Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
Champion Of Gender Equality,
Dies At 87

Original Article

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the demure firebrand who in her 80s became a legal, cultural, and feminist icon has died. The Supreme Court announced her death, saying the cause was complications from cancer. Architect of the legal fight for women's rights in the 1970s, Ginsburg subsequently served 27 years on the nation's highest court, becoming its most prominent member. Her death will inevitably set in motion what promises to be a nasty and tumultuous political battle over who will succeed her, and it thrusts the Supreme Court vacancy into the spotlight of the presidential campaign.

Now is the time to above all else, pray for cheaters to be revealed and for those with their heads screwed on halfway right to vote with a high degree of motivation. Vile evil person that loved the idea of state sponcered murder. She also hated the first amendment. It is appropriated tha she was nominated by the immoral reprobate Clinton. It is a condemnation of the Senate she was approved her appointment. But hey, what else will RINOS do? Regardless, I'm sure her family grieves as do the hardore lesbians, men hating women and the atheist that want to eliminate religion (only Christianity, Muzzies are cool cause they will kill infidels so no need to upset them). I know millions die every day and its a tragedy to their loved ones. However, deaths of pure evil happen only once in a while (like Hitler, Mao, Stalin). She hasn't a single noteworthy SCOTUS opinion. But her votes made sure millions continued to die under the protection of the US Goobernment. I'm sure since our country (goobernment and Kneepad Media) celebrates evil she will be lionized for the next 60 or so days (gotta keep the American voters occupied instead of presenting facts). Its sad our country has come to this. But the Dems and Kneepads will try to muddy the waters with her near deity status to harm this country and the election results.

On Saturday, President Donald Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett, a law professor at Notre Dame and a judge at the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, to the Supreme Court seat vacated by the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She graduated the first in her class and edited the school’s law review. Barrett clerked for the late Supreme Court

The Justice Department sent a letter to a Pennsylvania county on Thursday, ordering it to change its practices after multiple military ballots were found discarded. The issue surfaced earlier in the day when the DOJ announced that it had recovered a small number of discarded ballots. While the Justice Department would not say where they had found the ballots, they did say there were nine recovered -- seven of which were cast for President Trump, while the other two were sealed by Luzerne County before the FBI recovered them, In his letter to Luzerne County officials, U.S. attorney David Freed indicated that additional ballot materials were found in a dumpster.

The smarter Democrats realize that not only do Republicans have the votes to confirm a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg, but that hearings on the confirmation threaten to be a disaster for them. Expressing the bloodlust they felt at the prospect of Brett Kavanaugh being confirmed may have provided momentary emotional satisfaction, but 2018 Republican gains in the Senate were painful and lasting.
