Why should she? Especially if she sees fraud going on. I say the lefties should recuse themselves, because they already plan to vote to help the Democrats no matter what evidence is presented. You only recuse yourself if you can't give an unbiased opinion. Democrats never recuse because they're inherently dishonest. But they always try to get a Republican to recuse simply because they have and opinion.

Dems know they have lost. Now they are trying to bargain in bad faith with nothing to offer. Republicans, before Trump, always bought into dem bad deals that gave dems what they wanted in return for what Republicans wanted sometime in the future. Such a future never happened. Walk away from deals with dems. You always lose your soul.

She should recuse herself from NOTHING. Both Ginsberg and Kagan performed same sex marriage ceremonies before the issue came to the Supreme Court. ( ) Both were obviously biased in favor of it but did not recuse themselves from Obergefell v. Hodges, the case which ultimately resulted in legalization of same sex marriage. As stated above, Kagan was involved in legal/policy decisions regarding Obamacare. She did not recuse herself from that SC decision either. If that pesky 'living constitution' thing rears its head again after the election, I hope this justice will resist the temptation to make new law from the bench.

Clearly the Democrats know that President Trump is not about to nominate any under the covers liberal Republican, or a Republican who is actually a Democrat in disguise to the Supreme Court, and know that once Trump is re-elected with a Republican Senate what the next four years of potential Supreme Court nominations will portend.

There’s a definite difference between Republicans and Democrats and it’s not just a policy-based difference. The attitudes the parties have about this country, its people, and the situation we’re in couldn’t be more night and day. As a video by the Daily Wire highlights, Republicans seem to have a firm grasp on things. The image President Donald Trump and the rest of the Republicans present is one of unflinching resolve, competence, and most importantly, hope. There’s an optimism in the air around Republicans, not just about their reelection chances, about the state of America. Though it’s undeniable that we’re going through hard times, Republicans seem to have their eye on the prize.

One of the big questions on my mind has been, “Why in hell did the Democrats pick Biden?” It has been obvious for some time that Biden’s cognitive state is on a level with the spider monkey. He can’t remember where he is or what he is running for. He can’t put together a coherent sentence. His condition has become a running joke. At his age, he would at best be a one-term president. So why would a major party pin its hopes on such a man? To appreciate the Democratic Party’s election strategy it is necessary to recognize the migration of the party in the direction of Marxism.

In particular, former Vice President Joe Biden’s ne’er-do-well son Hunter received a remarkable amount of money from highly suspect foreign entities, including ones controlled by the Chinese government. On at least one occasion, the elder Biden appears to have directly facilitated his son’s tawdry dealings. The New York Times is undoubtedly pleased that it published more than two decades’ worth of Donald Trump’s tax returns. The self-congratulations are premature. The Times’ article reveals that Trump was telling the truth all along about his audit. We can also see that Obama’s policies benefitted rich people. Finally, because the policies show how our complicated progressive tax system will always benefit rich people with good accountants, the Times unwittingly advanced the argument for a flat tax.
