Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Tuesday acknowledged that the platform was “wrong” to block a New York Post report about Hunter Biden last month.
During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing regarding “censorship, suppression and the 2020 elections,” Dorsey and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg were asked about their companies’ decision to suppress a New York Post story about a laptop and emails reportedly belonging to Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden. Twitter had blocked the sharing of the article both publicly and in private direct messages, while Facebook limited distribution of the article but did not completely block it.

Hollow. It’s way too easy now that the election is over. Just as hollow as Biden’s specious calls for unity. None of it is genuine.

Wee bit too late. You are a tyrant or a tyrant's puppet. I hope you are treated like the concentration camp guards were at Nuremberg. You are an honestly despicable human being who deserves to sit in the dark for the rest of your life to contemplate your egregious failures toward your fellow human beings. You lied to everyone and then censured the truth, to manipulate the election results. Now you're sorry?
You contemptible piece of hagfish dung.

I hope that Bi-Done sues Dorsey for billions and they BOTH go broke- causing Biden to lose and go after Dominion, et al.
Think what a WIN, WIN, WIN this would be for the country.

Big whoop. You're still censoring those your "fact checkers" disagree with, including Pres Trump.

My free speech cannot be censored - for even a minute - because you believe, suspect, question, or are unsure of hacking, etc., especially when time is of the essence regarding wide publication of my free speech. Unless your censorship has clear and irreparable national security implications, you MUST KNOW before you censor. Untold instances of censorship are intentionally caused by Big Tech under the guise of alleged "mistakes."

So, when Trump, and a bunch of others leave Twitter, wouldn't their stock decline with the reduced usage?
And, if they've been restricting usage, aren't they hurting shareholder's value?

He is a major player in the Praetorian Guard. He was part of the rigging of the election for Ole Joe. Front line defense to keep the real truth from becoming known across the land. A major Liar and cover-up artist at it's best. Evil knows no bounds and he is totally out of bounds. No morals, no virtue, no righteousness in his life. Probably doesn't go to church and his god is the god of the Almighty Dollar. He sold his soul a long time ago.

Maybe now they will also unblock the WarroomPandemic Twitter feed where they actually posted the financial agreements and money transfers between the Biden crime family and CEFC partner Patrick Ho. Patrick is the person Hunter refers to as "the spy chief" working for the CCP.

Remove their 230 protections. They keep censoring conservatives and then coming in to the senate hearings with all kinds of excuses, supposed forgetfulness and outright ignorance…..and it’s all for show. Remove their 230 protections and break up the monopolies. These companies hold more power than most 3rd world countries and a damned sight more control over the social media industry than Ma Bell had when she was broken up.

The whole story is not in the linked article.
Dorsey doesn't think it was wrong of him for doing it; for censoring the truth. Dorsey says that it was wrong of them to do it, because he thinks the furor over it being censored on every big platform actually spread it farther than it would have if they had let it by.

Despite a few Republicans with a fire in the belly, the feckless remainder make the testimony of these Masters of the Universe an exercise in futility. Nothing will come of it. I think back to South Park, when after the huge BP oil spill, the BP CEO would apologize in an ever-increasingly farcical series of Public Service Announcements - finally bare-bottomed on a rug in front of a fire. He earnestly said, "Sorry."

He looks like Rasputin to me; shaggy unkempt beard, probably hasn't showered in a month. Hopefully something really Biblical comes his way. When our Lord drops the hammer I pray these platforms and most of the media are reduced to ashes and rubble.

How about we bring one of those guys who do the canings in Singapore, and turn him lose on Jack and Mark and the Google freak? Start with 50-100 strokes a day, for every month they've been in existence, until this nonsense stops? I don't think they'd last one time.

Jack Dorsey looks like a throwback to someone connected to the Russian revolution. I don’t remember anyone electing those two big tech weirdos, Dorsey and Zuckerberg, to decide what Americans can read, see, or watch on their electronic devices. The Congress should go after them under the anti-trust laws, but chances are that won’t happen, as you can bet your boots that the DC UniParty politicians have had their hands in big tech’s pockets for a long time.
