You don't fire him. He's asking to be fired so he'll be treated like a martyr in the MSM. You assign him to command the Korean DMZ, or some post in Guam or American Samoa or coastal watch in Point Barrow, Alaska. He'll quit on his own. That's how these things are handled.

Kabul is nice this time of year. Don't fire him, but let him take his family with him at Government expense. It'll be worth it. Maybe he can get his GED on-line while he's there.

We have a military presence in Antartica... Let him transfer his 'flag' there... An 'accompanied tour' or he can retire....He'd have over twenty-five years, in service..Ample time for a lucreative retirement pay...
If he does not take either option....Bust him for 'insubordination' . He can then go someplace, and open a Taco Stand.

Gen. Milley might consider walking this rant back. As chairman of the joint chiefs or at any high level position for that matter, you don't express your political leanings directly or indirectly or express public support for something by executive fiat. You are not a politician. You are a public servant of the federal government for the benefit of the American people and the country.

This is cause for an immediate court martial. In effect, he is espousing insubordination to the Commander-in-Chief. He should be relieved of command immediately.
And I might add, the ONLY dictatorial actions to date are by Democrat Governors and Mayors. President Trump has been extraordinarily respectful of pompous judges, governors, mayors, etc. There is NO example of dictatorial action by this President.

Milley is a leader with influence over many in our military and after degrading the President and his office as he chose so publicly to do, he should be fired just as Pres. Truman fired Gen. MacArthur for insubordination. This shifting of bad apples in the Government to other positions has become the norm and it needs to be stopped right now because it is a major reason the Government currantly has its MANY problems. Over time, too many bad apples have been shifted to other positions & gradually rising to the top and now we see the disastrous results for the entire country! Time to stop moving bad apples around to different positions and instead replace them with ethical people who know & respect the Constitution & their oaths. So fire him.

Yes General, you do take an oath to follow the Constitution of the USA. You might do well to remember that. Everything that Pres Trump is doing to contest the election is to ensure that the Constitution is followed. He is not asking to be treated like, or to be a king or dictator. Trump is using the Constitution's protections to make sure that election, and the Constitution itself, is protected! If the General does not like it, he should resign as he does not deserve his position.

Bust this Obama disgrace to his rank and uniform down to buck private and assign him to cleaning the toilets at Fort Benning. What a POS and a traitor to boot. Look how deep the democrat commie rot has seeped into the military.
Obviously he does not accept President Trump being his commanding officer. Rank Insubordination which is a court marshal offense. Get rid of this coward.

Chain of Command, General. Trump is over you. If you disagree, resign. If you rebel, you are in violation of your oath. Your only recourse is PROVING' a Constitutional 'penumbra that justifies your action. If it fails in a Military Court, you can be court martialed.
Considering the Democrats have created a national emergency, you might well be shot, or hung.

Actually you could court martial him #1 with full demotion and loss of pension. You do not threaten your CiC while wearing the uniform. Not ever. That never has at anytime in our history been allowed, with no consequences suffered by the disobedient.

I have been DoD Civilian Personnel for 31 years now. An aunt of mine who was aware of my political leanings and general disdain for Bill Clinton once asked me how I could continue to serve in my position during that administration. My response was more less the same as what General Milley just stated, that I serve the Constitution and not any particular President. So I would like to know more about the context of the General's comment before piling on and demanding his scalp.

Does he forget Trump is commander & chief...and this considered insubordination. The statement he made sent chills down my spine. It was disrespectful, rude, crude, self serving & a mark on the military. Do you think he would say the same to a democrat? NO! He showed lack of respect for the uniform, the WH & the US.

Didn't Barry allow Gen Milley to remain as he fired over 185 senior military officers including 35 Four Star Generals for being a threat to Marxist Communist non citizen Barry.
Trump should have fired all who had remained and rehired those Barry fired.
