attorney General William Barr has appointed U.S. attorney John Durham as a special counsel to investigate the origins of the FBI’s probe of Russian interference in the 2016 election. The appointment formalizes Durham’s ongoing probe, but more significantly, would give Durham latitude to continue the politically explosive investigation after President-elect Joe Biden takes office in January. Barr elevated Durham to special-counsel status on Oct. 19 but disclosed the move in a letter Tuesday to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees. The Biden campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Democrats have long viewed Durham’s efforts as political payback

Sean Hannity urged President Donald Trump to issue blanket pardons for both himself and all of his family members before he leaves office in January, to protect them over any possible crimes that they committed during his four years in the Oval Office. On the Monday edition of his radio show, Hannity complained to pro-Trump lawyer and election fraud conspiracy theorist Sidney Powell that the incoming Biden administration was being publicly encouraged to investigate and prosecute Trump for any criminal misconduct while he was president. Six months ago, notably, Hannity offered his own vocal endorsement of Trump investigating his White House predecessor during an interview with Mediaite.

Sidney Powell may no longer be part of President Donald Trump's officially sanctioned legal team, but the veteran litigator who has become a champion of unfounded global conspiracy theories has not slowed in her effort to persuade the federal court system to reverse the outcome of the 2020 elections. Since filing a suit in Georgia last week, Powell has added a federal lawsuit in Michigan and plans another in Wisconsin, according to another lawyer on the team. Police said a medical examiner on Monday confirmed that the body was Sharkey's. Casting further mystery as to what happened was the revelation from police that the body had no visible wounds. "She was a smart, beautiful, loving woman who has left us too soon," her grief-stricken mother told Fox News.

The electoral dust is about settled, and any reasoned verdict holds that this election could have been far, far worse for conservatives. An argument could even be made that the most likely outcome, a Biden presidency checked by a Republican Senate majority, is the best that Republicans could have hoped for considering the long-term implications. At this point, it is clear to all but the most obdurate partisan that Joe Biden has won the presidency, if only by a few inches in a few states.

SAN FRANCISCO — When Chirag Bhakta saw a headline recently that said tech workers were fleeing San Francisco, he had a quick reaction: "Good riddance." Bhakta, a San Francisco native and tenant organizer for affordable housing nonprofit Mission Housing, is well-versed in the seismic impact that the growth of the tech industry has had on the city. As software companies expanded over the past decade, they drew thousands of well-off newcomers who bid up rents and remade the city's economy and culture. He said the sudden departure of many tech workers and executives — often to less expensive, rural areas where they can telecommute during the coronavirus pandemic — reveals that

WASHINGTON — Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. His comments in an interview with The Associated Press come despite President Donald Trump’s repeated baseless claims that the election was stolen, Trump’s effort to subvert the results of the 2020 presidential election and his refusal to concede his loss to President-Elect Joe Biden. Barr said U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they’ve uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome of the election.

An eight-mile wall of prehistoric rock art featuring animals and humans has been discovered in the Amazonian rainforest after it was created up to 12,500 years ago. The historical artwork, which is now being called the 'Sistine Chapel of the ancients', was uncovered on cliff faces last year in the Chiribiquete National Park, Columbia, by a British-Columbian team of archaeologists funded by the European Research Council. The date of the paintings has been based on the portrayal of extinct animals from the ice age such as the mastodon - a prehistoric relative of the elephant which hasn't been seen in South America for at least 12,000 years.
