As usual, in part because of persistent judicial overreach and in part because the Democrats’ desire to keep getting in Court what they cannot win at the ballot box, the courts are the main focus of attention this week as they are in so many weeks. There’s a vacancy on the Supreme Court to be filled and the Michael Flynn dismissal motion is due for a hearing on the 29t

This is KEY--
fta: "Democrats’ desire to keep getting in Court what they cannot win at the ballot box.."
NEVER forget this liberal perversion of our Constitutional government
The Courts DO NOT have the right to legislate or create law. Government agency regulations are often NOT created as LAW but have been considered to have the same function as LAW.
Our representatives bring up bills, vote on bills, create amendments to bills, and have conference committees to further define bills that are then VOTED UPON.
Bypassing this process by using judicial proceedings in UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The demonrat socialists try to CIRCUMVENT the legal process through the tyranny of judicial activists and denying and IGNORING the restrictions placed upon them, and have been doing very little except pandering to their constituent groups to UPEND Law.

I join other L.Dotters who think Clarice should always be a must-read. She makes foggy things clear. And this episode includes something from the Babylon Bee, a bonus.

The Democrats have infested our entire judicial system from top to bottom with Marxist termites. They're methodically eating away at the entire understructure of our system: DAs, blue city police departments, and the courts at EVERY level (local, federal, circuit, and Supreme Court). It no longer matters what the written law says or even the constitution says. They make it up as needed when called upon. Like DAs that don't press charges or immediately release rioters. Cops who stand down and watch citizens getting beat up by thugs. Poiboi Hawaiian judges that over-rule the President on national immigration laws. And Supreme Court judges who vote imagined rights as a team.
This may ultimately be President Trump's greatest accomplishment...the termite-tenting of our judicial system.

Clarice as always . . . spot on and is a must read. A side note, reported earlier in other reports, Pelosi and others suggest term limits on Court appointees. This cretin, Schumer, Feinstein, Watters, Biden and many more have been "there" 30,40 and 50 years. They would not hear of term limits for them. Limits for thee, but not for me.

Anyone with a functioning brain and an iota of honesty should have been able to see that Putin would much have preferred the easily blackmailed and always for sale Hillary Clinton.
If PDT gets yet another SCOTUS nomination (I hear that obese and diabetic Sotomayor is not in good health) I would love to see him nominate Sidney Powell. Not only would she be a great justice, she would eat the demonrats in the senate alive during the confirmation hearings.

All the "Impeach Judge Sullivan" boosters need to pay attention to the part about Flynn's case. Read the "I am Spartacus" quotes and let the totality sink in.
Here is a key piece: "Barr is using this avenue (Flynn's case) to release information into the public square about the corruption and criminality that is the Obama administration without the political connotation of a press conference or a DOJ release." Further, "The Obama administration can’t take much more criminality exposed."
Think about this...still want to shut it down? Impeach Judge Sullivan? Fear the whole truth? Sullivan, Barr and Flynn seem to be doing our nation a favor.

Clarice's final couple of lines sums it up for me very well.
"Informed citizens are growing weary of these revelations in the absence of actions taken against the wrongdoers. Let’s hope the recently discovered information will move this along to a meaningful end. Soon."
Many people, between two and three dozen by my rough counting, deserve to spend a great deal of time in prison for fraud, malfeasance, obstruction of justice and sedition. When will the first one be charged?
