In a stunning development, Jake Gardner — the white bar owner indicted in the killing of a 22-year-old Black man during protests in downtown Omaha on May 30 — has been found dead near Portland, Oregon. Gardner shot himself after authorities in Hillsboro, Oregon, received a call of a suicidal party, said two law enforcement sources who spoke on condition of anonymity. A closer look needs to be taken on Franklin, the' special prosecutor' who was appointed by the judge to dig up some charges. His federal ties make a smell. Along with that judge.

The left, their compliant police, and their media hounded the man to suicide. It's a lonely life when the communists put a target on your back. Where are the supporters, where are the defenders? The left has this nation cowed and broken, meekly submitting to orders to destroy their lives, businesses and families. I hear lot of macho talk, but who of us, including me, have actually done anything for fear of being singled out?

I voted for President Trump but Barr is his employee. The Commander in Chief has waited too long for the major cities - be they "Dem cities" or not to saved, All of those cities belong to each and every American, they are ours, not just Democrat's. And those who say "You get what you vote for!" I've lived in countless cities that were Democrat ruled and I and countless friends were conservatives. There is no excuse to let this barbarism continue as far as it has. I thought my dear President said life in the country was going to be safe for us. When? It's on his job description to protect the citizens from "both foreign and domestic" terrorism. You made a promise. I love you and pray for you and will vote for you but this never should have been allowed to continue.

Everything that I've seen on captured video shows me that two black THUGS were accosting a legitimate business owners and started a violent altercation with each of them. Were I on the Grand Jury I would not vote to indict. Were I on the Jury I would conclude this as self-defense. Let's please allow into evidence the criminal histories of these two black THUGS.

If you go to the article written by Todd cooper, you will see the perversion that passes for journalism today. Picture after picture of the despicable miscreants honoring the thug that attacked Jake and his elderly father. The same street scum that marched to DAs home and threatened him and his family. The area called the Old Market is dying because of these cowards. Not one of these terrorist have been arrested by the Omaha authorities.

Apparently when the Black guy was shot by Gardner it stopped the burgeoning riots in Omaha, NE almost immediately. It seems weird that Gardner then decamped from Omaha to Portland, OR, where there were big riots nightly along with all sorts of ANTIFA and BLM rioters who would have had no problem in taking Gardner’s life. Well when Gardner died the case ended. One result is that it saved the Cornhuskers a lot of money.

Back in May, a Nebraska man named Jake Gardner was allegedly assaulted, along with his elderly father, by Black Lives Matter protesters outside their family-owned bar. In the scuffle, Gardner shot and killed a young black man named James Scurlock, who had reportedly climbed onto his back and put him in a choke hold. Charges against Gardener were not pursued on the grounds of self-defense, but now a grand jury has reversed that decision and indicted Gardner.
