The United States is warning it will destroy potential Iranian long-range missile shipments delivered to the Maduro regime in Venezuela, a senior administration official tells Fox News.
"The transfer of long-range missiles from Iran to Venezuela is not acceptable to the United States and will not be tolerated or permitted," said Elliott Abrams, the State Department Special Representative for Iran and Venezuela.
"We will make every effort to stop shipments of long-range missiles, and if somehow they get to Venezuela they will be eliminated there," added a senior administration official.

Maduro will only use the missiles to deliver food to starving peasants.
Much faster than drone delivery.

Cuban Missile Crisis: The Sequel 2020.
What is it about hispanic dictators and ICBMs ?
Only this time there won't be a Soviet navy to challenge the USN.

#2, drones are for delivering some literal Hellfire to "points of interest". See Hellfire missiles.
A military nephew recently returned from Iraq, and obtained an American flag which had been flown on a US drone which was operating against ISIS. He was part of the support team in the electronics side of things, "making bad things happen to bad people". What an amazing souvenir for me of our tech driven war on terrorists.
So, if we can get some good intel on where these missiles are, either manned, stealthy aircraft like F-35s can go in and take them out, or if the risk is higher, some of our attack drones can do the job.
I used to do engineering for an aerospace subcontractor, and sometimes there was a rush job, needing to urgently get something to war fighters. I'd ask the project leader, "Will this thing help make bad things happen to bad people?" The knowing smile and slight nod told me nothing at all about the highly classified nature of the thing I was working on, and I never knew what it might actually do, who was going to use it and for what, but I was happy to work a weekend to get things out more quickly to help our war fighters.

The U.S. and Russia came within an inch of all-out nuclear war during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Several articles reported how precarious it was. President John F. Kennedy handled it marvelously! They will never be delivered! President Trump will blast them into bits in route. We have satellites!

A President Biden would maybe send Hunter down to see if he could do some business with Maduro. What long range missiles?

I don't want to see a war, even a limited regional war but if push comes to shove, the Venezuelan military will live a short and exciting life. I can't believe that Maduro can think his half arsed military can stand up to what the United States military would do to him. Do he really want the US military to come for him?

The man who stopped the Cuban crisis from going nuclear wasn't Kennedy, it was Vasili Alexandrovich Arkhipov. He probably saved the world, but he definitely saved a lot of people south of Georgia. Thank God for him. There should be at least one major movie about him and they would not need to change a thing about what really happened to make it a edge of your seat experience. He looks exactly like you would expect. A great man who stood up to plodding insanity.
