Social media posts purported to show Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden saying “Hello Minnesota!” to a crowd in Tampa. But the posts, which sought to portray Biden as mentally unfit to run for president, rest on doctored video.
The posts were flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed. (Read more about our partnership with Facebook.)
Posts such as this one shared a brief clip of Biden walking to a podium accompanied by music, in front of a banner that said, “Battle for the Soul of the Nation.” Biden then tells the crowd, “Hello Minnesota!”

As everyone knows it's all too plausible a scenario that Biden would think he was in MN as he greets the Tampa crowd, er, group. If he weren't so gonzo it would have been recognized as the jest it is.
Between the Trump Texas bus baiters, the Pravda media, and Joe's non-stop gaffe machine, this is one of the more hilarious elections I can recall... except for perhaps Dukakis' infamous tank ride...

If this is the best the Tampa Bay Times can come up with, I guess they are just about ready to throw in the towel.

And Trump never called our soldiers losers and suckers. Yet Democrats still claim he did. A lie doesn't cancel out a lie, yet liars who continue to tell lies, have no business calling other people liars.

Damn my eyes, and ears, for lying to me!
No, I don't believe this article, not even for a moment. What they're trying to tell us is, "Joe isn't crazy."
Yes, he is.

The Tampa Bay Toilet has a "partnership with Facebook"? I'm shocked, shocked. Aren't libterds the ones who say it doesn't need to be factually true as long as it feels right (aka Rigoberta Menchu)?

Frankly,I am surprised that at some point in his limited campaign appearances, he did not utter "Hello Beijing".

Well, Biden COULD have said it! It's the thought that counts... Maybe he thought he was in Minnesota, until his earpiece spoke to him.

About the dozens of other absurd things Biden actually said, and we have lots of witnesses and untouched videos of? One planted joke on some site none of us ever sees looks at? It’s a ginned up distraction trying to imply that all of Biden’s stupid, confused, ridiculous, lying statements are faked. They aren’t. This is the media as master manipulators, not journalists.

TBT isn't a reliable source, and neither is Politifact.

Dementia and insanity aren't the same thing. (re #4) Trouble for Joe is that he's got both. And he either doesn't realize or doesn't respect that his obstinate promotion of abortion excommunicates himself, latae sentenciae. (So even if he ever was actually Catholic, he isn't any more...)
