The Trump campaign’s lawsuit seeking to block the certification of Pennsylvania’s election was dismissed with prejudice by a federal court judge on Saturday. U.S. Middle District of Pennsylvania Judge Matthew Brann made the decision after days of motions filed on both sides and after hearing oral arguments on Tuesday from President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who took over the case last week. In a scathing critique of the legal basis for the case, Brann wrote that Trump’s lawyers “ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters” but “this Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic

This judge was appointed by Obama. The Judge received his marching orders from Obama not to let it go any further. Remember, Obama is the king player in this entire scheme.

This was to be expected. This judge knows nothing about disenfranchisement. He should have written that the Trump team was asking him to not allow Joe Biden to become president; at least he'd be saying something we can believe. Next.

This case was discussed a few days ago by RedState: "My guess is that Judge Brann will grant the motion to dismiss. The Plaintiffs will file a notice of appeal in the Third Circuit that same day, and ask for an emergency stay preventing the Pennsylvania Secretary of State from certifying the election. At that point, the Supreme Court may or may not take notice of the case. The longer the Supreme Court takes to decide what to do with the case pending before it now — involving the decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court extending the date for receiving mail-in ballots — the more I think they are watching the developments of other litigation in Pennsylvania with the idea of taking all the cases at one time and disposing of them together in one decision. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided another case today involving the limitations placed on election monitors in Philadelphia. That will likely be appealed to SCOTUS and would be another case they could resolve."

The true reason for the traitors of the Deep State Marxist Communists paid for vote fraud. According to U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann, who is a Rino appointed by Obama in 2012, over 70,000,000 republican voters are not being disenfranchised by the Marxist Communist democrats and their Globalist New World Order of Marxist Communism worldwide. The Marxist Communist democrats and their deep state comrades paid for this vote fraud that is so evident all non Marxist Communists democrat, rino, liberal, etc., all honest people can, and do, see the colossal fraudulent vote being imposed upon the will of true Americans who love our Constitution. Our constitution of freedom from Marxist Communists dictators is the only thing that stands in the Marxist Communist Globalists way of imprisoning all the people on earth into criminal government dictatorship worldwide. Globalist Marxist Communists plan to eliminate enough people to lower earths population to a sustainable quantity which they can control without question.

As #1 sated, this judge was appointed by Obama. Interestingly, his party affiliation is Republican (according to a bio I read). Poster #4 explained what could be going on by quoting a Red State article, which was helpful. There are a lot of moving parts here. It's hard for me to keep up!

A perfect example of how a fair justice system no longer exists in this country. A rabid, communist partisan hack masquerading as a judge who probably never even glanced at the evidence of felony theft of the election but instead issues a pre-written propaganda screed. This same judge would without hesitation sentence anyone who opposes his party to a re-education camp. Where is Attorney General Bagpipes Barr in all of this criminal activity? Notice how you never see or hear him anymore even though he swore an oath to Protect and Defend our Constitution. Federal Crimes including a real time coup against our country have been and are being committed on a daily basis by the democrat communists and what is our Crusader for Justice Attorney General doing about it? Probably hunkering down in his office shoveling doughnuts into his fat face and playing mournful dirges on his bagpipes. By the way do not hold out any hope that the Supreme Court will do anything to save our country. They will do nothing and also violate their oath to Protect and Defend the Constitution,

Pennsylvania 'leadership' will do everything in their power to make their election results stand. Supreme Court here we come. Are there any estimates regarding how many fraudulent votes in Pennsylvania? Biden up by 82k votes in Pennsylvania with 99.93% of the vote counted. They still 'counting' votes in Pennsylvania? More like manufacturing them. Biden's margin just keeps growing. Somebody tell the judge that is disenfranchising the people of Pennsylvania too. They don't need this much time to go through all the votes. What a farce. Our government needs a major cleaning at all levels, probably both parties. There is massive corruption, and our government is in on it. They really want Trump gone, and don't care who they step on in the process. This is tyranny folks!

Since the Judge in the case is an Obama-Biden Administration nominee, you have to figure that the Trump campaign lawyers expected that he would rule against them, and that his adverse ruling would serve as a vehicle to appeal the matter up to the Circuit Court of Appeals, and if necessary on to the US Supreme Court.

I expect the U.S. Supreme Court to consolidate all of the cases into one, with several days of oral arguments. Any decisions will come at the klast minute. Or, the Court could do what it did in the Toricelli case, and not want to get involved.

Disqualifying ballots that don't meet the state's legal criteria for validity is not disenfranchising, Brann. Fraudulently cast votes often have mismatched or missing signatures or late postmarks. So permitting ballots with those deficiencies opens the back door for the election to be stolen.

Here we are in the midst of a once-in-a-half-century pandemic, with the economy flattened, millions of people unemployed, and unrest on the streets of our cities. And President-elect Joe Biden says that one of his highest priorities as president will be to reenter the Paris climate accord. President Trump kept his "put America first" promise and pulled the United States out of this Obama-era treaty. Biden wants us back in. Why? Paris is an unmitigated failure. You don't have to take my word for it. National Geographic, a supporter of climate change action, recently ran the numbers and admitted in its recent headline: "Most countries aren't hitting 2030 climate goals."

Teachers unions have been instrumental in keeping American schools online during the pandemic. But some have escalated their positions on reopening to include an array of social justice demands. A set of demands from teachers unions in July, which addressed how to safely reopen schools amid a pandemic, was criticized by The Wall Street Journal editorial board as “political extortion.” The board argued that unions were taking advantage of a health crisis to advance their own ideological agendas and to eliminate competition from charter schools.

President Trump granted a pardon to Michael Flynn, his former national-security adviser, today. Flynn had pled guilty to lying to FBI agents about conversations, during the 2016 transition, with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Flynn’s pardon should bring to an end one gross violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers, even as it gives rise to groundless accusations of another. Although Flynn had pled guilty, the circumstances of the case had raised serious concerns about whether the government had proceeded properly. The FBI, for example, questioned Flynn even though it did not appear he had violated any law. In May, Attorney General William Barr ordered the case dropped.

Minnesota is one of a number of states that are living under what amounts to martial law. Our proto-fascist dictator Tim Walz, in his latest edict, purports to ban traditional Thanksgiving get-togethers: Saturday, Nov. 21 through Friday, Dec. 18, Executive Order 20-99 requires all Minnesotans to: * Limit social gatherings to one household. * Not gather outside of your household. * Postpone all celebrations, events, receptions, and parties, including any social gatherings for weddings and funerals. So it is “illegal” for me to invite any of my four kids to Thanksgiving dinner.

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred.
