Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday he saw nothing wrong with the business dealings of presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter in Ukraine and Russia.
The American mainstream media passed along Putin’s comments without any warning messages about “disinformation” or “election meddling,” even though they have breathlessly reported claims that Russia influenced the 2016 election and is attempting to influence the 2020 race.
Reuters suggested Putin’s remarks might have been “an attempt to try to curry favor with the Biden camp,” leavening that observation by noting Putin also objected to Biden’s “sharp anti-Russian rhetoric” during his remarks on Russian state television:

Putin thinks:
Hey, we have done business that way for many decades. What's the big deal?

That's because what we are seeing is standard operating procedure for Communists. All legal in their eyes.

There are potential IRS criminal violations. Declaring income, if they did, without actual work if fraud. If they didn’t, that is a crime as well. Of course there are no such laws in Russia especially for politicians.

I doubt Putin is familiar with 18 U.S. Code § 201.
In my opinion Biden has committed Bribery applying
18 U.S. Code § 201. "Bribery of public officials and witnesses."
Biden said if the prosecutor is not fired (within approximately 6 hours) Burisma will not get a $1 million loan guarantee from the U.S. Government. The firing of the prosecutor not only "influenced" Biden's decision whether or not to approve that loan guarantee, the firing was dispositive. Biden's decision was corrupt because it did not further the interest of the United States that the prosecutor be fired. It was in the interest of Hunter Biden and Burisma. The prosecutor was neither corrupt nor incompetent.
The following describes bribery under the Act:
Biden was a person
"(b)Whoever—
* * * * *
(2) being a public official . . . directly or indirectly corruptly, . . . seeks . . ..anything of value . . . for any other person or entity, in return for:
(A) being influenced in the performance of any official act; * * * "
* * * * *
Biden [a public official] sought the firing of the prosecutor who was investigating (an entity) Burisma [a thing of value to Burisma] in return for Biden approving a $1 billion loan guarantee to Bursma [a thing of value to Burisma]. Biden's approval (or disapproval) of that loan guarantee was an official act by Biden acting as Vice President of the United States.

Hunter Biden did not have any business dealings in Ukraine or Russia. He did not do real work or negotiate real contracts because that wasn't what he was receiving the money for from the oligarch that owned Burisma. He was on the payroll because he was the son of the Vice President of the United States and could provide his benefactors access and influence at the highest levels of the US government without anyone knowing about it. He could get his dad to use taxpayer aid money to fix problems like the shutting down and raiding of Burisma's business offices to recover evidence of criminal activity.
Many of the same thug business tactics used by Burisma's oligarch Zholschevsky to deal himself the license rights to all of Ukraine's natural gas and oil wealth were standard practice for Putin's former KBG cronies in Russia. They used police raids to steal corporate documents from legitimate businesses and defraud Russian investors with fake loans that were transferred to the cronies overseas accounts. Uncovering this kind of corruption was what got Sergei Magnitsky of the "Magnisky Act" fame killed in a Russian prison.
Putin knows a crook when he sees one although Hunter was an amateur compared with his system.

What's so wrong with incest with your 15 year old niece?
Rumors are starting to circulate about Hunter and an excess of "Delaware Punch". It would sure help with the sympathy vote. I would not put it past them.

Proves that he wants Biden to win instead of Trump. Biden won't stand up to the Russians or Chinese, etc. and Putin sees that as an advantage.

Technically, Hunter Biden didn't break the law, but his father on the other hand could be up on charges of influence peddling.
