A Pennsylvania state court Judge has issued a preliminary injunction preventing Pennsylvania from taking any further steps to perfect its certification of the election, including but not limited to appointment of electors and transmission of necessary paperwork to the Electoral College, pending further court hearings and rulings. The ruling upholds an injunction from earlier in the week, and is significant because of the findings made in the Opinion released tonight.

Isn’t this the same end-around that GA tried thru the courts and not the legislature, against their states’ constitutions...

Well, it's a start, and with ACB on the SCOTUS, a couple cases like this could throw the election into the House or Representatives.

I'd like to get this on the record now before her cold body is found: this judge did not commit suicide.
Thank you.

The Dread Justice Robert's is culpable for this entire debacle. If be would have allowed the original case to be heard and had then ruled according to the law, this whole mess could have been avoided.

I was just wondering -- is there a single honest Democrat out there? Everyone knows that the election was tainted and yet not one Democrat has come out in support of these investigations.

The Trump teams have a number of affidavits from democrats, poster #7. The one GA democrat politician, a black man, is very vocal in support of the President. They're out there.

These constitutional issues should be huge, and they ARE significant, but in the public’s eye they are technicalities. Sooner or later the massive fraud has to be addressed. Everything could have been done “right” constitutionally and the fraud and vote switching and ballot stuffing would still have happened. The numbers and how they got there have to be indisputably exposed.

As a periotic layman, to me, the ultimate goal is to prevent Joe Biden from becoming President and preventing fraud, dishonesty from succeeding. Any ruling judgement, action, procedure towards that end is automatically legal and valid.

I believe that there in fact is a very good chance that Pennsylvania will be flipped through legal action. Not only did they proceed contrary to their own state constitution but they also did not comply with the explicit order of Justice Alito himself who required that ballots received afterthe state's final date/time be kept separate from all other ballots. And Alito is the Justice for that Court of Appeals to determine if any case they reject should be heard by the Supreme Court.
But Pennsylvania alone won't be enough. Pray that Sidney Powell and Lin Wood are successful elsewhere too. This deadly chess match is not over yet.

I think if we are successful in PA, the other States will fall as well because they used the same means of Fraud in all six States (and more)! Hopefully, the Supreme Court will hear all of the cases at once and declare it a fraudulent Election. Not sure where we go from there. Maybe they will just throw out all the Mail In Ballots that came in after counting stopped, or maybe they will declare the Sec. Of States went against the State Constitution and therefor all of those Mail in Ballots were not allowed to be counted. Or maybe they will decide we need a new election, nation wide. Who knows! I do hope to see the People, (Democrats) involved in this whole mess, go to JAIL for putting our country through this!

I agree with poster #6 if Judas John Roberts had ruled correctly this mess would have been cleared up. But the party is not over, General George Patton said "fatigue makes cowards of all men" and as Winston Churchill said "never, never, never, quit". Stay strong people and good will triumph over evil, because we have God on our side.

Thanks, poster #20; I couldn't remember his name and didn't feel like looking it up. Jones said he was going to stay in the dem party to reform it. I think he'll be forced to leave, but he has a cussing mouth on him, he's tall as all get out, he lets you know he's packing, and he seems fearless, so he might fight it out with dem longer than I expect.

It should be that all mail-in ballots be declared null and void. Because they were not ordered by the legislature but by an unconstitutional act. Simple. At least you would think it's simple. John Roberts would say all votes count.

PA Supreme court unanimously threw out this suit on Saturday night saying that it was filed after the official deadline for comment on the measure. This may be the attitude of other courts as well. If the Republicans didn't realize that the Democrats were going to steal the election through unverified mail-in ballots then its their fault for losing. We can ignore the PA constitution if it means our side wins.

That said, it doesn't mean that the ultimate decision whether this was a legal election or a sham rests with the PA state legislators. They are the final bulkhead against the flood of corruption that will follow if the Dems succeed with this heist.
