This story out of Virginia is really quite something. If I'm understanding it correctly, it very much appears as though the city's (Black, female) police chief was placed on administrative leave and then fired as retaliation for her investigation and attempted prosecution of criminal activity related to "Black Lives Matter" protests in the wake of George Floyd's killing. The only attempt at a justification for the firing I've found is that perhaps she was overzealous in the charges she pursued, and even that critique is disputable. There is also "an unspecified conflict of interest" that has not been established or expounded upon. Her real supposed transgression,

So much wrong in the article and in Portsmouth. Democrats are nothing but thugs who believe they are above the law; they can thwart the law, and they are put in place to help others skirt the law. The judge dismissed charges against the vandals by blaming the police; she said the anarchists had every reason to believe they could lawfully tear down the statutes because the police had abandoned protecting the statutes. They have to be specifically told that destroying property that doesn't belong to them is illegal. Well, the state senator told them it was their right to destroy, but she's not at fault. Make sense?
The criminal state senator actually participated in the illegal activity and said it was their right. When the law hit her in the face, she played the race card. "It is obvious that everyone involved in that malicious investigation was determined to destroy me politically, professionally and personally," she added. "Perspectively, I stood to lose my voting rights, my position in the Senate of Virginia (where I am the the first Black Legislator and the first woman to serve as Senate President Pro Temp) and my business license, which would have cut off my livelihood."
The criminal judge sided with the anarchists and the state goon. "On Monday, a judge granted a request by the Portsmouth Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office to dismiss all charges against the defendants. The commonwealth’s attorney, Stephanie Morales, noted in the request that inaction by the police during the June 10 episode most likely led protesters to believe that the monument had effectively been abandoned by the city and that protesters acted with a reasonable belief that city law enforcement officials had given implicit endorsement to their actions."
The black, female police chief did her job, followed the law, but she is the one who gets punished. Her black life doesn't matter. What a world demoncrats have created for us; the whole democrat party is nothing but a criminal enterprise, from head to toe.

Run for sheriff. That way you can't be fired. We need more police chiefs like her in our cities.

So what they are saying in reality means that any statue that is not guarded by a full time police presence ie perfectly all right to vandalize and pull down.
And they have a Judge that is so stupid he/she accepts that as law.
IMO this is black preference. Protection from the law by issue of race.
Too bad the Police Chief was ignorant of the power of these political black vandals.

In Seattle, the Black, female Chief of Police was also forced to resign this summer. What do marxists have against Women of color being police chief?
Poster #1, The democrat party is the most corrupt organization in the history of our country. It's a criminal enterprise masquerading as a political party.

Basically, if you're black female and corrupt, you'll be fine. Do your job and you're toast.
Democrats want slaves.

Government criminality is to be expected when that government is dominated by enemy aliens. This what has happened to my state Virginia. The very same aliens are about to take over America.

There has been at least two dozen minority Police Chiefs who have been either fired or have resigned over doing the right thing in their job. Remember when minorities whined about how they wanted more minorities in the lead position of Chief? I sure do. Now where are the whiners when those same minorities are being removed from those positions for trying to do their job and protect citizens?
This is going to get worse before it gets better I suspect. That state cretin needs to be removed, and prosecuted, right along with the judge. Both those people also need to be flamed for treating these criminals like the children they resemble, telling them the law doesn't count unless you are specifically told. That didn't fly with my kids as they grew up, should not fly with the violent terrorists who are destroying our cities.

Virginia used to be such a nice place. I sold one of my last pieces of land there earlier this month, and clearing out some of the last things that I own in the state. I hope to be entirely divested from the state in less than a year, have been living far away for decades. I used to have a real soft spot for Va, grew up from 2nd to 6th grades there, and back off and on several times, family lived there until a few years ago when the last moved or died. Only one relative in the state still.
Goodbye, Va.
