Here's What Ted Cruz Is Doing to Keep
Democrats from Packing the Supreme

Original Article

Activist judges pushing a far-left agenda have been legislating from the bench, and a handful of Supreme Court Justices committed to upholding the Constitution is the only thing stopping the left's total transformation of the country. For that reason, Democrats have been lying in wait for the opportunity to take out the Supreme Court. Democrats are no longer hiding their disdain for the high court. Democrats openly admit to hostile court-packing plans that would stuff the Supreme Court full of activist judges who would then sign off on everything Democrats couldn't sneak past the voters.

Fat lot of good that’s going to do anyone NOW, Ted-zo!! Why didn't you propose this in 2017, when you had BOTH houses of Congress and the Presidency???!!! The GOPe has all the fight of a 90-year-old boxer with no gloves and soggy shorts!!!

I don’t know. The urgency doesn’t seem to be there now that ACB and BK have fallen into line. Sidebar: there have been a couple of things under the radar: 1) The President got his picks from The Federalist Society, I believe. There has been some speculation that they are part of the cabal. (LDotters, correct me if I’m wrong!) 2) I STILL cannot reconcile China Mitch’s good efforts to fill judgeships with his apparent turncoat attitude. Bottom line. The WHOLE Swamp is a cesspool.

There is no need to pack the Supreme court with liberals, we have 3 that we thought were conservative (Barrett, Kavanaugh and Roberts). With the three other liberals that would make 6. Don't know what the liberals are so upset about, this court will always be in their favor.

Someone please explain to me 3 things; Jeff Sessions, BK and ACB. Is it physical threats, money, ideological compromise or what??? With the life the last 2 led it can almost only be the first, however I surely would have thought they could have countered that. As closely as the dems looked at them there can hardly be anything in their life for which to be blackmailed. I absolutely cannot understand this. They have to know the impact and importance of what they are doing. Lord Jesus help me to understand why they have done this.......and You are the only one who is going to get me to forgive them.

Perhaps the behavioral psychologists sitting on the focus groups in DC have understood that the push is not workable ... for now...2022 is now their challenge... they must steal that election so they control the house and senate... a push to pack the Supreme Court would rile up WE the people so the election cannot be stolen...same with statehood for DC and Puerto Rico... Upper Michigan and Western California are talking about statehood...the people are awake now and moving to stop step at a time...

Why is it that no one wants to accept the obvious? We have a UNIPARTY that is at the core of our government. Republicans and Democrats at the national level are like pro 'wrasslers in a ring. All sorts of drang and sturm, shouting and woofing, occasionally "blood" spurts...the crowd roars for the heroes and heels in our squared circle drama...and then a bill is passed and Mitch pronounces "it was the best we could do" as the President signs it into law. (In PDT you just witnessed what happens when someone doesn't play ball.) Why anyone accepts this, that or any "respected" think tank is anything but a fig leaf player in this charade is beyond me. But...but... the Federalist Society said... Yeah, and one would conclude that they are in the UNIPARTY tank, too. Not every "originalist" pick could be a loser...but the evidence is mounting. It's not about coercion, but careers, power and fame. Read all about it in their upcoming memoirs... While Americans wave around the Constitution and give the mookie look when the funny stuff happens in Congress and the Supreme Court, the UNIPARTY and its patrons move forward, not least to consolidate gains and power. Or, accept all these competing interests are uncoordinated and resorting to skullduggery that works every time. We indeed have the best government money can buy.

In re #6, don't forget about AG Barr and the no-show of the Durham report. The fact that the House, Senate, and SCOTUS all avoided addressing the election fraud together with the pubbies dissing Trump, tells me that the entire DC swamp was threatened with something really big if they didnt award the election to biden the cheater. My guess? Covid20. Where did the threats come from? Well, where did covid19 come from?

The only way the number of justices can be kept at nine is to amend the constitution. The only way the constitution can be amended is by enough states coming together and doing it themselves. Congress would be completely cut out of the process. I think there are enough states to pull it off. Unfortunately there are many so-called consecutive groups who adamantly oppose any effort to alter the constitution in such a manner. Convention of the States is the only method to repair the harm the left and weak Republicans have done to this nation.

Greyhound Lines stands up to the Biden

One of the most despicable things about the Biden administration is that, even as it doubles and triples down on the COVID restrictions it wants for Americans, it’s utterly unconcerned about the diseases flooding across the border along with the illegal aliens Biden is unconstitutionally welcoming in. The president and CEO of Greyhound Lines, though, is demanding that, at the very least, its workers and other passengers get protected from the COVID so many illegal aliens bring with them. From the start of his campaign, Biden weaponized the Wuhan virus against Trump. Informed and intelligent people realized very quickly that Trump was moving with extraordinary rapidity

Biden has issued Executive Orders that ban enforcing immigration law while simultaneously inviting in a new wave of illegal immigrants. These EOs also suspend deporting illegal immigrants, even those awaiting trial for felonies and other serious crimes, and signal that all new arrivals will be eligible for social benefits such as healthcare. Cesar Chavez’s struggle in the 1970s and ‘80s can help explain the impact this will have on labor markets in general and working-class Americans in particular. Chavez understood that illegal immigration diminishes workers’ earning power.

It began with throw pillows. Pillows shouldn't matter much, but like every decision we make now, they matter more than you think. The old sofa had to go. It had lasted 25 years, by some miracle. The old sofa was U.S.-made. Only 20% of today's furniture is. It was expensive; the store owner told us we'd be able re-upholster it down the road, though that would be expensive, too. He was right on both counts. He retired. His kids run the store now. We managed to find a new sofa, also made here. A different color. So we needed throw pillows.

While House Speaker Nancy Pelosi cited precedent and prerogatives of current presidents to justify putting a majority of Democrats on a so-called “1/6” panel to investigate the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, others in her party have another reason why they don’t want to seat many Republicans. Quite simply, some Democrats say, they don’t trust the post-Trump GOP to seriously probe the incident because they believe, without evidence thus far, that some Republican members were either in on it or responsible for it. “We do not owe delusional deniers a role or a platform in a commission designed to try to ferret out extremism and violence

“He who pays the piper calls the tune.” It’s a hard, fast rule in the world of politics, which is precisely why we must always be vigilant against the corrupting influence of private money in our public electoral process. There was a great deal of consternation expressed throughout 2020 about funding nationwide elections in the midst of a deadly pandemic. Fortunately, our public institutions were up to the test. Unfortunately, we also experienced the reality of large-scale private election funding for the first time — and in the process discovered the reason we had never allowed it before. Wealthy individuals and corporations, including Google and Arnold Schwarzeneggar, gave money to election officials

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred.
